Corporate Hotel with a lot of event movement thanks to its lounges. The rooms are nice and the staff very attentive. It Is clear that the hotel is NOT in the Park 93, in fact is on 97 Street, more or less 6 blocks from the Park.

People at the hotel is nice the hotel is a little noisy but I could sleep. Food is good.

The place to stay very good. The service to do events is very good, only by the executives (general manager and sales) but the AV provider and other service personnel is incredibly crude. All the security staff are very helpful and attentive.

Good location, small but good gym area and spacious rooms with nice beds. To improve, the variety of the breakfast (more hot dishes) and the existence of work spaces.

Confortable, generous space, international channels available. All you would expect from a Hilton brand hotel. A word of caution regarding the "Parque de la 93" reference, it is not on "Parque de la 93" but nearby.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and the breakfast was very good and the rooms were nice. At the time of check in they noticed that he was Venezuelan they asked for my passport which is fine. I was staying one night as I went for an event. In general it is a hotel well located and good. However on the subject of the event the food was limited. The buffet-style lunch was not varied. The breaks that were given during the event were very small and even the waiters said no if they were asked a little more. This last part didn't really pleased me.

I have not checke in yet, but we had a problem to get the Visa for one of one in our group, expedia did not help at all, so I called the hotel directly and a guy named Steven was incredibly helpfull and sorted out and came through for us! Even though we have not been at the hotel yet, they already showed great costumer service and cant wait to stay there. Thank you for the help!

Good and clean rooms with a super friendly staff. Price is correct for the value. The area it is a little bit congested during weeks days but the hotel worth it. Excellent choice for business purpose.
