Unprofessional service, overbooked rooms have to wait hors. First they offered the free breakfast while I wait. Then withdrew the offer after I ate and made me pay anyway. Cheap money grubbing service. Do not come here at all. You will thank me later.

Despite being a modern hotel in infrastructure, the staff who manage it is not at the height of the property or the brand.

Clean hotel and very friendly staff and wonderful complimentary breakfast. Knocked one star off due to walls being extremely thin and being to clearly here neighbors on either side talking and even snoring at night. Otherwise great location and nice staff with clean rooms.

Good hotel, restaurant is a little expensive but good, good choice in Bogota. The area around the hotel is great because there are many restaurants, and you can walk (1km) to Zona T.

The Best Western Hotel chain is excellent Here in Colomba I have not used but in the United States I have stayed in several of Eĺlos and have been excellent and I think here in Colombia must also be excellent.

Very Good hotel for business stays. Conveniently close to the 93 park, where there is a wide variety of restaurants to eat/dine and a fairly safe area for walking and strolling.

By far the most helpful staff that you could ask for. Everyone was friendly and helping us with travel arrangements, food choices, ideas based on our interest… just simply friendly and made it home. We will certainly return to this hotel. Location was great… lots of places to walk and eat, easy access by cabs to downtown. Perhaps the drive from the airport to the hotel was the piece that took a long time the day we arrived because. Of the traffix. However the airport should take about an hour on normal days. Beautiful Hotel one block away from 93 Park and it has an stunning rooftop terrace with a bar. Great for Leisure and Work trips.

Starting with their manager Elizabeth, the atmosphere is super amazing and safe. Good taste in the food. The coffee plays with Instacream. The bad thing is the internet signal.

Good to plan two hour meetings because it is at very good price the room rental. As for stay I would give a score of 3. The staff that attends, a 5. Great service.

Classic hotel with everything close-by. Great service, quiet rooms, modern, comfortable beds, large breakfast buffet, good internet, nice bathroom and shower, at a great price.

Very good price-quality hotel. The day we arrived check-in very quickly, as soon as we arrived at the room we found the safe damaged, but they fixed it expeditiously. During the stay we were treated in a loving and pleasant way. The only problem with happy ending was check-out. They tried to collect 95, 000 Colombian pesos and fire and theft insurance that I hadn't been offered on arrival. I told them I didn't want it and I signed a paper and that's it. Excellent overall experience. Very well located.

Excellent hotel. The Front of the Lobby is very friendly and helpful. The supremely clean rooms are organized and equipped with Wi-Fi and perfect spaces to work with. It's pretty well placed for my trial. I'll probably be back. Recommended 100% for executives and business trips and pleasure.

Hotel is located in a great safe area of Bogota, with plenty of restaurants nearby. It's about 20 minutes from La Candelaria with the Transmilenio. Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and modern, breakfast was sufficient and the rooftop patio was a great place to grab a drink.

The hotel is located in a very quiet residential area, adjacent to the 93 park. Although you cannot define a luxury hotel it is still nicely decorated and the rooms are comfortable. The Internet connection, now fundamental, is of excellent quality: fast and stable. The breakfast is quite varied, though repetitive. I did not use the restaurant for dinner because I preferred to do it in some restaurants surrounding the park; I repeat the area is very quiet; You can go out alone in the evening without any fear. The staff at the hotel is very affable and you will not miss anything. Recommended.

There was a huge party with s band and fireworks. I asked them when it would stop. They kept lying to me. Finally, at 11pm I took my stuff and checked out. I went a block away to the Atton hotel. Nicer and a little cheaper. I will be staying at the Atton from now on.

Best location in Bogota, very close to "Park 93". Rooms are clean and comfortable. Personal speaking english, user friendly and kind. Breakfast on level for 5* hotel. Taxi in front of hotel. Check-in and check-out on Best Western level without problems. Only make mistake in airport transfer, forgot to inform driver to pick-up me. To me was sent name and number of driver. When I'm call him he was surprised. When I'm call hotel from airport they are also surprised. Need one hour to solve problem. Nobody say "sorry" for issue! Wall was not sound isolated well.
