The hotel offers services such as parking, we were hit inside the place and we were not communicated, nobody takes care of the cars and we do not contact the person responsible when on the cameras you see which guest was.
We are offered a pool and my husband cuts his foot with a broken tile and there is no response from the hotel either.
They charge pets as an additional guest.
Much to improve in the service and respect for the guests. In care and quality.
I don't recommend it at all, a place not to return.
