Great hotel, lots of road works however right in front.

Lovely hotel. Very clean, great amenities. Breakfast has a large range including western food.
The staff are very friendly and English speaking which is very helpful. Unlike previous hotels in Beijing and Shanghai.

Nice hotel, cheap buffet for dinner! The location is great, you are near of shopping mall and Walmart store.

Good hotel with good location. Unluckily there is construction nearby.

Great hotel. Comfortable rooms, clean and with plenty of hot water — and internet which works at high speed. Restaurant has buffet with amazing selection of delicious food — both for chinese and western tastes.

Excellent n best in Ningbo. Very expensive when compared similar like Howard. Deposit required blocking limits in credit card are some of the thing are not good.

I stayed at Sofitel Ningbo for 2 nights from 14th of Sep to 16th of Sep. I was very satisfied with all the services there. All staffs were very professional and well trained. Especially I would like to thank Summer who was at the front desk when I checked in. She spoke very good English and was very kind. Also Sofitel's concierge staffs were very nice. They did their best to support us.
I had stayed at other 5 star hotels at Ningbo but I made my mind to stay at Sofitel whenever I visit Ningbo due to their kindness and professionalism.
Again would like to express my thanks to all staffs at Sofitel Ningbo.

Good hotel, most personal understands and speaks English. Only in restaurant it was a bit harder, but you can just point at the food you want in the menu and be suprised ;) Good variation in breakfast. Room was nice.

This was a very nice hotel. My room was spacious, very clean and well apportioned, and it was convenient to both shopping and the business district where I was working. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was very affordable. The food served in the hotel was good, and there were plenty of eating options next door in Wanda Plaza as well.

Great hotel & what is best are the friendly staff. One can see it is under good management.

Good hotel in Ningbo. Super breakfast buffet. Also catering for events in the Hall. The proximity to the Mall of Wanda is good. There are more restaurants.

I saw some of the reviews always complaining about the language difficulty as a English user but here is China, no one should serve you with English for basic, learn Chinese if you would like to enjoy more!

Wanda Placa = large shopping center with restaurants, clothing stores, as well as whale market around the corner.

Nice place at first glance but if you got to spend some time there, think twice. Stains on the carpets, food is rough and most of the staff don't speak english. Only real highlight is the mall beings so close but you will still have the english problem there.

I've never stayed here, but my girlfriend says it's really nice.

One of the best hotels that I was allowed to meet so far. The breakfast buffet is incredible. The hotel itself very clean. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The English language skills of the staff are überduchschnittlich well. I can recommend this hotel only every business traveller. The shopping mall next door has also much to offer.
Unfortunately, there is no Wi-Fi but only LAN in the room. Do not forget therefore the travel router!
