Nicely decorated and designed. Staff is helpful: would come again for sure.

Just class. The location is great. Subway almost on your doorstep, Elevated Road right away and still you don't hear anything. The reception is super friendly, polite and absolutely helpful. I was there for the third time now and would keep coming back when I'm in the centre of Shanghai. Also the opportunity to cook yourself and not evening away convinced.

We stayed here in 2015 in July. It was a very hot summer but we weren't able to use the airconditioning because there was spicy chilli dust/mist coming through the vents that was burning our eyes and throats. When we went downstairs to try and get it sorted, we were told that long-term residents of the hotel liked to cook with spicy chillis and there was nothing that could be done to stop it from coming through the airconditioning. They didn't even try to ask the residents to turn off their air vents while cooking. We ended up spending the 35+ degree days with no airconditioning, just keeping the curtains drawn to keep out as much light as possible. While checking in we were also told an incorrect password for the Wi-Fi, which we asked about at the front desk as well. We were met with an eye roll from the man at the desk and told we needed to put our room number at the end of what had been written on our keyslip as the password. How could we have possibly known to do that without being told? I understand it was probably a simple mistake from the person who checked us in, but the attitude of the man we asked to clarify was terrible and very condescending. This hotel was such a disappointment. We had decided to come here to end our trip on a high note, but I will never forget what an uncomfortable experience it was. We had a far better time in hostels in rural China than these alleged 'executive' suites in Shanghai.

Neat and comfortable, in the center, to Pudong Puxi is appropriate. Hotel-style apartments, the space has a living room, kitchen, complete bathtub. Air conditioning and hot water systems are efficient. 7 minutes on foot to the subway station (Nanjingxilu station).

A Great place to stay. Very close to the famous Nanjing Road. You can easily walk to this famous street market. The staff of this hotel is very responsive and attends to all your needs. The rooms are huge its like an apartment with all the amenities in the room. Right from induction cook top, cutlery, washing machine, weighting scale, a big fridge… Etc. A great hotel if you staying for long. For short stay also it is good but u won't be able to use the facilities in the room. I would say it's good enough to throw a Room (house) Party!

Great hotel. Very impressive the moment you stepped into the lobby. The executive lounge offers a good cocktail hours where you get to make your own drinks and munch on some delicious snacks and desserts.

Very Nice rooms. Each room has its own Wi-Fi router so decent Speed internet connection. Seems to be great location close to Nanjing Rd West and People's Square.

Book well in advance of the rooms in the House can see the night view of Shanghai's luxury. There is a high sense of where the price is a little high but it is worth.
