This property from Swire group is sub par for it’s usually high standards of service. The property itself is well designed and elegantly decorated. However, the service is appalling. The front desk is often left unattended and their is a general lack of attention at the hotel. Perhaps it was my bad luck that I found myself dealing with staff that were having bad days. I found that they treat English speaking guests with much more respect than Chinese speaking guests. I hope to see improvements in the future.
