Very nice hotel and spacious bedrooms. The breakfast was very nice too. The location is what I liked most about this hotel because it is right next to Jing'an Temple and the fashion district. Awesome restaurants around as well.

Big clean room. Extra comfy bed.
The only thing that may seem negative is that the common areas fail quite, small and old.
The hotel is the upper floors of a building with offices. With the key to the room you can go up directly to the room from the street.
No more breakfast.

There are better options in this area. Business rooms are located towards the highway and sound insulation is limited. Staff is un-attentive for an hotel at this price point and bordering on the rude. All show with a nice decor but no proper management. Avoid.
