Friendly staff that try hard to give you a wonderful experience even under these difficult circumstances. Love the special touch of the toiletries and little slippers for the kids. The food is also very tasty.

Rooms are a little old and showing age but the hotel itself is of great location. The executive lounge is great if you can manage to access it. Very convenient located being connected to the mall.

First of all, I would like to say, this hotel gave me a perfect impression!
Hotel location is good, from the subway, DingD car are very close, there is also the airport MRT shuttle car, the room is high and the view is good, the room is larger than most Hong Kong hotel rooms, bathroom dry and wet separation, spare parts are very good to use, the room clean and tidy, provide tea and coffee is very many kinds,!
1. Chen-In counter staff are very kind, interact with guests have a smile, Chinese also speak well, there is no Taiwan hotel staff apathy. 2. There are questions asked at the hotel, but the Department of Housing questions are not part of the staff (he is the hotel guide), but he took us to Concierge to ask if the question of concern when he met me the next day was solved, and he already had an answer, Marriott staff will not not know how to answer, do not care,
Employees will look for answers and they will remember the guest's face and care for the guest again.
3. Ask the door once the airport MRT shuttle question, the next day ready to check out, carry ingest luggage out of the elevator door to help us carry luggage, and ask edusto the sofa area to rest, the shuttle will be arrived to inform us, and help us put the luggage in the shuttle car. Marriott's staff is kind and attentive, and I have a better experience than other restaurants!

What a beautiful hotel! I only got to stay there one night and the room I was in was not very big, but the floor plan was really interesting and the view was beautiful. I hope I get another chance to stay here soon. The mall entrance at the bottom is confusing but cool.

A five-star flagship hotel of the Marriott Hotel group located above MTR Admiralty station (directly connected). As of August 2018, a room renovation is undergoing. The hotel itself opened in 1989 but the rooms are clean and comfortable. The club lounge is spacious and in the morning you can enjoy a variety of breakfast from fresh juices to some dim sum dishes. Luckily I got upgraded due to my Marriott Rewards status.

I went there for their salad bar for lunch. The salad is very fresh with lots of variety. They have 12 choices for green vege already. Another 40 to 50 choices of fruit and protein. 8 kinds of home made dressing. It is all you can eat at their lobby lounge. There is big window with natural light which make the environment nice and relax.

Is the Eclipse lunch buffet, there are lobster, bread crab, emperor crab feet, foie gras and other expensive food to eat, and other food is generally, to each bit almost 500 yuan, a little sorry price, cost-effective is not high.

Located in Admiralty, and accessible through the Pacific Place shopping mall, the JW Marriott offers luxurious common spaces and is lavishly decorated. Both times I stayed, the rooms were not very big, but were cosy and in good condition. As expected, there were all the required amenities. I once ordered room service, which was quickly delivered. Food was very well prepared, and tasty. Staff was courteous and professional.

Just popped in to The Lounge for a drink. But has a very relaxed and nice atmosphere. Beautiful huge windowed space with views over Hong Kong (sort of! ). Nice modern urban feel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff. Executive Lounge has amazing view, with very good food selection. It gets very crowded for dinner though. Hotel itself is a little dated when we stayed, but is scheduled for renovation late March 2018.

The buffet is delicious, with floral glue, abalone, lobster, foie gras and so on. The environment is still good, but sit to push D. The Chinese restaurant sits comfortably, the food is fresh, but the price is also uneven.

Everything at the JW Marriott exudes quality. The check-in process was smooth, the rooms are very spacious with many useful amenities such as power outlet adapters, complimentary water, and a nice Bose alarm clock to name a few. The staff here is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

Would have been five stars if not for the trouble of checking in and not getting offered the room we booked. Took long time to get what I booked. Supposedly room choice is not guaranteed… Wow, how is that possible?!?

Wow, fantastic hotel. Despite being over 20 years old, the Hotel is impeccable. The staff are wonderful, attention to detail is off the charts.

Fantastic hotel with reasonable views of the Harbour in the distance or the mountains. Excellent interior over 35 floors of well apppinted rooms and suites with a very good executive lounge serving great food and beverages so much choice and great service. Some nice restaurants but not cheap with great choices. The hotel feels new and the service is excellent well worth a visit and only 40 minutes from the airport, would highly recommend.

Let's feel more at home Marriott at the Admiralty station, near Pacific Place, General Hong Kong City center even 5 star hotel room space is not big but JW Marriott still through two big windows make a comfortable space with the hallway bathroom with wet and dry separation there is a bathtub (although not large) but it's a luxury to have a good night's rest in Hong Kong.
The bathroom furnishings are exquisite, not resplendent, but noble and elegant, which is my favorite style. The bedroom is very intimate. Attached two universal plugs and sockets also have two USB and VGA projection line to meet the needs of modern business and electronic products poisoning JW, and his transport convenience. Go down to LG level and walk through Pacific Place is the Admiralty station. About 5-8 minutes or maybe a stroll around the Pacific place. There are several restaurants in JW There are Chinese, Japanese style, bar, buffet is very good choice of dining crowd more suggestions can be booked oh ~

Wow. What an amazing hotel with fantastic service. The JW Lounge is amazing if you are a Gold or Platinum Marriott Member. Very centrally located.

Great hotel and great bar. Rooms offer a superior view on the harbour. Staff is welcoming and helpful, did not have any issue during my stay. I suggest to try the bars of the hotel: cocktails are great and served with high attention to details, cost is standard for Hong Kong (100-150 HKD), which makes it worth a visit. I recommend their mulled wine as well if visiting during winter time, definetly the best I had. Tea snack selection is wide and can be enjoyed while staying at a nice view. Overall recommended for anyone visiting Hong Kong. Many residents stop by as well to enjoy the food.

While in HK, having a bath tub AND a shower in a bathroom is rare, everything is small in this city. But JW Mariott's standard rooms have both. Breakfast is generous and yummy, the facilities are pompous otherwise and when you arrive, your check in experience will reassure you that you are in one of the flagship locations when it comes to hospitality and service. The only downside here might be the slightly dated A/C which needs an upgrade, the air doesn't feel very fresh at times…

I had the absolute pleasure to have the presidential suite upgrade. The hotel is in a great location, great price and amenities for any accommodation. The pool area is very family friendly while also providing access to a great food and beverage selection.

Great location above Pacific place and the MTR station. Good size rooms, the harbour view room had a great view of the fireworks for Chinese National holiday. Buffet breakfast had a a large variety of amazing food.

Ok, don't get me wrong! This is Hong Kong, so don't expect rooms bigger than 400 Square feet. Which is why I can't give it a five star rating. But everything else is between impressive and outstanding.

Really great all around. The staff are all excellent and the food offered at the lounge is better than the food I ordered from room service (not the best way to go). Overall a great experience. In a very convenient location and very clean. Would highly recommend.

One of the best Marriott properties I have stayed at. The Executive Lounge had a robust array of food and drinks, and breakfast absolutely fantastic.

Rooms were okay, they had beautiful views though (at least those located toward the harbor and Central). Breakfast was excellent, both in terms of the food served and the staff working there. The staff at this hotel were in general amazing and those at the concierge are super helpful and very willing to book you a table at most restaurants or help you along your journey in Hong Kong. Location was also great, smacked in the middle of the southern island right next to Wan Chai with great connections to Central and Causeway Bay as the MTR station was super close.

If we all went out of our defined scope just a bit we could make a world of difference to others and to ourselves. I was in Hong Kong recently at JW Marriott with my family and the kids wanted to have one of their Favourite dishes "Khichdi". I was directed to their Indian Chef who unfortunately had his day off. He called us back from his home to tell us that he wasn't going to be there the next day but promised to find a way. That evening he made the dish at his home and sent it to our hotel — an experience unforgettable and a memory that would inspire us to make that difference — Hats off to you Chef Prathap.

Chicken wing had no taste, wonton noodles noodles didn't taste good. Other foods very satisfied. Tea buffet at The Lounge.

Nice hotel. Lounge was quite cold in terms of AC. Service, facilities and amenities were good. Location ok. Pool area small but clean. Slow service at the bar not very attentive wait staff.

From the airport to the hotel there are bus is very convenient, just across the hotel car. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning, good service at the front desk, find an empty room let us CHECK IN early. Late in the evening we went out back, a warm greeting, need any help advice, kindly reply. Rooms are small, but a significant landscape window, looking at the Harbour, is desirable.

A superb hotel in many ways. Their Chinese restaurant man ho. Fine dining flint grill. Fish and chips restaurant n bar fish bar serve great food with friendly services. Their lobby lounge serve a variety of happy hour drinks with live music daily. Conveniently located with all the facilities ud expect in a 5 star hotel. Awesome!

Love the location, my room beautiful scenery, not only met the expectations of high quality hotels, also better than all other high-end hotels. Multilingual staff, impressive, and within walking distance you can go to the Mall next door.

This Marriott hotel has the most advantage of the place is not too good location, transportation is very convenient, close to the Admiralty MTR station, whether it's to Pacific place, take the peak tramway, or to Central or Causeway Bay are fast, even across the sea to Tsim Sha Tsui, Tsuen Wan line can get out!
Attitude of the staff was very helpful, courteous, the rooms are comfortable, nothing can be picky. Give 4 stars mainly because of the room looks out across the landscape, not enough open.
