The waiter was very nice and friendly serving us. But the waitress is lack of smile may she are not happy serving us. In general， I love it.

Amazing hotel, great rooms, excellent Club Lounge and the new ‘experience agents’ can’t do enough to help. Michelin started on site restaurants and a lobby bar with a perfect view of Vic harbour round off the experience. Can’t recommend this place enough, shame it’ll be temporarily closing next year.

This is by far my favourite hotel on the planet! Was my second time staying here and the service was once again impeccable! We had the harbour room and the view was absolutely breathtaking! I definitely suggest this hotel for anyone who visits Hong Kong!

This hotel has the best location and views in Hong Kong. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the Habour views are magnificent. The swimming pool is very kids family with a large spa. The morning and night walks along the water is amazing everything at your fingertips. The morning breakfast with harbour views is superb. Very family friendly and romantic at the same time.

Best View to Victoria Harbor from room and restaurant. Best Steak House!

Staffs are very professional. Front desk staffs and guest services team are very helpful on check-in and general services. Concierge team staffs are very knowledgeable and very helpful on booking tables for dinner and some local tours. Club lounge has very good breakfast and evening cocktails, champagne, pastries… etc.

Good buffet lunch at the harbour side restaurant. Need to booked at least 3 days in advanced for table. Cheap price, good food and quality service by the front desk. Highly Recommended for all ages.

Good venue space and rooms.

Service is lovely and location on bay is gorgeous. Only comment is that pants are required after 6 pm for men.

Went to the steak house! My third time in a few years. Never stayed at the hotel, so I'll refrain from any comments on that front. As pricey as this restaurant may be, it offers high quality meats from the US, Australia and Wagyu from Japan (not the Australian awful stuff)! Wine selection is great and encompass the world! The starters buffet is awesome. Service is as expected in such hotels! …

Excellent in all ways apart from check out which was a little hectic. Lovely room, nice and large, food room service and the best breakfast I have had in a hotel. The David off cigar lounge downstairs is worth a visit. Lovely view from the bar and dining area. Helpful staff assist with taxi and transportation. Oh don't forget the infinity pool, watch out for unaccompanied mainland kids splashing and Koreans doing selfies.

This is the most terrible 5-star hotel I ever experienced. My friend was getting hurt in hotel pool on 1 jul afternoon, her wound was getting worser after dinner and continued to bleed and painful. But the assistant manager in duty was rude in manner, without offering any actual help at all, not even a sense of care or concern on her wound, which is totally disappointed and unacceptable. It appeared to us that his response simply denying the hotel responsibility. Absolutely a 5-star hotel with unprofessional services. My friend finally spent most of night in hospital instead of birthday party gathering in hotel. Wound is not bleeding now, but for sure we will not be back to this hotel anymore. What a dreadful night.

Stayed here overnight on a short business trip. Star hotel with all amenities. Reception staff were very friendly and supportive. The restaurant people were so kind to prepare meal of my choice past midnight which was off the menu. Would recommend the hotel highly. Try to get a room with sea view.

Even though it has been a history of decades, indoor rings and facilities are still well maintained, especially for the Victoria Harbour side of the landscape is still quite attractive, in the days of the refreshing haze is more first-class … The renovation of the New World Centre in the hotel is almost complete, and the redevelopment of Salisbury Road Park on the other side is already partially open, plus a massive renovation of the avenue of Stars, which will be completed soon in front … Intercontinental Hotel's four-sided situation will bring a refreshing feel.

Five stars deserve it. Service is very well in place, Club Lounge staff Remember the guest's name, luggage is which, the initiative to ask whether to add a drink, whether to help call the car, and so on. The rooms at the harbour are superb and the views of Victoria Harbour are breathtaking during the day. Downstairs buffet restaurant things delicious variety, but not cheap. Steak House's steak is very tasty.

Location… georgeous On the sea… beautiful view. Well planned, well maintained… hats off to the Management. Attended a dinner meeting. Great ambience. Great decor. Well taken care. One of the best services noticed. Best food. But as a vegetarian, couldn't eat more than 3 items including steam rice.

The Hotel if you are in Hong Kong and are a traditional customer. If you stay in this hotel once you want to come back always.

Good place to have delicious AFTERNOON TEA and sides with a nice view, friends or alone! Excellent services and Elegant, Comfortable restaurant environment. I love this menu so badly as it was all about chocolate :D Will definitely come here again Xx.

One of nicest hotels in Hong Kong just the location of it isn't the best for traffic. You have to walk some distances to get to the transport. Other than that, the view of the place is perfect. The food is great. Not much to complain.

Super luxurious Hotel, amenities at the top. Tried on a business trip, among the best in Hong Kong.

Great location and view of the harbor from rooms. Short walk to Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area and 10-15 minuets walk to the star ferry. From your room you can see the nightly laser show of the harbor. We got upgraded to a baby suite so or room was very comfortable, as nice as the room is it could use a little update. We were offered 2 free drinks at check in.

The top for the night view of Hong Kong Island… and one of the best breakfast buffets in the world. (among over 60 countries)

Enjoyed a drink at the lobby lounge with a panoramic view of the harbour. We got a table right by the view, which makes it even more impressive. Live music and a drink with the skyline in front of you is a good way to spend an hour after dinner.

Luxurious hotel with excellent view of ocean and Hong Kong. My room had direct view of it. I can enjoy the night view directly from my room. Everything is my clean was clean and I can't find anything to complain about. Bathroom was huge. There are more than enough room in the closet. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. They always do they their best to fulfill my requests. I was given a lounge access, which had good selection of light meal and snacks. However view from there want so good. You need to book a room with view like mine. I don't think other hotels have better view than here. If view is the most important deciding factor for you, this hotel is it.

Very nice hotel with great view of the harbour. 4 Super Restaurants on top level are located in the hotel building. Very central and you can reach many sights and shopping streets very quickly on foot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful view of HONG KONG and ideally placed for shopping. The room with a view of the harbor is a must for an unforgettable souvenir. Nice rooftop pool. Nice hotel, great standing, impeccable service and quality.

Incredible experience from start to finish at a two night stay in November. Top-notch service and amenities. Friendly, always accommodating staff. Highly recommended. Take a dip in the outdoor hot tubs at night for gorgeous views of Hong Kong. Club Lounge upgrade is well with the extra $$.

Great location with a view of the port of Hong Kong, but just one x-believer luxury hotel.

At a wedding banquet， service was horrible. Whether that was supervisor or manager, he was just upset the whole time. What's more, they drank our wine! Definitely would NOT recommend anyone who wants to have their wedding there. The ac was also not cool enough, it was late Nov but think if we are sitting sweating. The staff must have been able to feel it. On top of that, staff dropped a spoon on my moms jacket and did not apologize, and just pretended nothing happened. Definitely not worth it. Nope, won't go there again.

Unmissable place in Hong Kong city in front of the beautiful view of Hong Kong Bay.

Stayed in November 2017 and was very impressed. The harbor view room is incredible. Service was very attentive in all aspects throughout my stay (bellhop, front desk, concierge, fitness center/pool, housekeeping). There are many restaurants on-site to choose from to enjoy fine dining. The Intercontinental lived up to its reputation and met all of my expectations.

Food and service of excellence. The Chinese food restaurant is one of the best in the bay.

To Hong Kong basically live here, has the superb Victoria Harbour View, the buffet Restaurant breakfast dinner is recommended. The staff were very friendly and the band in the lobby bar performed very well.

Hmm do we really comment on Intercontinental Hotels? Perfect as any other Intercontinental. Polite, informative and good staff. Very nice view, restaurant, let it be for eating or few drinks, quite place with good view, lot of construction around as of OCT 2017

The best view of the Hong Kong Bay at least once in a lifetime stay here!

It is a place with an exceptional view.

The location is superb, just in the water front. As it's advised in my guide's books it's a must to stop here and enjoy the view from the lobby. Even so, do not limit yourself for a drink only, try one of the delicious meal options. On my next visit to HK I'll come back in the evening, but today I came on lunch time. Very testy noodles and chocolate the dessert! The point down was only the cappuccino. I advice you only to order teas here. (Apologies before to walk in I broken my camera, so not best quality pictures)

Great rooms, very spacious and wonderful service. Location convenient for walking to office areas, shopping and restaurants. The night view of the harbor is fabulous.

I have visited this hotel a few times — it is excellent quality. The location is convenient, with many modes of transport, shops, and places to eat nearby. There are also good services, including a pool and jacuzzi, and multiple restaurants.

I visited to attend a conference but didn't stay at the hotel. Great location right on the water front and you can see the Hong Kong skyline across the river. Beautiful lobby and good restaurants and very courteous staff.

Service is exceptional, the staff are always there to respond to the smallest request. The buffet breakfast offers a wide array of Asian and Western options — all delicious. The location is also perfect with spectacular harbour views and a few minutes walk to Nathan Road for shopping and restaurants. I could not fault this hotel.

We stayed for a couple of nights. Probably one of the best locations in Hong Kong. Impeccable service and room and fantastic view of the island. Staff were attentive and most helpful. An excellent stay.

I'm from New Zealand and this was my 2nd time here… great buffet… yummy food… good service… great views… will return for sure.

Buffet dinner at Harbourside is excellent food at a pleasant place! Food combination is a perfect mix, they have cold dish, Japanese sushi, steam seafood, hot dish, pizza, steak, dessert, etc… Food presentation is excellent and hygienic. Serving crew is professional and cheerful. The mood is relax with colorful harbourview. They serve your stomach and eyes!

Stayed here for a week & loved it. Staff were really helpful & friendly. Started when we arrived & our room wasn't ready so they gave us free breakfast buffet the next morning plus a bottle of wine. Nice touch. My wife fell over whilst we were walking around and they couldn't have been more attentive & caring checking on her each day. Big shout out to Danny & Raymond up at the pool who were terrific. I have been to many hotels around the world and this has the best gym I have seen.
Only bit of caution I would say is if possible, get the breakfast buffet included in your rate. The range is huge but at HK$330 per head per day it is pretty expensive

Šikarnejšee place, were in a room with a view of the water. Very nice, especially at night. Breakfasts and brunches are divine. Waiters are terrific. The location is very convenient, close to many shops, museums.

Absolutely loved the room and the service! They upgraded us because of my girlfriends birthday into an executive suite which had the most breathtaking views of the harbour. From the minute I checked in until the minute I left, they made me and my partner feel welcomed and appreciated. Intercontinental will always be my luxury hotel of choice — — just WOW!

We had drinks and dessert here whilst a friend was visiting, the hotel offers stunning views of Hong Kong's skyline, it could actually be one of the best views that a hotel has to offer due to the huge floor to ceiling windows. Food and drinks here are pretty expensive, but it is the Intercontinental hotel so you can't expect them to be cheap. We tried to signature ice cream burgers which were crazy, brioche buns with ice cream, cookies and brownies. They were surprisingly light but I didn't manage to finish mine.

Very nice, service amazing but a bit stuffy and old fashioned. Also the restaurants inside the hotel all incredibly expensive. Luckily work paid but on my own I would probably choose the Lanson.

Went for the buffet dinner. Almost $950 per person. Food looked nice, but quality was very poor. Roast beef had no beef flavor, lobster had no sweetness, crab legs were just salty. Desserts appeared to use lots of baking agents as I was gassy for a while day afterwards. Highly disappointed.

I have been here a few times. The service is always top notch. The staff is friendly and helpful. Try to get here before 8 and enjoy the Symphony of Lights in a relaxing atmosphere. It is really a great place for cocktails.
