Spending my mandatory quarantine period here. Great experience so far. Friendly and caring hotel staff and very cooperative as well. Keep up the good service!

A group of 6 of us went to the dim sum buffet lunch on 25 June 2020. The price is $200+ per pax. We ordered three rounds in total. In short, the waiter told us a lot of orders are no longer available since the first round, and the other orders are basically missing. The most basic items such as siew mai, har gao, char siew bao are no longer available since first round. The waiter just apologise and said nothing they can do. First time ever left a buffet yet feeling hungry.

Highly recommended, whatever the tiro for business or for vacation in HongKong. Great location, locate at the heart of Kowloon, and the subway is nearby, very convenient to travel around Kowloon Island and HongKong Island.

Nice… We stayed there at the hotel from Jan 31st 2020 to Feb 2nd 2020 and the room is good view. This is a great hotel in the great tradition of hotels. It’s welcoming, super clean with fabulous staff, it is a great place to stay in Hong Kong and great location. Position of hotel was good and direct access from hotel to the MTR. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Unfortunately it was good. It is well located but it needs a good refit, tired and worn out furnishings and small rooms with hopeless TV and internet.

The Food choice and quality is excellent as is the entertainment evenings. I loved my stay at this Hotel.

Great location lovely staff relaxing atmosphere club lounge is an added bonus recommend paying just a little bit extra for it.

Loved the variety of food, all staff were very friendly and courteous, I would strongly recommend this hotel, close to the harbour.

The rooms are sooo small and our room smells very musty. Mould around the hand basin. Not a nice experience. Good location.

Good location but service is horrible. Staffs r rude almost shouting at you. Quality of service would be 2 stars hotel if I may say. Also my cable was broken in the middle of the night, called the recieption to borrow one just for the night, the communication was horrible they say something I can’t undestand. Something like I have to buy $54 and I have to go down to the reciepton myself (in the middle of the night in my pajamas) to get it, to pay and when I go down they were saying something weird again, couldn’t understand. Staffs can’t speak decent English or something? Rude. Bad service indeed.

Really good hotel, great location! Right next to Nathan road and an MTR entrance. 5 min walk to water front and ferry pier. Rooms not the biggest but clean and all works well. Strong water! Breakfast buffet very nice too. Again, not the biggest but tasty.

Don't use 3 devices to connect to Wi-Fi. They'll charge you. I refused to pay and they wrote me a rebate voucher to cover that cost. Place is clean as expected for a 4 star hotel. Room is smaller compared to Salisbury which my colleague stays in which is slightly cheaper in price while maintaining stay quality. I would stay in Salisbury instead next time.

Nice hotel. Prompt service. Harbour club package includes a nice breakfast and drinks and snacks throughout the day. You may opt for a room with a harbour view. Located in the middle of the action in Kowloon. The air in rooms has a bit of hotel smell in it but given the age and the climate it is hard to avoid it. Bedding is clean and beds are comfortable. Towels are clean and are in good condition but have a bit of a harsh laundry smell. Nice comfortable stay and the staff is friendly helpful and professional. They graciously try accommodate reasonable requests.

It's an old hotel in the less desirable place of hongkong. Its clean good service with lots and lots of massage places and counterfit bags as and products offered on the streets. Good fun never the less.

We loved the Kowloon Hotel. It is in a great position close to the MTR and the ferries. The staff are helpful and friendly and one guy, Tony, went above and beyond for an issue we had with venue tickets that didn't arrive. Our room was a superior room and although small it was quiet, comfortable and we slept very well. The shower was as hot as you wanted with great pressure. We would stay there again.

Only. Have. Double rooms and despite having paid for a triple we got a double. Attention. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm just rescuing her. Excellent location, a meters Avenue of Stars where you can appreciate the. Symphony of Lights from the bay.

The hotel is located directly on the subway. Great choice at breakfast. Price/performance OK.

Room on arrival not ready, speak bad English, ask for upgrade and get the backyard room smells musty, can barely turn and apply carpet sticks, drain in the bathtub clogged toilet filthy!

Fantastic location with train station underneath. Rooms a bit small, and bed is definitely not made for tall people. Service was friendly, especially within club lounge.

Clean rooms but with small TV's and no place to unpack clothes for a longer stay. Great location and price for short visits. Breakfast buffet is decent.

Located in TST, this place is famous for maintaining highest quality services. Very near to all major attractions of Tsim Sha Tsui like Museum, Promenade, Market places, Kowloon park, Observatory to name a few. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is helpful. Often free shuttle from Airport is available. (Check before booking) Free Wi-Fi and Complimentary breakfast are some add-ons.

Many good hotels on TST! But recommend Kowloon Hotel for rainy season because it's lobby is directly connected to MTR station!

To be in the center, nearby there is everything in step accessibility, the rooms are clean, it can be called large, wide beds.

Nice hotel, great location close to harbour and star ferries to take you to Hong Kong island. Great varied east/west breakfast buffet served daily. The rooms are quite small, but manageable. We had access to the lounge located in 17/18 floors. Daily coffee bar, afternoon tea with sweets and sandwiches, cocktail hour serving complimentary wines, liquor. Really appreciate it. Nice but limited view of Hong Kong harbour from there. Would recommended.

Hotel crew are nice, our room is 846. Room size is really pack small, but this hotel is very strategic, close to kowloon mosque. Lot of department store around hotel, and easy access to MTR. This hotel is just for resting at night.

Location is easy to get to from the Airport Express Train via the free shuttle. Right by the Tsim Tsa Shui MTR which also makes it a very convenient place to stay. Also short walking distance from the waterfront, Harbour City, and Nathan Road main area. Hotel room is a bit small and free Wi-Fi is only for two devices (more for additional cost), but overall it was great for the price. Room and bathroom were clean, and free water bottles were provided daily. Would stay here again!

It's in Kawaloon, so all the shopping centers and the ferry point is very close. You can get all kinds of food if you walk around for 15 minutes max. The rooms are, well basic, and small for my Indian taste. 4 stars because of very convenient location.

I went there last year 2016, it was a Great and excellent experience there, a good service was provided, friendly atmosphere was there and every thing I needed was there so this hotel deserves more then 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms small but functional and very clean. Staff polite and helpful. Breakfast was fine for our taste and there are plenty of options Western or local within walking distance. Spaghetti House is a good option for Western food. You’re definitely not in Kansas Dorothy and if you’re not prepared to appreciate the diversity of another country then stay home. The hotel is very central to all forms of public transport if you want a really authentic experience and it’s pretty cheap. Loved The Big Bus 2 day deluxe pass. It helped us to tick everything off my list of things to see in 2 days in Hong Kong. Love love loved it.

Very convenient location! We come every year in Sept for the jewelry exhibition in AsiaWorld, & this hotel is just across the street from where the bus to take you to the venue is located.

Well situated. No pool. Decent breakfast but it was included in my rate. Otherwise I wouldn't pay almost 20 euro for that breakfast.

The Hotel rooms are quite small but its a good size if you were to stay as a guest alone. The Kowloon Hotel has a great location. Easy to travel on bus, train, taxi. This is a mediocre hotel.

Too disappointed of all food. I wonder have you ever taste what you cooked? For similar price I would highly recommend holiday inn. Tempura no shrimp, pizza taste like you make it first time during cooking class, cheese no common one like Brie, vege soup is tasteless… Jesus… I don't feel what I pay for worth the price.

We stayed there from March 31st to April 5th. The rooms were very small and the hotel is a bit outdated but that is the worse of this review. The room was comfortable and the bed was really great (firm but not like a board). We stayed on Club Floor and our breakfast was included (we thought it was a continental breakfast but turned out to be a full on buffet) Food was good and staff was very attentive. We had access to the lounge which meant we had free beverages all day as well as afternoon tea and happy hour with finger foods. The view from the lounge at night was awesome (you can see the clock tower and across the bay). The staff was excellent. The location was the best with access to everything (Nathan street, the pier…) I would definitely return and think it was worth what we spent.

The hotel have passed its grander days, now it's tired looking n needs some refurbishment. Check-in staffs were great, Wi-Fi was weak but I was able to get my messages. Room is really small but I guess in hkg, all hotel rooms r equally small. Amenities were lacking, they provided shampoo but no conditioner, no body lotion, very flimsy slippers, might as well dun provide since it was difficult to walk with. Smallest TV I hv seen since the 80s, so dated.
Well there is a big plus for this hotel, it's the location. Food, shopping n the MTR subway right outside the hotel. Directly behind the Peninsula Hotel where u can go for the afternoon high tea.

The prices were over the top. $75AUD for two people for buffet breakfast, very small room, very small and noisy lobby area. The location was very good. For my money the YMCA Salisbury across the street is much better value for money.

A classic Hong Kong, the first time we stayed at the Hyatt, nearby, also in the middle and there is enough difference logically. But the price makes up for it, is my good and is fairly economical.

Very squeezey room for a 4*. Charges for Wi-Fi… something which is now a necessity!

The rooms are really small, when shared there are not much space to turn or open your suitcases, we travel light can't imagine how some people with large and multiple suitcases fit in there. I don't think they have updated the room for many, many years and it shows. This hotel seems to get most of their guests thru main land Chinese tour groups. The place is loud, some people cuts in line and lobby is bit dirty. The positive: good location, close to the center of transportation, action and food. Reasonable value.

This is best located hotel at nathan road. I stayed here for 3 times, room sizes are small but overall I must say it is a good hotel. Prices are likely to be on the higher side. staff member's really friendly, hotel and rooms are very clean. easily accessible to all mode of transport. goods indian restaurant and other also around.

Good location, excellent maintenance, but have a very limited choice of food, as they DO NOT serve Halal food. This means most travellers of a particular religious faith are not catered to. Hope this situation is rectified at the earliest.
