Quite old. First room I had was very old and not very clean, got a better one after complains. All in all very friendly staff.

Very step road to reach, taxi drivers deny either drop or pick up. Staff is courteous and good. Rooms are small but OK.

Great serviced apartment, spacious, clean and very nice staff. The gym is small, but has everything you need.

Good place near the subway, little up heal so if you have heavy lagguage be prepared for a little muscle work.

Super Parts Anfaht. Only for athletes. Taxi drivers refuse in part the departure. Rooms worn and unprofessional, furnished. Only the location speaks for the site. Not 4 top. Overall verdict: Poor for quite a lot of money.

I came over to do hiking and trail running and this hotel is perfectly located on Wan Chai Gap Rd just below Bowen Rd fitness trail. It also has good access to the trails around the reservoirs, the Hong Kong Trail, and the Wilson Trail, as well as frequent buses and trams on Queens Rd East and the MTR nearby.   The room was a comfortable size but not large. Our bathroom and shower were spacious and the TV is on a swivel so we could view it from the couch or the bed. The dining table doubled as a work desk and the free private Wi-Fi (on a per-room basis) was very convenient, much better than needing to log into a hotspot each day.   The kitchen/laundry is small but perfectly suited to an active couple who want to cook a few breakfasts and also eat out. Our apartment also had a full-sized fridge with freezer, for our milk, beer, and mochi ice! The services guide doesn't explain where facilities are, but you'll find the gym on the lobby level, and access to the terrace through the gym (or directly off the lobby). Free coffee is available from reception. Our taxi driver was convinced he couldn't drive up Wan Chai Gap Rd, so we walked up from Queens Rd East. I saw other taxis doing the same, but I also saw taxis coming out of the street and the sign said you could drive in to access properties. It would be ideal if staff could explain this in the hotel description so future guests will know what to tell our taxi driver.

Hi. It is situated in a very convenient location. Easy access to shopping, travel and sightseeing. Very practical place to live in. Hotel staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Great apartment hotel and luckily we were placed on the highest floor, floor 24! The room is a bit dusty and the windows are not air tight as we could feel draft coming in and also traffic noise. However, most importantly, the bed is one of the most comfortable bed I've slept in. The apartment also has a washer/dryer. Wanchai is a great area to stay too as a tourist.

Perfect place for business and holidays.

Too loud and too difficult to get here. Fair price for Hong Kong. Would recommend for longer stays since it has a kitchen and washing machine.

I have nothing but great things to say about Eaton residences. Booking was super easy, check in was great and the room was a perfect size for two people. I was happy to have a small kitchenette and a washing machine. We were on the top floor so we had a pretty nice view especially at night. It rained pretty hard during my last two nights and some water had leaked in. We called the front desk and someone came up immediately to bring us extra towels to place on the windowsill. They changed those towels daily. The room was fine, very clean and comfortable. The location is great! Close to many restaurants, malls, the wan chai market and cafes.

This is an above budget accommodation, clean and quiet. Although this is not five stars so don't expect all the trimmings. Appartments are in a great place to see all of HK island. Every thing is just out your door.

Very roomy styled apartments in Hong Kong (Large for the city). All very comfortable with trendy furnishings. Everything you need in a room really. I would have liked some soap for washing dishes, however the maid would come daily to do that. Location wise its very central and close to Wan Chai MTR, however entrance is hidden from Queens Road so can be a little confusing to find. I stayed on the top floor, so had access to a balcony. Views were nice, but no water view. If you are in Hong Kong for an extended period, I would recommend.
