Wedding Service Sucks! Their manager Nicole Chan will try her best effort to make you cancel wedding, by making every order wrong and everyone unhappy, and you still have to pay for the rest of the fees. If you wish you want to get separated before you get married, go ahead.

We stayed in many hotels in US and Philippines (Manila & Legazpi). This hotel is one of the best customer service we ever had. They're on top of everything despite of language barrier (but they tried really hard). This place is accessible to everything.

The lobby was very fancy, so we were extremely disappointed when we saw our rooms. They were tiny and everything was so old. The refrigerator wasn't cold, and the entire room had a strange smell that refused to be aired out, especially since the ventilation inside the bathroom was very weak. This hotel had a four star rating so we were expecting something much nicer. The most I'd give this hotel is perhaps 2 stars if it were in America, but seeing as it's in Hong Kong and their standards are different, I'd be more lenient.

It's a stunning pink room. Defitinitely the room for the girlie girl who can't get enough of pink color. The executive lounge in this hotel also great with various pastries and dessert.

Great location, easy access to local transportation. We stayed in an executive suite that definitely full field our needs. The Hotel is located inside a little mall with really cool stores, like Miniso and many restaurant choices for every body.

Overall had a great stay! Room was pretty spacious and clean. Fridge is a bit old and bed a bit hard though. However location is great and convenient.

Great hotel. Great location. Close to local markets, food, shopping mall and metro. Cathy our room service maid was great. Our rooms 2322 2333 and 2336 was always clean and ready for us when we got home from a long days adventure. Highly recommended.

About 10 minutes on foot from Tai Wo mtr station, there is a bus stop on the outskirts of the hotel, there are many small food shops nearby, there are many crowds in the hotel, the business area includes a large Aeon shopping and supermarkets. On the second floor, there are small open Chinese restaurants, obscene restaurants and Japanese food shops. A buffet is served on site, and it is convenient to stay at this hotel for food and shopping.

Nice hotel. Near shop facilities. Problem Wi-Fi signal is not so good at times as it comes and go. Otherwise few days stay there one can manage.

Loved the good European cuisine plus service. Convenient location near the Metro.

Decent location and price. Briefly spotted a type of bug but I assume it had more to do with the warm climate rather than housekeeping.

We just checked out earlier, around 5am even before the sunrise! and I'm amazed with the security and 24hrs lobby reception, I love how attentive the housekeeping is! I'll definitely go back here when I visit hong kong again.

Very disappointed! The point is I spent my 7 days for my 30th wedding anniversary at your hotel where I received terrible service. No upgrade, no complimentary cake, no greeting cards and not even a higher floor when I requested upon check in or room booking. It is a huge disappointment. I've been in this hotel several times since 1995, but I'm really disappointed this time! Because the 7 nights I stayed on my 30th wedding anniversary are the freezing days of winter, with only 7 ° C — 11 ° C, it was already unfortunate to stayed in to an ugly & old room unfortunately : The first is the window, cold wind into the room from the gap, while the room is only cold air conditioning is completely no heating equipment! In this cold weather, I had never stayed in a hotel without heating. I had to ask the hotel to borrow two pillows to cover the window into the air gap, and borrow a heater. Really bad luck! Two weeks before my stay, I also specifically requested that I could stay in a beautiful room to spend my wedding anniversary Hong Kong holiday. Finally, I will consider panda hotel included in my vacation blacklist!

Good access to shopping and dining. Nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Had lunch buffet. Variety was decent in terms of there being Japanese, western, Korean, etc, style foods, but there wasn't much to choose from for each style. I was happy with the variety of meats available, with duck, white chicken, thin beef 'steaks' cooked to your preference, roast pork. Usual buffet deserts with a variety of cakes, jelly, and others. The ice cream and chocolate mousse were good! Overall, worth a try if you can get the discount.

Hotel D self-help with buried D under the price of goods do not know stomach service too much price and misleading people like to go to D black shop to drive money all go to eat under.

Hotel is rather expensive for room furnishings and cleanliness.

Hotel is quite good. Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathroom quality is somewhat lower. The breakfast choices are also low.

Unfortunately we were not treated well at night at the reception. The lady was rude and even after the hint please speak slowly — since we don't speak good English-was ignored. On the question of whether we had booked lunch u D dinner (forced stop of the Fluggeselschaft) we got a no to the answer. It was booked for us. Rooms and hotels were good.

Panda theme was cute. Wifi was choppy. Rooms were nice and clean. We were given a hotel phone with data and international phone call options complimentary with the room. So we could search for things to do and see and take advantage of online deals. Near mtr which made travelling anywhere super easy. Recommended.

Great hotel in the Tsuen Wan area. Just downstairs there is a Japanese supermarket and also tons of restaurants. The rooms are a little old but still clean. Rates are reasonable as well.

Middle of everything. Good location. Do not expect good accomodating receptionists. They dismiss you right away and cannot even share a simple smile.

We stayed in a deluxe twin room. The room was clean and spacious. It included a microwave and small mini fridge if you wanted to eat in your room. Cutlery and plates were also in the room. The gym and pool on the 8th were very nice.

Pros: Staffs are nice, bedsheets clean, room cleaned daily, toiletries restocked daily, big bathrooms — bigger rooms compared to normally small Hkg rooms. Location 10mins walk to nearest MTR. Good value for money. Free shuttle service to/from TST. Mall below buildg, lits if rstaurant and local restaurant around Cons: wallpapers are old, flaking out. Carpets needs deepcleaning, 17th floor is a smoking-floor maybe thats why it smelled musky and old BUT ALL IN ALL ITS A VERY GOOD HOTEL. The smell isnt actually that bad unless youre very sensitive like me. Tip: use a travel agent when booking this hotel.

We were initially booked in a smoking-allowed room coz it was already available at the time of our arrival, that is, about past 12nn. Otherwise, we had to wait till 2pm. Being tired and sleepy bcoz of the early morning flight, we opted to stay in the said room but could not stand the smell of cigarette smoke so we requested for transfer. The hotel receptionist was very accommodating to have granted our request. We have difficulty conversing with the hotel staff and they seldom give a ready smile but they are nice. The hotel has all the nice facilities, including a shuttle service to Mongkok. I would endorse tjis hotel to my friends and relatives.

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is rather old both the rooms and amenities could use an upgrade. Cleanliness is very much adequate for a hotel in this price bracket in Hong Kong, staff is friendly and helpful. Location is near one of the mass transit subway station so it's easy to get into town via the tube. Other then that the shopping complex on the basement levels of the Hotel is quite useful to stock up on essential things that you forgot to bring with you. Also surrounding the hotel is an abundant of local food offers and if you prefer something closer to home there's a 24Hr McDonald nearby.

Amazing place … Great food… Close to the market! Maybe not such a good place for vegetarians because most of the food there is just meat and fish and stuff… but it's close to the market where you can buy a lot of stuff. There's a huge mall downstairs where you can buy almost anything… A huge share of my souvenirs came from there. The food was simply great because I am a non-vegetarian. There 1 or 2 indian resturants nearby as well… but I didn't check them out. The quality of the rooms is amazing… clean and hygienic toilets excellent room service… there is a service for voice messages at the reception also just in case your tour guide comes in and wants you to give a small alert about your plans for tomorrow or something. Overall an amazing experience!

The club lounge has a good atmosphere & good choices of food during breakfast & cocktail hours. We also appreciate the free rround trip shuttle service to downtown. It was a pleasant stay at Panda Hotel last February 22, 2017 Wednesday and February 23, 2017 Thursday. The assigned room to us are neat and clean. The reception area of the hotel are surrounded by Panda bears which make it more attractive. When it comes to safety of the visitors, the hotel provide measures on the access on the use of elevator if its very late at night. For future visit, my family and I together with our friends will surely visit the hotel.

1st things first — A lot of people here have complained that the hotel is difficult to find from the mall entry. Avoid that entry. There is a separate over-bridge (easily seen) for pedestrians that takes guests directly to Panda Hotel reception. I wonder why hotel management has not highlighted that here till now. The location of the hotel is excellent, the same over-bridge mentioned above extends on the other side till a MTR station so commuting is easy. The staff is very helpful and most of them speak manageable English. I did an early check-in in the hotel with no problem at all. They are happy to help in providing information about tourist spots and directions. The hotel restaurants are quite expensive, but there are a lot of options available in the mall below so that is not a problem. The room I got was on 21st floor, the room was bigger than usual Hong Kong hotel's rooms and was neat and clean.

Good hotel, clean and large room. Would recommend to others. Price rating is fare. Metro is nearby and large malls and many facilities for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Very extremely far away from the main action. It's about a 30mins journey (walk + MTR) from Mongkok, and another 20 more minutes to Central/Causeway Bay. Prices may be cheap, but you'd have to weigh out your options and see what you value more as a tourist. Many mainlanders and tourists stay here, if that's a point of consideration.
