Highly recommended, room is very nice and the views are really good considering we're in quarantine here. The staff are amazingly accommodating and friendly. Good job guys.

The room service is really good, our stay has been really nice here.

Flying from malaysia to HK and enjoy my 14days quarantine in hotel… everything good… will be better if there are more selection of food… thanks for providing some games and prizes.

It has been 12 days since I came, overall I really enjoy my stay. :) What I like:
+ a full size desk! (Really great work space)
+ spacious and clean
+ customer service: they are attentive and responded to my requests
+ they resolved my internet problems
+ lightning delivery speed: after my delivery arrive the front desk, I get them within 10 mins. What could be better…
-better Wi-Fi connection please, it’s quite unstable. Wifi is an absolute necessity during quarantine!
-they give towels and toothbrush etc twice a week… I think it’s unnecessary. One person doesn’t need like 8 toothbrushes/slippers in 2 weeks. Just give when requested.
-please give options to choose the meals. Then we don’t need to waste food.
-2L water bottles would be better to reduce plastic.

Highly recommended we stay for 3! nights and 4days. The place is so cozy and fresh inside. Very accommodating staff. the hotel has shuttle bus going to different station in Hong Kong just get the schedule on the front door and make a reservation. they have complimentary water bottles and always clean the room also have Kid zone and they give it to us for free pass. thank you Dorsett for a wonderful experience on our first family trip in hongkong.

Great service from all staff. Very handy free shuttle bus routes to shopping/MTR. Used airport pickup upon arrival. Good breakfast. Efficient room service and housekeeping.

Nice food n good staff. Rooms were good with a view.

English speaking staff that are friendly and helpful. Morning breakfasts are good and the pool is very nice! 7 Eleven grocery store very close to the Hotel and they have bus shuttle service.

We played at the newly furnished playroom last weekend and was surprised a free cupcake workshop offered to us. My lo enjoyed a lot. Staff were lovely and child-friendly, will definitely come back, my lo had a lot of fun running around as well as cosplaying different characters. She even refused to leave at the end of the session and requested us to bring her here someday again. Tho for hygienic purpose, would suggest hotel should arrange temperature check and give our hand steriliser to any playroom visitors upon arrival. Thank you for making our day wonderful.

It was a great experience. Staff are nice and helpful. There are shuttle bus from airport and Kwai fong to the hotel. Reception opens 24 hours. There is also a convenient right next to the hotel. The only thing that disturbs me abit is the cleanliness of towel. One towel is found with red lipstick mark. But generally I would recommend this place.

Overall good hotel to stay. Pictures made the rooms seem bigger than it actually was so just be aware of that. Great service, nice little pool & gym, not too far from MTR, close to bus stops, not too far from shopping center either.

I'm in the diet, the Yan will. It gives me a childhood memory! Because my primary school, Alma mater is opposite the hill. Unfortunately, in 2OO7 years of self-braking school! Di Sheng Bai Le Gate restaurant, is our alumni gathering place!

The hotel is awesome. They also provide phones for people out of country. So that they don't face any problem. I loved the hotel nad their services too.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting Hong Kong. Hotel staff were very helpful and allowed us to check into our room early on arrival. We would stay here again if we returned. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the MTR station which is very handy. If you are arriving on the MTR make sure you cross the bridge when you arrive!

Very nice modern hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The rooms are too small for anything over a one or two night stop though as there is no cupboard space (apart from a tiny little one which is too high to be useful) There is a hanging rail under it to put stuff like jackets on. You couldn't hang long dresses or trousers on it. The bathroom is tiny but the shower is a decent size and the water pressure is good. The area isn't great and you will need to get down to Hong Kong Island for something to see. The nearest MTR station is a ten minute walk away but the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to take you to a nearby station or right down to south Kowloon which has many restaurants and shops and very close to the ferry to Hong Kong Island.

Hotel is pretty good, only about 25 mins away from airport, mini bus just up the road, mtr station aboit 5-10 min walk, 7 eleven just outside the hotel, a small restaurant place nearby opens til 10:30pm. Overall a good stay.

Extremely disappointed. We booked a non-smoking room for a couple nights but they ended up gave us a SMOKING room. They explained their hotel was fully booked coz they gave all rooms to the tours. We booked and paid 2 months ago, how could they not hold the room for customers? What's the point by booking? Make sure you are ok to stay in a SMOKING room when you book this hotel, coz they may give you a smoking room even you had booked a non-smoking room.

I stayed here for 10 days while visiting Hong Kong with my girlfriend. We stayed at both Dorsett Locations: Tsuen Wan & Mongkok and both were great. Room size at the Tsuen Wan location feels a bit bigger but you are a bit outside of the city. However, both locations provide free shuttle service to the MTR. Decent price for HK. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

I was a little apprehensive when I selected this property for my stay in Hong Kong as pics on the internet are sometimes highly misleading. However, when I arrived it was exactly what I had seen online. Very clean and neat rooms. Friendly customer service and nice pool area on the 3rd floor with the gym and other amenities. One caveat: it's a 10 min walk from the train station at Tsuen Wan and the shuttle is almost never available; service stops at 8pm.

Having dinner more than once, yummy classic steak set. Salmon is cooking well for our little one. Soup is great. Too much tourist from China makes the environment too noisy. Staff there is nice and helpful. Hope more people will go and try the food at the lobby restaurant.

The level of service provided by this hotel to my partner was the best ever had. The went above and beyond the call of duty in providing service, support, help, advice and more during our stay here.

Been staying for a week and I am really satisfied with the service. There's a shuttle going to and from Kwai Fong station which makes my everyday travel convenient. The hotel is also located in a safe environment. The staff is helpful and kind. They are always attentive to my requests: water, housekeeping services, shuttle reservation, etc.
I would like to give a shout out to the manager, Eddie, for assisting me with my complaint regarding the airport to hotel transfer. He and his colleague did all the best they can to address the situation with the van service. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Dorsett!

Rooms are small and front staff need to be given little soft skill training they are very rude at times. Language is a bit of a problem for the rest of the staff at hotel. A simple word like spoon is difficult for them to understand rest you can imagine yourself how it would be like. Food on the restutrant at first floor (dimsum) is excellent but mostly closed for the guests over the weekends due to wedding reservations.

Shuttle bus services were frequent enough apart from night time between 6.45pm to 8pm as there's no shuttle in between those times. My room was small, but that's OK as I was on my own and just really needed basic things in my room. The staff were really helpful and when I had a lot of shopping, the staff was quick enough to press the lift for me to go in. Location could have been better, even though it's near the mtr, still a good 7-10 mins walk to the nearest mtr, but good that there is a shuttle bus service.

We stayed at Dorsett Tsuen Wan for 5 nights. The location is a bit far from the MTR station, but they have complimentary shuttle service to selected MTR stations. The staff are nice especially the man in the concierge (I forgot to get his name). The room and bathroom is a bit small for the price we paid but understandable, it's HK. Room is cleaned everyday… will stay at Dorsett again on our next trip.

Clean rooms located at a walking distance to Tai Wo Hau mtr station. Breakfast has a good spread. Hotel offers shuttle service to Kwai Hing mtr station and Disneyland. Convenient for business and leisure travelers. Airport and Hong Kong city center located within 25-30 mins by mtr.

We were there for afternoon tea (飲下午茶). The price is not the cheapest but the settings at the hotel is relatively more modern and cleaner than the usual tea house/dim sum restaurant (茶樓). Food comes just as quickly and the dim sum has the usual variety. Food tastes traditional and is up to the standards of the other tea houses.

The breakfast room is too small and you have to wait in line. The rest of the hotel is good.

Utterly rube shuttle bus driver in Dorsett Tsuen Wan. We were waiting for the shuttle bus at 6.15pm. When we approached him to check on the next departure time, he told us 7.30pm. He spoke to us in a very disrespectful manner and kept asking "what do we want to do". We decided to speak to the hotel concierge instead, we found out it's 6.30pm so we realized the driver just gave us wrong information and decided to waited at the lobby right in front of the pick up point. The driver and the concierge were both aware that we were waiting for the shuttle bus but it left withiut us at 6.30pm. How difficult is it to give us a wave that it's time to leave?

The front desk staff was very accommodating, the rooms were clean and the hotel was a 6-8 minute walk from the MTR. The room rate was extremely reasonable and I would recommend.

Used it as a base for a dragon boat festival, good little shopping centre nearby but a 200m or so walk alongside a busy road to get to the metro system. Still relatively handy though.

A very nice place to stay although they don't have a great view and the food are so-so. We stayed in the 21st floor and the room is super good with a little living room. The bathroom can be considered big in HK and the shampoo and the lotion are smell very nice with orange.

Food quality of chinese restaurant is same same.

Only drawback is its location, which is a bit far from the city center. Although, they give you free shuttle service to the Tsuen Wan MTR Station for convience. :) Overall, best place to stay in in a budget!

Although the house is not very large, but the equipment necessary is relatively comprehensive, the mainly traffic very convenient, I want to go to Mongkok soon, not bad!

Nice hotel. Personnel was helpful. Rooms were clean but a bit small. You can use a smartphone for free from the hotel.

The staff was nice and you can take the hotel cell phone with you which is nice because you can call national number with that cellphone for free. Using Internet on that cellphone is also free of charge.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff from Dorsett Tsuen Wan! The customer service was incredible, especially the general manager Vicky Law. He Helped us a lot, very professional, caring and helpful. The room was big, clean and nice, plus they also have free shuttle service and a tablet device in the room for guests. Overall stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan was fantastic. We will choose to stay there again in our next trip to Hong Kong. From Mr and Mrs Li.
