A really nice boutique hotel, a good experience in HK!

Very clean and decent hotel. Good location near Causeway Bay. Staffs are helpful and efficient.

Dear upper management of Lanson Place. This is related to Ambassador Row Hotel Suite by Lanson Place in Ampang Malaysia, hope please if you could look into their staff attitude and behaviour as I never feel being insulted for entire life with your staff action and attitudes thrown by them which is incident happen dated 2nd March 2019 ETA 7pm Malaysia time. I would like to raise a concern sacarsm and provocation words they have said earlier, "Jadi encik kedekut tak nak bayar p…arking la ni" (so you are stinggy just to pay the parking) and insult talk bad mouth "Orang ni tak nak bayar parking" (this person dont want to pay parking) telling everyone unproffesionally. To ignore their sacarsm I have request to speak with their upper management, unfortunately the insultation and bad attitude behaviour was done by the duty manager itself. Dissapoint with that I have request to talk with her upper management but she keep on insisting ignoring my request saying they are not around which is a lie that there is one of the upper management are around just want to take her dinner. I only able to take capture some of the incident due to I have alot of incoming call for my next meeting that have cut and stop the video recorded. I was throughly upset, dissapointed and never being feel humiliate my entire life.

Great boutique hotel which is also close to causeway bay. Not many Chinese tourists, recommend for someone likes a quiet stay.

Great service. The rooms are a bit tight and there's no infinity pool. There's a small gym though. The care takers are really helpful all day.

Nice hotel at a decent price with good service. Staff can be a little pushy when it comes to breakfast, but is a good spot to be central located within Causeway Bay. Went there for a work trip and their business center is lacking —but would recommend if looking for a place on holiday.

Love the smartphone that is made available. Can be your own pedsonal hotspot. Room is spacious and clean.

The Lanson Place hotel is an amazing place to stay at for your next trip to Hong Kong. When first walking in you are mesmerized by this calm yet refreshing scent that is filled throughout the entire floor. Their decor is simple yet elegant. The big green marbeled wall reminds me of Jade, a clash between heritage and luxury. The check-in desk is on the 2nd floor, where you will also been able to see the lounge on both sides. The lounge feels very cozy, with a black grand Piano placed on one end with drinks and food accompained next to it. You will find a hidden small bar on the other side of the lounge. My room was well equpied (because it was a studio) with everything I needed. The bathroom was very clean. It has white marbled floors and an over head shower so the water can cover your entire body. The bed and living room were split between the reversable television. I espcially liked that they had a master control next to the bed and another one by the door. The panel controls all the lights (excluding the bathroom) and the curtains. I was quite surprised by the buttons for the curtain. When they opened, I was able to see a snippet of the beautiful skyline of Hong Kong and when I closed them, they were able to fully keep the room in the mist of darkness even when the sun was up outside. A lot of things suprised me because of how smartly designed they were. They also had a small gym which they had all the basics that you would find in any gym. Also a laundry room next to it.

Good location but a big hotel, hardly the small boutique hotel as described. One of the three lifts not working when we stayed, very frustrating.

Stayed in the Prestige Suite. The service is patient and really courteous. I appreciated that I didn't have the bathroom with see through shower area from the room. Gym was great tho a bit cramped so you can't really do mat exercises. But otherwise, the equipment are well maintained and high end. The ergonomic pillows are limited in quantity so be sure to make a note that you want them at reservation time if u need one. The breakfast is delicious with wide enough variety. Overall I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Everyday returning to the room felt like entering to a different world from the outside.

This is long overdue. Stayed for 4 nights early Jan with my family. Fantastic service with a surprised cake and a bottle of wine delivered to my room for my birthday! And when we checked out, a box of chocolates was given to me. Thank you for the kind gestures.
The happy hour here is fantastic value! Too bad there wasn't a crowd there at all.
The other "negative" feedback is that the range of breakfast is limited.

The place is very near to all the main places of Causway Bay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Entire place was neat and clean. Absolute worth for the money.

Cozy little hotel with great service. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Transportation is readily available such as bus, subway (MTR), street tram and taxi.

Very good hotel. Quiet place. Close to shopping centre. Efficient service. After meal, I 'd like to have foot and body treatment in Zenxes Foot Retreat in Happy Valley. Only five minute ride by tram. Very professional and modern. Here I can meet many foreign residents who enjoy Zenxes service too. Super!

PROS Good location for Causeway Bay area shopping, eating, transport, etc. Staff are friendly and helpful, though not always available. Bed is comfortable, aircon in room works well. Lounge area offers a good range of comfy, cozy seating. cons 1. Evening cocktails VERY disappointing! Night 1: ice all melted, so prosecco & wines not cold. Both nights: terrible offerings of prosecco, white & red wines — — — LOW Quality, and LACKED Variety (most hotel club lounges offer at least 2 of each, up to 4 choices of each type). 2. Breakfast was disappointing for lack of food choices, and insufficient staff to serve guests. 3. Given 1 & 2 above, the "133 Club" upsell package was way too expensive, a BAD VALUE — — — your hotel should not offer such package if not seriously committed to deliver. 4. Must have larger bathroom, separate toilet. Current design is UNACCEPTABLE. 5. Need more reception staff to process check-ins & checkouts faster. 6. Need a staircase between Ground and First, to save time going from downstairs Lobby to upstairs Reception & Lounge, rather than wait for 1 of 3 busy elevators!

Decor is very classic and elegant… staff were friendly and helpful… rooms are spacious and furnishings is luxurious and spells elegance beautifully… am amazed how it creates a sanctuary in the midst of a buzzling city centre of Hong Kong!

Clean and quiet place. The small kitchen is useful too for making a coffee or tea. Good location!

Nice quiet area, great to relax after whole say of walking and shopping around Causeway. Lots of places to eat and shop nearby. Room was clean and comfortable, worth the price I paid for. Hotel surprised us with wine to celebrate a special event. Glad we gave Lanson Place a try.

Very comfortable hotel but not good breakfast.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Had a suite with crib for the baby. Mini kitchen was adequate for our needs. Room size was very reasonable and the location is prime for food, shopping and MTR. Comparatively the prices was also very reasonable. Will definitely come back.

With so many so-called 'boutique hotels' popping up across Asia, the word 'boutique' has lost its shine, often being code for 'not of international standards' (especially in SE Asia). The Lanson Place Hong Kong brought back my faith in the word 'boutique'. Everything about our experience there was first class. The lobby / reception area is on the 1st floor, accessed via elevator only and is set out more like an exclusive and intimate business lounge. There's a grand-piano in the middle of the main area, with lounge seating at tables — all having USB and charge ports for phones and laptops so that guests can sit, read, work etc. One of the things that kept us going back down to the lounge was the library there. There are actually an amazing selection of books in several languages. We spent many hours there just sitting in the great atmosphere after work winding down with a cocktail from the bar (which were great) and reading. There was a good selection of music in the background that was a great fit with the surroundings, at a volume that wasn't intrusive. You could tell that a lot of thought went into the room planning. Given the space constraints of rooms in Hong Kong in general, the rooms here are amazingly large — and all of them have kitchen facilities (microwave, stove, oven etc), ironing board and lots of storage space for both clothes and 'stuff' in case you're staying there for more than a few days.

Very nice hotel. It's in Causeway Bay Hong Kong, so space as usual is a premium, therefore limited facilities. With beautifully designed and lovely staff.

Excellent rooms, very clean and neat. Only the larger suites have hot tub, while the other rooms are shower only. Beds are very comfortable. Service is excellent and the location is fantastic.

This was an excellent hotel for my extended stay, 4 weeks, while settling in and looking for an apartment. The staff was fantastic and the facilities are excellent in that the room was modern, clean and well maintained. The staff was always attentive and helpful in anything I needed.

Good business hotel with helpful staff. The concierge recommended several restaurants during our stay and most were pretty good. Bathrooms were strange, with clear glass, so you will need to ask them to cover up if you are staying with a colleague or family member of the opposite sex.

Love the scent of the hotel. I wish I can buy the oil or fragrance, but it's not for sale. The staff very very friendly and helpful. Love the ambience inside the hotel. The FREE HANDY is really really good stuff. Very very recommend to stay. The location is great surrounding with restaurants. I would like to give 8.5.

Who knew this wonderful hotel was here? Rooms are nicely decorated, the ones with views are great! Open, see through bathroom so be sure you're comfortable being close with who you share a room with!

For 12 weeks I lived out of this hotel. It was an amazing experience and is still one of my all time favorite hotels to have ever stayed/lived out of. In HK there is an array of top notch hotels both well known and others like the Lanson Place that has left a lasting impression. Now looking back after 5 years of living out of hotels, the Lanson Place remains within my top 5 all time hotels! The decor, services (butler, driver, and personal concierge), plus the many amenities spoiled me. Lucky my client at the time paid the $799 (US) per night over 12 weeks. Everything was at my fingertips (amazing restaurants, jogging/walking routes, incredible shopping, and a quaint yet unique neighborhood filled with all the local flavors of Asia). Never had to worry about anything as everything over the 12 weeks was handled by one of the 3 full-time staff members assigned specifically to me and ensured everything was perfect! I can't wait to one day go back to HK just to enjoy this boutique hotel.
