Booked the hotel for my parents through booking and the assistant couldn’t find the reservation, although I double checked with them hours ago. It’s far from the city, and my parents took the taxi to go there, but the staff didn’t try to figure out other ways to help them at all. I called them later and they couldn’t find the reservation. Booking called them and they didn’t respond and no one speaks English there.
