➜ Bad experience was not well explained what room my booking was for three we were put in a room with three bunk beds, when you go to ask for the key of the room we say no because if someone is more reserved, would there, it was a very uncomfortable situation, as they put strange people, we wanted to ask for refund of the money we were not allowed to just return one night of the three nights cancelled so we were forced to stay in that place or we would lose our money, and for each night we paid 63 thousand and something for the three of them, to not even be quiet, and have to leave our stuff in an open room. I do not recommend.
➜ Its rooms are very comfortable and the people who chose the Hostel, may do so with assurance that they will find the comfort and environment and all the dependencies that neseciten. Since the staff is very friendly, who make you feel at home, a place that in all ways I will come back…

Lousy experience, we touched live an episode very particular, we leased the room adjoining the courtyard, where they were BUILDING (machinery, very noisy), How can not have a little bit of consideration and thinking in the passenger wants to rest and not give you notice of this situation?. We had to ask that the last jobs, to which they answered, that they would last more than 3 hours… clearly, we ask the refund of the money that we did not want to be in a place so noisy. WE spent ABOUT 4 HOURS explaining the situation to the managers, that we were delivering the service in optimal conditions, and therefore we wanted to return the money. The owner as a rock star did not appear ever to give the face and give you a solution, the only solution was for us to stay there because we were going to return, or a weight. After discussing a long time with the managers (since they were the visible face and is clearly the rock star of the head was not) they gave us back 50% of the stay because, according to them, they fulfilled all that they promised with booking that was the bed and the stay (something that is UNACCEPTABLE to ACCEPT A BED, WHERE not EVEN you CAN take a break… A SCAM), the true a service that leaves much to be desired both in attention to public as well as in ethics.
