The place very beautiful, the rooms very clean tidy and well heated, the spacious comfortable bathroom, the spectacular whirlpool in the open air, the bar guy prepared very rich drinks, the breakfasts are very assorted there are different varieties of bread, and Accompaniments for this, very complete and rich, wonderful scenery, have to visit this place.

Muy bueno, fuimos con un grupo grande de amigos y nos atendieron del 7. La cena estuvo bien buena, el lugar y las habitaciones perfectas. Hacía mucho frío en la noche y las piezas estaban a la temperatura perfecta. El desayuno en la mañana un poco tirado a las masas, le faltó algo de variedad en ese sentido. El bar es bueno, tal vez un poco caro. Las acomodaciones de la terraza buenas.

The rooms are large with wonderful beds. The room is still empty, with seats made of plastic, which stand around unlovingly. It is all clean though, although a renovation, the facility would do well.

Fabulous hotel and great atmosphere in the area of Vicuña… mix very well the modernity with the tradition of the area.

The room had a very small wardrobe in uncomfortable with a smell of humidity, the bathroom is quite small. The pool is not very big and the worst thing is that after 16:00 it gives you a lot of shade.
The breakfast buffet of poor quality and little varied of fruit only apple and watermelon, some horrible homemade sweets almost stale.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked him to take some sour to the jacuzzi on the terrace and never took them. The best thing about the hotel is the jacuzzi. Considering that the stay is not cheap.

Excellent place, comfortable rooms, Wi-Fi, buffet breakfast, beautiful interior gardens, swimming pool, a bar on the terrace where you can see the stars, in short, if you want to relax, tranquility and do not mind paying a little more expensive, you will have a great fun!

Highly recommended, probably the best hotel in Vicuña. Two-storey construction, on the roof has a bar and 2 Jacuzzi. The restaurant very good too.

Excellent experience, helped us a lot to know that to visit and were very kind with delays when arriving at the breakfast. Excellent Buffet breakfast, amazing hot tub at sunset on the rooftop and what better than with a pisco sour prepared in the moment. We were at the new year's party and it was fantastic, had a fantastic time!

Very nice place, and good drinks. But the service very bad. Yesterday I went with my wife to know the place we arrived at about 6:30 p. M. Ordered two drinks and a board, the latter very simple. When I ordered a second drink, the garzone disappeared, I was waiting 30 minutes for it to arrive. Then someone else showed up wondering if it was all right, I said no, that I was still waiting for my drink and she went to prepare it herself, because supposedly the bartender had gone to school. I waited another 15 min why they had also run out of pineapple, when the blessed drink arrived, this had no rum, I took it just then and when I asked for the bill, I had to wait another 15 min, because supposedly the bar pc was bad. Bad experience, I wouldn't recommend it!
