This was a nice hotel with basic amenities. They have a good breakfast included in the price of the hotel (I love those waffles! ) And it is located in an easy to navigate from location. I would stay here again.

This is hospitality at its finest! I got stuck in a delemma with no where to stay for a few nights, make it worse I had my 2 dogs with me. The staff went out of their way to find us the best deal possible on one of their busiest weekends. They were more than accomidating for us, provided everything we needed and more! I definitely resommend this place!

Place would be better if they had a atm for there vending machines. And also sometimes a unattractive crowd stays here I've seen people digging through the trash and then go into a room so. But besides the troublesome crowd that is attracted here it's a good stay. Staff are great free breakfast. And hot coffee all day.

I just wanted the reward $$ for this review.

I don't think the cleaning staff even tries. Hair in the bathtub (very obvious black ones so no way you'd miss it if you looked in there). There was wrappers and receipts from previous customers just laying around in the open. Floor was ACTUALLY crusty in the room, and it had been very obvious that it was not vacuumed. Make up smudges all over the one pillow (on the top of it) to top it off you can hear anything going on in the hotel whether someone is in the lobby or on the opposite side.

The bad… the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly (garbage wasn't changed, dirty mirror, toilet needed a wipe), telephone in the room was gross — big crusty fingerprints on it. Large reddish stain on the carpet, doors did not close properly and had no sound proofing (even a foam seal would help) so all night long you listened to doors open and slam shut. This is really noticeable at 3 AM and needs to be addressed. The good… aside from the issues above the rest of the room was clean, bedding was okay, and the front reception was great at check-in. The location was convenient for us and we had no issue locating it. They've clearly done some updates to the room, and it has made a difference. It didn't have an old hotel feel. If it wasn't for the noise and doors, I would consider staying again but due to that I won't be a repeat guest.

Great rooms comfortable. Great service and friendly staff breakfast every morning and hot coffee all day.

The hotel was quite nice for budget accommodations. The beds were a little on the worn side. A decent typical continental breakfast with a few hot items. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A regular place we stay when attending our annual convention. Good clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff.

Clean, comforable, affordable. Good breakfast. No swimming pool/hot tub. Nice size TV, fridge and microwave.

Room was booked but when we got there the room we had already booked wasn't in the system so we were given a smaller room. However, staff was polite about the situation. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. Overall nice stay.

Great hotel. Beds are super comfy. Uses external ac so the window doesnt open but thas okay. Its clean and quiet. Free waffles!

I stay quite regularly at this hotel. I find the staff to be amazing. It is nice to see the manager there even on weekends. He is fantastic! I feel very catered to by the staff. They always make me feel welcome and tend to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. My room has always been clean and I always have a great sleep. The room rates are very reasonable and you get a free hot breakfast before you leave. I will continue to stay here and recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Prince Albert. The hotel is also for assessable to all highways.

Tonight we played a show in town for an MS benefit. We checked in at 5:30 pm and left at 7 pm. When we arrived to sleep at 3:30 am were asked to leave the premises with police and management escort. The profits made were donated to charity and this is how we get treated. Worst hotel stay ever. During a follow up call to the manager (Chris) in the morning it was revealed that he and two police officers entered our rooms, based purely on suspicion, without a search warrant while we were gone (Which he told me they did not need. Pretty sure that's false), "found" reason to "evict" us, locked out our room cards and didn't even bother to call and inform us. We found out when we arrived to sleep. Beyond that they wouldn't even let us into our rooms to get our stuff without a police escort. If privacy is important to you I wouldn't stay here, ever. *As a side note we were never charged with any criminal activity or negligence. The manager also seemed very upset at the fact that I removed the bible from our room and took it to the front desk for whatever reason. I've done this at every hotel we have ever stayed at in the same fashion, with zero issues. He was claiming that it should have remained in our room and somehow this violated their company property policy.

The staff of this hotel are amazing. Manager's Chris and Norma assisted us with our luggage to the second floor. Breakfast was very delicious and plentiful. We will be back back. *** Pluses. Pillow top mattresses. Great Pillows and super clean rooms.

Top level service second to none. Manager and his staff know how to treat their guests. They even assisted us in taking our luggage to the second floor. This will be our home away from home each and every time we are in Prince Albert.

Came to Prince Albert for work for the week me and my computer workers decided to stay at the comfort Inn and suits prince albert. I called on our way to Prince Albert to book rooms for the week for me and 3 other co-workers when I called and reserved rooms there was no issue I had to leave a credit card number to hold the rooms for the day I asked the employee that I was speaking on the phone with if the card was going to be used for pre authorization because I didn't not want that for all the rooms as my co-workers would take care of their own. He assured me he would not. Upon arrival at the hotel to check Inn I found out that a pretty authorization was done for all 4 rooms for the week. I was not impressed by this solely because the employee lied to me over the phone. The rooms were nice and recently renovated so for the price you can't go wrong.
