Gross! bed bugs every where! even after switch rooms. Had to get my entire house fumigated and it cost me $1200! hotel just said it’s not their problem! don’t stay here.

Don't stay here! They will take random charges out of your credit card! The hotel is old and run down and not with half as much as they say it is. Least accommodating staff that don't want to assist anyone. Save your self the head ache and stay somewhere else. I will never go back to this place. The worst hotel experience I have ever dealt with.

I was staying here for a week well I was working in North Battleford and had the most friendly service and experience at this hotel the people were great and the food was amazing recommend to everyone.

They were very helpful gave me a great rate and the breakfast and dinners made the stay very economical.

The only bonus this hotel has is it allows pets. It was dirty, insecure and by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Left a list of complaints to the front desk at check out, was met with defiance from staff.

Great service at the front desk. Management was very helpful. Have a free dinner when you get back from work. Friendly staff.

Manager is very friendly and will do anything to make your stay more comfortable.

Stayed one night woke up with multiple bites all over me informed front desk didjt seem concerned.

Offers a Continental breakfast and supper! Stayed here one night while snowboarding at table. Staff was friendly and it wasn't too busy. Room was clean and cozy. They offer smoking and non-smoking rooms. I felt the room we stayed in was a little overpriced for a single bed, but the last hotel I stayed in was in Thailand and you can't beat their prices. Had to pay $100 damage upfront which was then credited upon departure.

Great Place to stay and really awesome customer service. I was surprise of getting great breakfast and supper on same room rate price not a bad deal at all. Getting all at ones in such a small time is a great option. Love to stay here.

Rooms were relatively clean maids did no more than they had to. Noisy and parking was congested at best. The hot meals were sub par and rates were more than what I thought was fair for a dated room and badly stained carpets and furniture. Won't stay there again.

Meh. Cleanliness should have been better. Thin walls. Needs a revamp!

If you enjoy getting disrespected, terrible service, and sleeping on card-board mattresses then you should definitely stay here! Upon checking we found out they had booked up a single queen instead of a double (which was a confirmed booking), after going back down to the desk we were told we switch to a double smoking room as they were sold out of double queens (umm, no thank you). The room was dirty and still smelled like smoke (in fact the entire hotel smelled like smoke) the room also had one towel and no soap. We then had the worst sleep (I have slept better on the ground in the backcountry), the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and dirty and the furnace sounded like a train coming through the room turning BOTH on and off. The room was freezing and the blanket was equivalent to a paper towel. The next morning, we were able to book into another hotel (thankfully) and went down to the front desk at 8:45 (check out time 11:00) to check out. We were informed that this would be a “cancellation” and because they require 48 hours cancellation notice we would not be refunded the second night’s stay. After requesting to speak to a manager, the room of Anu (general manager) was called. The front desk agent hung up quickly told us he informed her it was policy. I asked to speak to him and she reluctantly called him back, he refused to come down and speak to me and the phone call ended.

Was a okay stay, got a good rate but the breakfast was cold and the eggs were brown.

Room is very comfortable and nice decor. Love the breakfast and supper it was so good and their room price is so affordable too. To the management and staff thank you for your wonderful service…

Service was good. Rooms were mostly clean. Pet friendly is a plus. The biggest part I didn't like is that we left our dog for about an hour and he was fed a syrup covered waffle which made him quite sick. Don't feed other people's pets. Don't barge into their rooms regardless of the situation. One more thing. We did not need Id or any proof of who we were to get into our room after the key hadn't worked. Security is a huge deal in this day and age.

The rooms and Wi-Fi are great, better than most hotels I stay at. The breakfast and dinners are not really that good though.

Sorry but just check the bathroom before you check someone in to it please.

Been traveling for a while now for work and had to wright a review for this hotel, (never written a review for anything). Best experience iv had at this hotel than any iv ever stayed at, the owner was super nice, went out of his way to buy us a extra TV for the room and was gonna buy us a grill to cook on, the rooms are cleaned daily and are in very good shape, you get breakfast and dinner with your stay, and the breakfast is good but the dinner is awesome. They always try there best to make sure we have a good stay while we're here. And the internet is blazing fast which is a huge plus. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Quiet; considering there is a train and highway that runs through the tow. The room was clean, fufilled basic hotel needs. Had hot dinner and hot breakfast (all included). Pet friendly, but steep pet fee.

Courtesy breakfast and supper after a long day at work nothing better than that being away from home.

It's quite excellent. The rooms down stairs smell like dirty sagrets and I asked for a non smoking room. Every time after that I stayed on the main floor and it's nice. Free hot breakfast and dinner too.

I contract for Lonestar doing repairs, and I've noticed nothing but top notch service and interaction with the staff between customers. Items in need of repair are serviced immediately, and the customer's experience is always the first priority. Premium service at a budget price.

Front desk couldn't talk english when we checked in at night. Cleaning ladies were all very nice and did there job great! I even got a boost from there maintenance man. Breakfast was terrible, they claim to offer a hot breakfast but we could do the same in the microwave. There's nothing offered for supper so if your content with watching television on a cheaper television that you would give your 10 year old, and order in; than I guess your ok but I wouldn't go back!

I love staying here as the hosts and staff are great and really do care about you! Easy access to highway, good variety of fresh fruits and hot breakfast in the morning. Dining area is large open and spacious. Rooms are very clean and well kept. Lots of parking. I come here often. You can tell that the manager whom you will meet, really do care about their customers and really do want them to return! I will never stay anywhere else in North Battleford!

The rooms were pretty unclean. Found a pubic hair in the bed. Breakfast was pretty sad.

We stopped here on our way to our bear hunting camp and we were highly impressed with our stay! The room rate was very reasonable and the staff were all wonderful! Within a few minutes of arriving to our room, the gentleman at the desk called to ensure the room with everything we expected. The beds were comfortable and there were extra pillows available. Continental breakfast was simple but nice. After our departure we received a phone call from the hotel stating that we had left something behind! We felt the customer service was exceptional, most places would not have taken the time to call and notify us! We will definitely be staying here everything we head through on our way to bear camp!

We found blood on one of the pillows soaked through the case straight to the pillow which is a sign that they aren't cleaned/ changed. No hot water one night. AC very loud and annoying during the night. Won't stay here again.

Had a very nice breakfast cleaning staff were nice. Front desk agent had a brisk attitude. Rooms were outdated and old but clean. Would only stay for a night.

I will NEVER stay in a Super 8 again. Stayed at North Battleford Location in Saskatchewan. I had the manager YELL at me in the hallway as we did not receive a pet friendly room. I did not realize there were separate rooms for families with pets as I had never travelled with our pet before. I tried to explain this to the Manager. He was so rude and yelling at me in the hallways as other customers walked by. I had to move all our luggage by myself to another room. That room was disgusting! I smelled pot in the hallways on the second level. My husband went to talk to the manager he was gone for the day, so the manager called our room. He proceeded to YELL and SWEAR at my husband. If it wasn't so late at night we would have left but our children needed to sleep and they had been through enough that evening. We planned on staying for two nights, but obviously decided otherwise, Disgusting Customer Service especially from THE MANAGER Thomas Schwab. Extremely unprofessional and Disrespectful. I have sent a review online to Head Office of Super 8. I truly hope Head Office cares more for their customers than the Management at this hotel.

I recommend not to stay there or your room might get entered for whatever reason. I put a DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door handle. Came back after 5pm curtains were wide open (which were not before), however the garbage was not taken out nor beds made. Obriously maids were snooping but forgot to shut the curtains. I had laptops which we were deploying in North Battleford in the room. Thankfully nothing was stolen. I told the front desk, they said the cleaning people can come in regardless. Then what is the DO NOT DISTURB for? Manager wasn't in but called me after I had cheked out. He was rambling on that any hotel maids will come in with a do not disturb. That is totally false. Everytime I had the sign on the door at other places nothing was touched/no one entered. He then went on that its a benefit can catch drug dealers and meth labs setup in the rooms. Other criminal activity. And its for our safety. I couldn't believe what he was saying. To make a long story short, he couldnt grasp the fact that I had about $20, 000 in laptops/other devices in my room and with this other people should not be entering in case of theft. In the end he concluded what happened was not a problem. Never going back, I have informed the work coleagues so they are fully aware.

It's not that they ask you if everything is OK. But when you mention things like having to stand on the dresser to adjust the heat, they just giggle and shrug.
