We had an apartment booked for a night and when we called to arrange key pick up etc. We were advised that we would not be able to rent the apartment that night. At this time we were already on our way to Montreal and had to scramble to make other arrangements. The management who we spoke with advised that they were aware of the "situation" earlier that day and failed to contact us to advise. They said they would try to help us find other accommodations and after waiting a half hour we called them back to be advised there was nothing they could do for us. We were able to find other arrangements in the end. However, ended up spending a lot more on meals then we planned as we planned on eating at the apartment. We disappointed in the management service at this hotel/apartment.

I've been living in the building for over a year now. Things were decent (probelms here and there) until management changed recently. I had several issues that needed to be addressed and so wrote a detailed email to the building manager and got no reply whatsoever. First issue was when my apartment had bedbugs. Again — No response to my email asking for it to be taken care of. I had to go in person and wait in the office until the building manager made the phone call to take care of it. Second issue was when mail packages started getting lost. They get signed for at concierge but there's no trace of them. UPS/Canada post/courriers have records of signatures yet when I come to collect the package they tell me it's gone. Ive had over $50 in charges for extra shipping costs, not to mention having to pay again for the order itself. There are 2 elevators in the building. One of them is broken on average 6 times a month excluding the times it's blocked for a move. It's normal to have to wait 12 min for an elevator to come to your floor. The hallways are superficially cleaned often but there are garbage drag marks that have been there for over 4 months now… The list goes on… this is what you can expect in this building.
