Neighborhood really very lively shows; with this world you feel safe at ease.

The location is really nice if you wanna see old Montreal because everything is close by, the stuff is really nice and they are really helpful, I loved this hotel even though it is small and it doesn't have an elevator but staying there was really comfortable, a really really good experience (I would be happy to come back there)

Public spaces and public art are rarely this good or this inclusive and inspiring… brilliant.

I found it beautiful, a very, very, very good unforgettable experience, I invite you to visit it, I'll come back if God wants very soon.

It is the place the more shabby that I visited in my life… it is worthy of the film the Shining.

It's a nice basic hotel, it has flat screen TV, plenty of channels, pretty rooms. But small, washrooms are nice. Nice bed. There is Wi-Fi but it's not very fast or strong. The continental breakfast but basic. It's a great hotel but it doesn't have a all the features of a big hotel like on site parking, ice machine (you have to ask the staff) No fridge or microwave or bathtub (just a glass shower) the service is great the staff is nice. And you are right in the heart of downtown, old Montreal and entertainment district are within walking distance. Bottom line if you are looking nice hotel with to rest your head at nice don't need a ton of features at a good price then this is for you.

Nice little hotel located in a very convenient place. All rooms are clean and modern, breakfast served at the hotel is excellent! Highly recommend to anyone willing to explore old Montreal at an affordable price.

I stayed here for 1 night on 18 december 2015. The location is awesome. Rooms are smaller than it seems in the photos on the internet, the amenities provided are very less, the staff is polite. Free Wi-Fi had poor connection. They have no parking facility so I had to pay 25 bucks extra for overnight parking behind the hotel building in the parking lot. 3 stars only for the location and the staff.

Great location to visit downtown, clean and nice.

We visited Hotel Quartier Des Spectacles for a short visit to Montreal. We booked a room with two queen beds. The room was very nice and bright, the bathroom was very clean and the room had all amenities we needed (very generous with bathroom toiletries). Yes, as many people before me have mentioned, there are no elevators, but this didn't take anything away from enjoying our stay. The hotel was in the perfect location, walking distance to everything (shopping on Sainte Catherine, Old Montreal, Quartier des Spectacles and gay village). Very short walk to the nearest Metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, if you need anything they will find it for you or help you find it. The included continental breakfast was delicious, not just pastries but also fresh fruits, yogurt, hard boiled eggs and Cretons. And of course coffee, tea, OJ, water, etc. If you are looking for a nice place to stay without dishing out a small fortune, this is a great place to visit! We will be back! Stayed for 4 nights. Staff were very friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to help out. Breakfast was very nice, always freshly prepared. The room was clean, modern and lovely. Close to everything. Old Montreal, Bell Centre and more than one Metro stop within walking distance. Excellent hotel for a good price.

Very nice, in the middle of everything, will come back but call them for more details. Website doesnt tell you everything.

My stay here was quite enjoyable! The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean. It is a decent price and it is close to the Metro and St. Denis. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Montreal.
