Very desordonee like hotel. Do not put your car keys back because they do not find them in their desorde. Mal soundproofing features.

Bed bugs! Sour Milk, and even more sour service… only good thing about the place was the front desk girl, Clara, she was very friendly and helpful. The manager was horribly ignorant.

WORST HOTEL, AVOID AT ALL COST! Save yourself and your money. DO NOT STAY HERE! The hotel is old, poorly mantained, the rooms smell like armpit and I'm pretty sure they have bedbugs or fleas since I woke up with welts and bites on my body. Moreover, they made several charges to my credit card without my consent and when I confronted the manager he was rude, disrespectful and did not care about the situation…

Just never go there, sleeping in dirty sheets… Hair of strangers, their odors, and coffee stains all CA on and inside the sheets (no coffee machine in the room so I wonder what it was…)

I advise you not to book this hotel for any reason. Under the mattresses there are plenty of bed bugs. The baths never wash simply changing towels and blankets. Bad cleanliness. The work is still uneducated. They don't know how to cooperate. Extra room loading but gives another receipt with other amount on it. No cooperation for a due refund. The rooms are not like the pictures. The worst hotel has to book a weekend in couple or family. The calorifere are breaking and lenvers on the floor.

Stay far, far away. Aside from an extremely tiny room I've had the pleasure of finding boogers on the wall, the most terribly stained carpet I've ever seen, and yellow stained sheets with bodily fluid stains. The beds were riddled with hair and stains and quite possibly bed bugs. Pretty much everything in the room was falling apart, the shelf, the toilet seat, the mirror, the bathroom door, the beds etc. Didn't end there. AFTER the cleaning lady had cleaned our room, not o my were the sheets the same yellow stained rags, but I found used crumpled up toilet paper in the bed. The hair was still all over the bed. A quick peek inside the kitchen revealed what seemed moldy, rusty looking cookware, piled on top of dirty dishes from who knows how long ago. There was only like 5 other people staying to the hotel so I doubt they dined in. The parking was a complete joke. You get to park behind the hotel after a quick nonrefundable $25/night fee. The parking lot is a secluded, out of plain sight, dimly lit, sketchy parking lot with only 5 spots and not only is there the possibility of being mugged or having your vehicle stolen, there is also THE POSSIBILITY OF SOMEONE ELSE BLOCKING YOUR CAR WITH NO WAY OUT. That's ok though. You can apparently leave you car keys with the guy at the reception desk who blasts his personal calls on the speaker phone while he talks to other people, so that he can move your car, if you happen to block someone.

Terrible place! dirty beds, TV is so small and it doesn't even work! dirty smelly carpets also a dirty bathroom, shower is so small! room is ridiculously small too. Not the way its shown on pictures. there was strangers hair everywhere on the beds! disgusting! I do not recommend staying here! id rather sleep in my car than to stay here again! great welcoming staff but that's the only good thing about it!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS My experience with this hotel has been the worst I feel I will ever have in my life. My roommate and I got back to Montreal to find that our apartment had been broken into so we needed a quick place to stay for the night. We booked at around 11:30pm for one night, got to the hotel and checked in around midnight. We went up to the room and my roommate has this thing where she checks the beds first. We flipped the sheet and there were BED BUGS in the bed, along with some gnarly looking hairs. We instantly went back downstairs to talk with the same employee who had checked us in 5 mins earlier. He said he did not have authorization to refund me. He said come back tomorrow to talk to the manager. We did. They told us the manager would not be in until later in the night and to come back. We did. They again told us there was no manager there to do the refund. They told us to call them a few times the following day until their manager shows up. The "manager" never showed. It's been months I've been trying to dispute their charge: 180.00$$ The woman working reception actually hung up on me after one of my calls saying "She had better things to do"

Flee! I got robbed of a suit jacket and my shirt by the hotel staff. Living in the states, I called them to find them, they hung up on me! I never had an answer to my emails either! Crooks! This dump should be closed, a shame!

Hotel correct. Personal is nice, But its cold inside, and the breakfast is not good, empty, there is nothing to eat dont take it. After everything is ok In the bathroom you have towels and dryhair. In the room, Wi-Fi, tv, beds, pillows, blanket.

The hotel has a great location right in the downtown. Hotel is nice, but rooms are small and cleanness can be improved. Rooms are noisy but warm (it was — 25 outside) The breakfast is usual: drinks (coffee, tea, juice, milk) some cupcakes and cereals.

There is always something with the rooms. I changed 3 times everyday during my 4 day stay. The TV wasn't working in the first room, window wasn't closing in the second (temperature outside was — 5 degree Celsius) and bed was broken in the third. I gave up at last as I was tired of moving with my luggage everyday.

Ok, so I don't usually write reviews but I just had to in this case — This place is not a hotel. It is more like a hostel. More like a slum hotel in Mubai. I feel sorry for the hotel staff who have to take the abuse from customers every day — As people walk in they are in disbelief — at how run down and unkept the place is. They do not refund your money, so don't bother asking — I tried after reading the reviews and they refused twice. Very very dirty everything — beds was not made up; dirty sheets not changed since last person left; dirty towels on the floor — carpet filthy and smelly ; parking for only 4 cars — you get double parked and can't leave on time — in a rush. It is the worst place I have EVER been to. Oh and the topper — the door lock was broken so we had a padlock on the door — with only one key!. Whoever owns and operates this place (they say it is a man and his son from Bangladesh) should be ashamed and fined by the city!. If ALL other hotels are booked — And I mean ALL — then and only should u stay here!

Rooms are VERY small and outdated. No refrigerator or microwave. There aren't even "do not disturb" signs to hang on the door knob outside. While we were here we witnessed housekeeping enter a room after lightly tapping the door with a card. I'm sure that procedure has left her walking in on people not wanting to be disturbed. The TV reminded me of those wall Tvs in hospitals and they didnt even work. The Water took a long time to get warm in the shower and the stream was light. Ventilation in the room is poor so after a shower, the room is foggy and steamy. Even the floor boards absorb water from the steam, it is lile walking on a damp floor. The rooms could be kept better and they could invest in better sheets. The location was amazing. Walking distance to lots of things and the breakfast was good too. Apart from those 2 things it's not a good hotel. If you have to stay here, bring your own blanket and slippers! Plus your preferred soap, shampoo because the ones provided are no good.

Just like many of the other reviews here, location is the only plus. $200 for a tiny, run down room with no air conditioning was hardly worth it. Management wouldn't refund our money (because it was booked on Expedia) and also wouldn't change our room so we ended up driving 5 mins to another hotel instead. Don't waste your time or money!

Good location, clean room. Good value with breakfast and two queen beds. The hotel a little run down. Parking at the back is convenient but pricey. Breakfast although included don't expect much.

Very good location, right downtown Montreal. Small room but very clean. Small parking lot, cars need to be parked close together, you need to leave your keys with reception so they can move your car. I would stay here again.

If this hotel is a 3 star then Guantanamo Bay is a 2 star. The pictures Show clean vibrant rooms but what you get is a dirty room (cups and ice bucket were filthy) with broken fixtures. 4/5 light bulbs burnt out in bathroom, cracked bathroom sink that leaks, broken toilet that needs adjusting to flush, the toilets are tiny, disgusting AC that pushes out slightly cool air, no fridge in rooms or ice machine on the floors (in lobby). Carpets are disgusting and stained every where, imagine the smell of your Grandma's cellar on a hot humid day that's what this building smells like. The staff are alright, it doesn't seem like they are they by choice. Their "breakfast" consists of sliced bread and bagles. I figured this would be a nice cute hotel to spend a night in, but instead my wife and I couldn't wait to get out. You may get a cheap room at 70-90$ but seriously spend 50$ more and go to a proper hotel or get one cheaper a little bit out of Montreal. You won't have to pay for parking (save 20$ a night).

Good location, but below standard service. Expensive and insufficient parking space. You have to leave car keys on lobby and sometimes other cars block yours. During my stay another car blocked mine and the owner, not only didn't left keys on lobby, but he didn't show to move his car and we got stranded for more than one hour waiting for the irresponsible driver to move his car. Terrible experience!

There was hotel parking do a small fee, which in Montreal doesn't seem unreasonable. The two bed room included one full sized bed and one twin, which were reasonably comfortable. The room was fairly small, but that was nothing compared to the laughably small TV. Overall the stay was fine for the price. 6.5/10

For 200$ we got a dirty, horrible smelling humid room from the 70s Topped with a terrible staff and service with 0 supplies and HAD TO SLEEP IN OUR CARS THE LAST NIGHT. Here are some of its greatest qualities: 1-Yellow sheets and pillows even the newly requested ones 2-Dirty towels even after asked several times for towels 3-Unbearable Sewer smell coming from the drains 4-Bugs and insects coming from the drains and inside the walls 5-No shampoo even after asked more than 8 times would still bring only conditioner 6-Lazy staff with terrible attitude 7-Humid room with AC Barley working, dripping water on the window sill to the point the sill under it turned pasty soft. 8-A cheap manager with a terrible attitude.

My parents and sister visited me about 4 years ago and stayed in this hotel for one night. Two double rooms were booked. My parent's room was of a reasonable size, my sister was put in a cupboard with a single bed. I mentioned this to the front desk and asked that she only be charged a single room fee, they refused, stated that a double room was booked and a double room fee would be charged. If I remember correctly they even tried to tell me that it *was* a double room. They seemed more interested in taking the money than ensuring that their customers were happy. As I said this was four years ago and things may have improved but that was our experience at the time.

This was the weirdest hotel I've ever stayed at. Our flight was canceled after spending a week on vacation in Montreal and needed an a hotel for an extra night. Basically we payed way too much for this room but it was a desperate situation! The only positive of this place is the location, lots of restaurants nearby and the fact that the room was clean. Other then that the room was set up so weird, the bed not very comfortable, the continental breakfast was pretty terrible, the carpets in entrance were falling apart, and the room numbers were printed on paper and taped to door! They advertise free Wi-Fi but the signal is incredibly weak, and for non Canadian resident this is very annoying.

The rooms were very small and the television was the size of an small monitor. If you can afford $50 more, get another hotel. The location is convenient though because it is a 7 minute walk from the Bell Centre. In conclusion, if you need somewhere to rest your head, this will work, otherwise, get somewhere else.

Pretty nice place to stay. But there is no elevator and steep stairs a la Victorian times. I had to lift my luggage upstairs with much the efforts. Server from the adjacent restaurant "Maharaji" where they serve the breakfast, helped me to lift some suitecases for the tips. Thanks for his efforts. The bad thing is very weak Wi-Fi signal overall the building, so on the third and second floors I was not able to get any connection neither on my smartphone, nor on my laptop. I had to sit in the reception to check my emails etc. Mikhail.

To be completely honest the stay was terrible. The gentleman at the front desk was rude, made us wait an hour while he joked with is friends in the dining room. The room was small, stuffy and dirty. We asked for new towels when we got there and nothing was done. Room service knocked on the door about 5 times even though we asked them not to and they kept insisting. Overall the hotel was horrendous. When we asked how the continental breakfast was, the front desk laughed at us and said and I quote "It's free, what the hell would you expect? " — This hotel is a joke, poorly run and definitely overpriced for what you get. I will NEVER stay here again or recommend it to anyone. I really don't know how the survive. I've stayed in hostels in the grungy parts of Europe that in comparison to this seemed like a 5 star hotel.
