➜ The place is great, the Park is magnfic, the hostel well placed and very folkloric, it's nice.
However I can only come to confirm a large part of the comments I have just read about the managers…
No efforts of the owner, I specified that I was in wrong no need to come and shout it after my comment, we had taken a package with night and visit of the site, unfortunately we had an unforeseen the morning of departure we wished to cancel the visit of the site, and there it has been counted with the excuse of the package,.
We do not change the packages especially! (should not lose 10min and $40), it feels that if one touches the money there is more smile that hold at once.
No flexibility, no adaptability to the customer, I understand that a room reservation must be set if cancelled because others could have Booker in our place. But there the site was empty and no guide was waiting for us, it would have made us enjoy a little understanding. But it's not the habit of home to view other reviews. My bad, I should have read them before…
The hostel is superb, too bad you do not have this little thing in addition to understand and satisfy the customer.
Is the client King? Not at home, that's all, from there if you accept it you will spend a very good time!
➜ Very nice place! Perfect for a weekend, very convenient to cater to bring its food to grill outside, well designed spacious tipis.
Only downside, the reception of the manager rather "special" we arrived slightly earlier just to ask questions about the park.
She told us that we were too early without even letting us explain and was on the defensive see aggressive face to our questions…
Also at breakfast a friend had a special diet and had taken her cereal and just asked for milk instead of having the bacon and eggs included in the package. Again the manager made it clear that this was a problem and that we were not supposed to take our food inside… Very unpleasant in good morning knowing that we are invited to take her food to barbecue and that she just wanted a little milk…
No adaptability… Too bad because the place is very charming and we still have a good memory.

The person who holds the Inn was simply ODIOUS with us. We lost ourselves in the forest in the middle of the night, we had almost no gas and no network… When we knocked on the door of the Inn, frightened, she did not sleep, but she refused to help us, to indicate us the way to take to find our accommodation or even to let us in for a second to reassure us. She yelled at us that she wouldn't help us unless we pay for one of her rooms. I do not recommend this hostel visibly held by people who think only of the money that it generates and who do not know the words "come to help".
