Very clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Room was nice, but minor maintenance has been over looked which was distracting. Was a little disappointed that there was no complimentary coffee in the morning.

Great availability of staff. Hotel bar/restaurant personnel was professional and courteous, and the food menu offered a decent bang for your buck. Overall experience was enjoyable, aside from the fact that housekeeping forgot the previous guest's used coffee pouch in the coffee maker… Not a big deal, but that makes you wonder what else they could've forgotten.

I left a pair of Bose headphones in the room and they had kept them safe in the lost and found section. I had almost given up on the headphones and it was great to know that they were in safe hands. Thanks! The hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are well kept and have a modern look. The Starbucks coffee powder available in the room is a nice touch though I am not a great fan of Starbucks. The lobby and the restaurant also have a modern feel and finish. They have a well equipped fitness room and also a pool on the premise. I had expected a better check-in and check-out experience and that is the reason for a 4 star instead of 5

Did not stay at the hotel but had dinner at the hotel restaurant. Very tasty food and fast service. I ordered the French onion soup and a club sandwich. The sandwich had very fresh chicken and was well done. The soup was delicious. Recommend going to this restaurant if you need food late at night as they are open late or during the day.

The customer service is fine. The food is respectable. At first glance it's very beautiful but there are a lot of things that need to be renewed. I went for a conference and the on-site equipment provided by the establishment was not always working well, it was big damaged wires that stopped working. I didn't go there, but it seems that the pool and spa is very small and leaves something to be desired especially as you have to wait often for towels.

Missed our connection in Montreal travelling with two 16 year olds and a 2 year old, sans credit card. My mother called the number posted on the hotel board at the airport and made a reservation for us and explained that we didn’t have a cc, person she spoke to said that wouldn’t be a problem and for us to proceed with the reservation number to the hotel and the front desk staff would accommodate us when we arrived. Walked into the hotel at about 2315, spoke to the lady at the front desk who could not locate the reservation, she then summoned who I understood was the front desk manager, he also could not find the reservation. I showed him the number that was called and he agreed that it was in fact a Sheraton contact but said that my reservation number appeared to be from a 3rd party web site. He told me he couldn’t honour my booking but I could make a new one but not without a credit card. After a long day of travel and a very tired and hungry toddler I began to cry, the manger “Alberto” then apologized and brushed me aside and called up the next customer. Defeated I went over to my family and my 16 year old daughter called my mother and went to the desk to plead with the manager, who went and got another man (not sure of his name maybe Alexander) who did due diligence and called the number my mother had called and found the reservation.

Interesting layout for a hotel. Rooms are side by side around a big circle, which is why some people call the hotel the donut. If you're room is on the far side it's almost a 15 min walk. Great location for airport access, not for downtown access. Decent restaurant in the lobby.

Nice hotel, clean and very good service by smiling staff.

Nice Hotel but that offers very little for the price. Extra charge parking, overpriced restaurant ($18 for a standard breakfast 2 eggs/bacon with filter coffee), old television with loss of sound half a day. Also, the planes are impressive, but very noisy by the way, do not go there for quiet!
I enjoyed the pool, the gym and the staff very courteous.
This was my 3rd hotel near the airport, by far more expensive for the less services.

The rooms are fine but would benefit from small renovations. The inner park is really nice, especially the ducks. The restaurant serves large and good meals. Would recommend if the intent is to remain close to the airport.

A place of transit.
The room is correct in the standards of the category.
The queensize bed seems a little small but is very comfortable the restaurant is welcoming very good mention to the waiter.
The shuttle is provided approximately every 20 minutes.

Great location to the airport. You can take a shuttle or walk if a nice day. Restaurant is good and stays open late. Rooms or good and mattresses are really nice.

Geroge at the bar is so dedicated and professional. He waited for us to order for after closure of the bar, and still had a smile on his face. Furthermore, we had a great conversation. It all goes to show how this man is great.

Superior Hotel in very comfortable rooms. The buffets (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) are correct without being exceptional. On the other hand if there are people, the expectation can be long.
The bar is very beautiful with a wide choice.

I stayed there only one night and one day but its ideal location close to the airport and not far from Montreal make it a worthwhile destination. For travellers in transit.

Stayed due to a flight being delayed overnight. Handy and free shuttle service to and from the airport. Rooms spacious. Very good facilities with pool and gym. The restaurant food was very good and reasonably priced.

As can be expected from the name the hotel is located quite near to the airport. They have multiple conference rooms which can be booked easily. And most importantly the staff are friendly and helpful.

They charge for parking $15. This was NOT MENTIONED when u book. Beds are comfortable. Our toilet got blocked. Customer service is good. Hotel is a bit old.

I really appreciate the availability of the staff of Montreal.
Emergency call for a room following a flight cancellation to return to Paris. The rooms are very nice, gym on site, restaurant very decent (even late at night).
The shuttle is great, in 20mn you arrive at the hotel for free, just give a small tip to the driver.

Check in last night on the 25 th of March. Extremely poor customer service from the desk … ac was not working on the room, fridge not working as well. Recommend to stay somewhere else.

A beautiful room, tranquil, a view of the perfect garden to rest.

Located very near the airport. Rooms are clean, bathroom is pretty small. There is a restaurant in the hotel. Good for those staying overnight to catch a flight the next day. Free shuttle service to the airport is available.

Very convenient hotel near Pierre Elliot Trudeau airport — 5-10 min by shuttle. They also offer parking package — leave your car in their lot while you are away for a cheaper price than you would pay at the airport. Have a restaurant with good food. Rooms were fine.

Very close to airport for long layover. Accommodated a very late check in and check out due to flight delay. Room service til 11pm, we arrived after midnight, but the front desk was very helpful and gave us takeout menus from 2 places that deliver to the hotel until 2am! The restaurant was quite good for lunch as well, and they offer a free shuttle to the airport. Gym was well-stocked and not busy.

Excellent Service, spacious room and the food is great. I would recommend this hotel to all business traveller and even family as the pool is great and the kids can take the air in the indoor garden without worrying about safety.

Awful front desk service for very basic needs, no one to help with my suitcases, watched me struggle to find the elevators carrying heavy cargo without saying a word, Took technical services 30 minutes on the phone with them to connect my laptop to the network, the doors have huge gaps underneath so no privacy, cleaning crew shouts down the hallway at each other all day long, keycards stop working after a bit (on my 7th and 8th cards after Day 2), shower grout covered in rusty slime, water slow to drain, parking can be up to a 10 minute walk in unshovelled snow and they tried to extort $20 to leave the lot after a couple of hours. 2 stars because the food service people are very nice.

Room was a good size, some parts if the room could use maintenance/update (sink, showerhead). The design of the hotel requires a long walk from the elevators to some rooms. The restaurant is top quality, good food, excellent service, however if you arrive after hours there is absolutely no food available, not even vending machines.

The good. Rooms are clean and fresh. The bad… The staff just doesn't seem to truly care. Just get the vibe that you (the CUSTOMER) is just bothering the. ALSO, you can't control the rooms temperature at all, middle of winter and I had to open the little windows just to cool down some.

Good airport hotel with great amenities. Rooms are quite nice but it's not hard to see that the room is a bit dated. It's quite disappointing not to see power sockets for the desk and beds. Bigger fridge would be helpful too.

A really rundown shed. Room at least 20 years old. Loud and fast!

Ate at the eclipse. Ordered a hot dog for my kid, they had no hot dog buns. Ordered spaghetti with meat sauce, no spaghetti. Ok we will have the macaroni with meat sauce. No meat sauce. So we had tomato sauce instead. Ordered a steak medium rare, it was overcooked by a lot. Not even medium. Wife ordered ribs that tasted like nothing. At least the waiter was very polite and professionnal. Onion soup was ok.

Excellent location for an overnight stay before a flight, with a free shuttle to the airport. Also enjoyed a nice dinner at their restaurant with lots of beer on tap. Room was great, solid experience in every way.

I had a room with my girlfriend and it was fine. For Christmas when many of the places are closed we managed to order food in our room which is really convenient and very good food. Also they have a very professional customer service! A very pleasant experience.

Convenient location to Dorval airport. Hotel has had a huge make over — no longer the concrete donut! staff are friendly good eats in the bar area (a couple more sports screens?! ) free shuttle.

We had our Christmas party, at their main ballroom. Facilities and layout were modern and spacious. They had setup a room where you can hang your coats. Bar area was easily accessible and service was fast, minor complaint is that they don't carry Coke Zero, I guess Diet coke would do. For our meal we had a choice of beef, salmon, chicken and vegetarian. They started with a spinach salad in vinaigrette, then followed by a delicious cream of asparagus soup. I chose the beef which was a large portion roast beef in peper sauce cooked medium, it was tender and tasty. It was capped with a chocolate cake which was not as good as the rest of the meal.

Our room was located on the 4th floor and was one of the Sheraton Club suites. Room was nice. 1 minor thing was the outside bath had a dirty toilet seat. So we had to wipe it. Other than that, the amenities were great.

The hotel is comfortable but the price is not worth the maintenance gives a little to be desired in the rooms. And cleanliness I think is missing. For the hotel category. But it's nice and traditional.

This hotel is clean, quiet and close to the airport. It is also isolated from other ammenities and could use some updating. It is possible to walk to it along the highway, though using the shuttle is recommended. I would recommend it for a good sleep on a layover between flights.

Fine airport hotel. The bar tender was very helpful after we got in very late. Thanks again for that. We were in the restaurant, it was also good. Wait staff were very nice. The room was clean and tidy. Stands up shower. No slipping in a tub. That is very good. I would stay again and recommend to a friend.

Nice airport Hotel. Good amenities. The new section of the hotel has better rooms. Sheraton Club is decent and they provide Breakfast and evening snacks along with Drinks. Parking is paid even for Elite members. Front desk and Staff are helpful.

Absolutely friendly staff. Amazing free amenities like professional hair curler, whatever you wish. Easily accessible from airport with shuttle and you may use shuttle again for purpose of hopping on another shuttle or city bus. Great time.

The dining experience was amazing. Special credits go to Jose, Sylvian and David. They were very attentive. Top notch service. I can not wait to come back. The rooms were good as well.

I was running out of gas in traffic and had to pull over to wait it out a bit. Fantastic parking lot and great view of the road. 4/5 would park here for 45 minstrel again.

The halls are in better shape than the room. I was expecting something nicer, my room needed some renovation. The other issue was privacy, Don't expect your discussions to stay in your room! Access key didn't work properly, had to. Hangs it twice. Parking is not cheap, around $17/day!

We had a pleasant stay. Parking and breakfast are extra. Rooms were modern and clean. Best part? Shower pressure. OMG! It was strong and glorious. Best shower I've had in months.

Rooms are comfortable, restaurant has good food, staff / guest services service are hit or miss.

The hotel itself is nice enough, with some rooms better than others. We stayed on the first floor in room 1085 which was perfectly fine, my in laws however stayed in a room also on the first floor, but theirs was in desperate need of a makeover. Washroom doors are odd and don't offer you the privacy you would want. Area is really confusing, but that's not the hotels fault. All in all, not bad for the price we paid.

If you give a lot of tips you're treated as king, otherwise you are not even considered, I had the overnight paid by Air Canada for the cancellation of my flight and I did not have Canadian dollars for tipping. Bad experience.

Overall a nice hotel. Transport to and from the airport was easy. The in room refrigerator is pre set to a higher temperature. It will keep things fresh but it doesn't keep them very cold. I asked if there was a microwave I could use and I had to take my food to the restaurant where they would take it in back and warn it for me, which was slightly inconvenient.

Very luxurious hotel with a very large indoor heated swimming pool and a hot tub! Very good service also!

From Japan:) Quite clean and comfortable hotel! Easy access to/from the airport by free shuttles operating every 15 minutes 24 hours. Restaurant in this hotel was also pretty good.

Noise and noise.
At 2am, a person esseyait to enter the room because the hotel had appointed the same room has two different people.
At this price the service should be impeccable.

We had room on the 3rd floor facing the airport. The room gets a lot of noise from flights taking off. Not a bad hotel although there was a mix up in the request we made through a hotel booking company. The management quickly resolved it although they refused at first.

I stayed overnight on a layover. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The service was great and the lamb chops were quite good. There's a shuttle to the airport every 15 min. The beer and food were a little on the expensive side but didn't break the bank. Over all it was a good experience.

Montreal Nice room. Great shower. Good Wi-Fi. Long walk to room which I liked but others wouldn't.

The bed was excellent, very comfortable. The room was nice and the staff also. The only reason for the 4 star is that it is expensive.

Went to the Sheraton in Dorval to see some relatives. Ended up having a blast in the beautiful pool until it closed! From what I saw, the rooms were very nice with a king sized bed. While not the nicest of views. You really can't expect much from an airport hotel.

I was here for a business meeting (coordinated by my company). Meeting room was great, and setup and service was great. The catered lunch was below expectations and was not of the caliber I've come to expect for a hot lunch. Meeting participants did not find it to be enjoyable/tasty. The rooms were clean, however, I was put in a room with no bath tub. Not sure if this is the norm, but I would have appreciated a bath tub. No mention was made that I would be in a room without a tub. I know that being next to the airport, you should expect some noise from airplanes. However, the walls are paper-thin and it sounded like the plane was going to crash through my window. The walls are not sound-proof as I'm accustomed to in other hotels. I took the hotel shuttle and had to wait over 30 minutes. I called the hotel and asked for the shuttle and I was informed it runs every 15 minutes. After 40 minutes, I was able to catch the shuttle. The beds are quite comfy and great for a good night's sleep. In room service menu is extremely limited. Overall, hotel staff has been very friendly and helpful. Elizabeth.

Good location, close to the airport/highway/shopping mall. Room is clean and spacious. The resto looks nice and has good food. Good service by the staff. Has an the spg program which gives you points or 5$ if you don't need room service. The only problem I had is that the fridge in the room is bad, isn't even cold. Other than that, I had a nice stay.

I had the pleasure of attending a conference at the Sheraton Montreal Airport hotel and was very pleased with the assistance the staff provided me. I asked the staff questions about parking, the amenities, and directions. All my queries were answered with a smile and we're all very professional. I was very satisfied with the hotel decor and cleanliness of the facility.

Our stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The hotel itself is very nice, all modern finishes. The rooms are quite spacious and very clean. Despite being a party of 21 and arriving on the same night as an entire flight of other people, the hotel staff were accomodating and able to check us in promptly. The buffet breakfast was very good, if a little pricey. I would definitely rect staying here to anyone looking to have a relaxing pampered time.

Rooms are clean and decent. Wifi wad not really working the time I got in but seemed to work fine the next day.

Love this place as its close to downtown. Will be visiting again this summer. Room had a kitchen too, and great space.

Rooms were great, staff super friendly, but restaurant Eclipse was horrific. Staff were rude and service was extremely slow.

Great hotel that is only 2 minutes from the airport. The rooms are decently appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. When my electronic key didn't work, the front desk person came with me to ensure the new key worked. Lots of variety at the restaurant as well.

Restaurant and bar was excellent rooms were clean and nice service was amazing.

Nice rooms and good front desk service. I had some minor issues with the hotel guide being out of date, but Mr. Amaro made sure remedy them quickly. The hotel room (king) was spacious and the hotel itself was quiet, including through the weekend when there was a bridge tournament in the conference rooms. 4+ out of 5. The restaurant was hit or miss, which is unfortunate because there is really nowhere good to eat within 15 minutes. On "off days" the servers looked uninterested, and I had issues with the cleanliness (dirty cutlery one night, dirty glassware another night, and dirty side plates on multiple nights). 3 out of 5 because the good staff was quite good. I would stay here again, I just wouldn't eat here again.

Very nice hotel. Pool and gym areas are wonderful. Wi-Fi, however, is absolutely awful.

Great place for a workout. The gym is sizeable with 6 treadmills, 6 ellipticals and 3 bikes plus basic free weights. The indoor salt water pool isn't quite 25 meters but long enough to swim laps. The water pressure in the rooms is good and the hotel restaurant is much nicer than an airport hotel would suggest. Service at the front desk and restaurant are slow.

I have stayed twice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The junior Suite on the 2nd stay was large with a nice bathroom. No tub, though. The hotels accepts dogs, which is perfect for me. The restaurant is good for lunch and dinner; for breakfast food quality was mediocre.

As Airport hotels go this is pretty good, up to date comfortable and for a Saturday night stay great value. As a SPG member was made very welcome by staff.

Nice if you are flying out the next morning.

Good hotel, great beds and linens. The food is good, french onion soup is fantastic, and they don't mind small changes (like substitute fries for rice or veg). The staff greeted us and remembered our last time here! What a wonderful place. My only complaint is that the Club Room menu is a little tired compared to other Sheraton's and parking is a little walk (2-3 minutes) and in the winter it could be brutal.

Great hotel. Very clan room.

Lots of noise, and unlike the other Sheraton, upstairs clyb known ground floor so that the club is on the 5th floor. And more; nothing is includes upstairs club.
