Great place located near to à lot of shops and restaurants.

Spacious room. Very clean. Kids enjoyed the room and pool. Will stay again when back in Montreal.

It's well known that a hotel stay is made memorable when the staff is kind and welcoming. Lesley is such a great hostess that transformed my simple stay and made it very unique.

This is an amazing hotel! Service is outstanding and they always go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I’ve stayed here a few times and can assure you that everything is clean and well taken care of.
Also this is the only hotel in the West Island that never hesitates to give back to their community. During the floods in 2017 and 2019 they opened their doors and allowed for a donation center to be set up in their hall for people who were displaced. This allowed for people who were set up at the hotel through Red Cross to have easy access to supplies that they so desperately need.
What more can I say? This place is awesome!

I was at the Holiday Inn for a social event in one of their large ballrooms. The hotel is situated in the West Island of Montreal 5 minutes from Fairview Shopping Center and 20 minutes from the airport. Plenty of free parking in the back of the hotel. We were there for drinks only, the service was good and courteous. The ballroom was generic looking and functional. I would rate it a 4 star.

Visited Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites Point Claire for the Canadian National Fastpitch championships and we could not have picked a better hotel. The staff were outstanding and did their best to accommodate early check-in for our team. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the cleaning staff always had the rooms looking top notch. There is a nice bar and reasonably priced breakfast buffet with omelet station. The only strange part to note is no fans in the bathrooms or locks on the bathroom doors. The location was central to many restaurants and shopping but not easily walkable.

Very nice hotel. Quite. Room was very large. Staff was very friendly. The restaurant is pretty good, looks like a recent remodel. For breakfast they have a buffet or you can order whatever you like.

Very clean and spacious hotel, rooms are large and well equipment, the bar restaurant is very good and open late, is just 25 minutes drive to downtown and all shopping a close distance event walking. And free parking with actually always space on. Very relax experience if you taking a early next day flight.

Very nice hotel. Clean, well maintained and up to date. The staff is friendly, happy and courteous and always ready to assist. There is an indoor pool and a shopping mall withing walking distance. There are also numerous restaurants within walking distance and a larger mall just on the other side of the highway.

The staff were on point with everything! They were pleasant and absolutely wonderful to deal with. Rooms were immaculate. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great location for a exhibition. Close to the highway and ample size rooms for vendors to display their merchandise. The hotel is very clean with polite staff.

I was part of the organizers of a musical evening that took place in holiday in. I liked the place and if it was to redo, I would do it again the evening there. I liked the frame very much.

Bad management: I was charged a fee on my credit card without being able to provide a detailed invoice after I left. Room very noisy, and not just caused by the freeway.

I loved my room with whirlpool. The restaurant was ticking. And the staff great. I have nothing to say negative and I would recommend this hotel to 100% ☺ ☺ ☺

Great hotel. Good service. Rooms are fairly large and spacious. Bathrooms are spacious. Shower head needs to be replaced and beds/pillows were not the most comfortable. Rooms were clean. There aren't very many things nearby so most things are a 20 to 30 min drive. I've stayed here several times and will likely continue to. Not a bad place to stay if you are willing to drive/park.

Horrible. We had a reservation that I had done four days before. Arrived there, he had lost my reservation. No problem I'm told. We will make you another room but $350 at the places of $214 as it was planned, since I am last minute. Hey, Cellar Gang! I'm not last minute, you lost my reservation! Plus, they don't even have room to park my car for my two-week vacation. A big zero at Holyday Inn for ruining my holiday start. Another thing, the staff speaks very little French or not at all. No way to talk to a supervisor in French.

Very pleasant experience. Clean rooms. Free parking. Excellent service. Spacious pool and gym area. Kids loved it. We were able to use our Air Mails. Free breakfast and dinner for kids. Will back for sure.

I have started to avoid Holiday Inn. I do the Holiday Inn Expresses, but not the regular Holiday Inn. On this visit the service was so-so to ok. Breakfast was the same sort of buffet deal that lots of hotels have. It was (I think $15.99 a person) plus tip. The room seemed updated but definitely not "fashionable. " Very plain designs. The view was of the roof of the gym or something, the freeway and The mall parking lot. The bed was fine. The lobby was small but cute.

I attended a social event at holiday in Pointe claire. The hotel is well organized. Staff are very friendly and the food was very good. The venue itself was very comfortable and seating well organized.

The restaurant is expensive for the quality of the old fashioned room and the sheets are older (not sweet at all)

Staff were really nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint; The room windows here super dirty. I wanted to take pictures of the view but there was soo much grime built up on the outside of the window. It wasnt at all appealing at all.

The rooms are fine my welcome people tell anyone.
There will never be two people to say the same thing… just aberrant. So I. Made me lemony.
Oh yes their lunches are super salty.

Large hotel with a pool (warm water), hot tub, gym and a restaurant onsite. Kids eat free but only from a kids menu with paying adult. It's $5 if you want them to eat at the breakfast buffett. No free breakfast at this hotel as adults always pay. Bathroom door did not lock in our room. Parking lot was not cleared very well (snow and ice blocked a lot of the parking spaces and there was water pooling in certain places). I would say a solid 3 star stay. Staff were very friendly.

The property is very nice and conveniently located. Rooms are modern and and clean. Staff is friendly. Over all I was satisfied. I'd recommend this property as an overnight stay.

Very convenient establishment and close to shopping malls. The team is very responsive and dynamic in addition to being smiling. The rooms are very well equipped. Very decent Restaurant on site. The breakfasts are plentiful and the service starts early.

This hotel it was the best one I've been in this area and the rooms seems to be slightly bigger. I've really appreciated that the room and bathroom were clean, the fact there were no bad smells, the air conditioning was quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the windows were good enough not to let the outside noise through. The restaurant it's cozy and the service was great. Check in and check out was fast and the parking lot it's big enough. There is no complimentary breakfast, there is an additional fee for that. I would rate this hotel as a 4 stars, not 3.

Hotel room is simply comfortable. I was able to soak in the hot tub. The gym access is easy. The restaurant staff are very kind. The van driver was very nice, and comical. I overall enjoyed my time there.

Ive stayed here many nights. The bed is comfortable so are the pillows. The AC is not too loud but I like it cold in the evening and it doesn't really get the room that cold even on the coldest setting. The bathroom is ok and the water pressure is good.

Nice hotel but disappointed with they way they look after property. I arranged to have a package delivered there and unfortunately it arrived after I checked out. When I returned home I was advised by the hotel that house keeping had it and to arrange delivery of it to Australia which was fine. I contacted housekeeping and they said they didn’t and now they have no records of me staying there. They won’t even respond to emails. Very poor effort.

It is a comfortable hotel and very close to the airport. Account with gym and restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed on the 12 floor facing the parking lot. We were disappointed when we were told there was no view, but actually there was a great view of the city and also beautiful fall foliage. We enjoyed steak in the restaurant. However the breakfast was quite greasy.

Perfect except for the pillows. Looks like couch padding. Nasty neck ache.

Went for the Expedia. Ca Cruise Fest. Well organized event. Conference rooms well equipped and well ventilated for the number of people present. Hotel personnel was service oriented and very pleasant. Good choice for event hosting.

The room was large, clean and very nice. It was great that there were both a fridge and a microwave in the room for use. The stay here was comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is within walking distance of a large mall, Walmart, Chapters etc.

Room is a good size with a comfortable king size bed. Pillows are good. Location is decent. There is a mall across the highway. Restaurant is good. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Shuttle service was lacking but other amenities are on par. Rooms are not bad and do come with a great many of features like in the suites there is a kitchen in some or at least a small fridge and Keurig. Beds are not bad and cleaning staff do a good job. Hotel restaurant can be pricey but worthwhile. Event spaces are dated and av services are controlled by an outside company that extorts conferences if they don't supply their own equipment. All in all a good place but some much needed touches in a few areas to make it really shine.

We stayed here for several days for a convention. Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. The room was clean and not too dated. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. We ate breakfast at the restaurant once. It was pretty good, but somewhat pricey. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. The parking lot needs some maintenance and the driveway from the service road is not obvious. Parking is at the rear of the hotel.

The staff at the hotel is quick and helpful! If you use the shuttle to the airport in the afternoon, it offers you to leave the room (check out) at 2 p. M. Instead of 12 H. The pool is hot and the spa almost burning the whole thing pretty quiet! The breakfast buffet is very good and offers a varied choice at affordable prices. You do not have services close by there are restaurants, pharmacy, and also transportation to the shopping centre which is opposite, while not cold or snow as you can go walking with cold weather end I do not know may get out of the hotel.

I loved the decor of the room. It has just enough to rest and exceedingly comfortable. The restaurant is very cute and the attention and the menu… spectacular. Super spoiled there.

Nice pool hot water and spas… beautiful fitness room. Beds in good condition and small fridge in the room which is impecable. Recent air conditioning etc. Very courteous employees at the Restaurant.

Location in a zone of something dangerous, although very close to public transport and food not bad.

What a great place to stay. During this trip we also found a cosy cafe named Cafesukhi run in the building next door. 6600. Food was very cheap and amazing compared to the restaurants around. Only draw back is that the Cafe closes at 3pm. Will definitely stay at Holiday Inn Pointclare again. All the best to the staff. Great service.

If you travel alone or as a couple, this is a really nice Property. The bed is comfortable and the rooms are modern and clean. Children bath, because the pull-out sofa has only a very thin mattress and it tell.

The location of this hotel is good. It is in a quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to Montreal that you can drive to sites within 20 mins. There are several food places nearby. I highly recommend breakfast at Le Quartier du Déjeuner located at 1858c Boul des Sources, Pointe-Claire, QC H9R 5B1.

I attended a professional conference at the Holiday Inn for a couple hours. The conference room was comfortable, but a little cold. The staff provided us with water and coffee.

Beautiful and simplistic decor, comfortable furniture and layout, friendly staff, easy to use facilities, overall fantastic place to stay at great prices! And oh, the views are phenomenal!

Kathleen is on top of things and so is the rest of the staff. WTFur is very happy with everyone working here. Looking forward to next year!

When I discovered your hotel I immediately appreciated the warm comfort of what it exudes. Passing through the reception service to the rooms, hearty meals, the pool which is heated at all times, and even the décor is beautiful! My ❤ is the eternal morning buffets that I like to eat with my 4 little wonders of the world and my spouse or we can choose a wide range of products for lunch. A hotel to discover!

Relatively easy access given montreal's confusing highway system. Pleasant staff and excellent accommodations.

The front desk employees are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious and up to date.

I was impressed by their impeccable Customer Service. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient in providing whatever was needed for the room. I stayed at the Inn for 6 days, my business trip could have been better had they offered me a taxi voucher. Shuttle service was not available when I was leaving for the Airport. As a result, I had to take taxi to the Airport for CAD $30 ride. Wish they could have helped all the way and made my experience "awesome" by simply providing a cab voucher. The front lady was helpful in taking local calls off the bill just being a member.

It's a great experience with free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. It's near a great restaurant called Cora's. I highly recommend it and we stay at the one in Montreal every time.

Very nice rooms, location isn't perfect but across the highway is a large and pretty decent mall and there's also an IGA grocery store. Most things you could feature nearby but no excitement, just nice rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel occasionally for many years when traveling to Montreal. Several years ago it was run down and very tired looking however with recent renovations and a facelift it is now a modern looking hotel. Room was clean and reasonable. If you plan to stay there ask for a room on the upper floor facing north, a great view in the morning overlooking northern part of Montreal and the Laurentian Mountains in the background. Additionally the hotel is very close and convenient to many good restaurants with reasonable prices just north on Boulevard St Jean.

Stayed there in Aug 2015. After reading reviews dated few years ago I was not sure to book it but when I arrived there I realized I had chosen the write place. Very clean hotel, All refurbished and new with best materials, from the pool to the gym and elevators, carpets the room, bed, pillow, microwave, leather chairs, … everything was new and clean. The pillows were so comfortable I was trying to find out its brand to buy for myself later on. The staffs were polite, professional and very helpful. Windows were double glazed, clean and no noise coming in. Internet had a good speed at midnights. During the day Wi-Fi was not so fast but there was a separate computer room at RC floor and ethernel connection inside the room. The cleaner was doing the bed and the room "everyday". In the reviews I had read differently but they were doing the room everyday in my visit. There is a safebox inside the room, Iron, Iron board, microwave, TV, city guide, … there was a shuttle to airport as well and just off the hotel there is a IGA to but grocery and fairview mall which was a huge mall. I do recommend it.
