People courteous and beautiful atmosphere on the other hand you have to love animals and nature dogs bark at 500 am good morning alarm clock.

Thanks again for making us live this memorable moment! The reception was warm and the site amazing! I dare not talk about the dog sled hike because s was beautiful. Beautiful location and scenery, very warm welcome and patrons always have a friendly word and are listening. The employees are smiling and always friendly as it is for activities or catering. We have spent three days sublime that will remain engraved in our memories; Thank you for all the good times you've had.

Deceiving, the boss is not professionnal, he makes you pay too much for what you ordered, he makes "mistakes" to put all is clients together. He is tired of doing the safari, so he really skip through. He doesnt use the silent electric car, its only for showing, he uses the quad, which is way too loud. Safari is definetly a waste of money. Its was nice to ride the horses but as soon as my girlfriend fell off his, they stopped the ride and made us pay the whole thing. It wasnt her fault, the horse went flying when a bird jumped behind. No client safisfaction. However, really good guides, merry-ann was really good. Not a lot of water for the kayak so you get stucked all over the place. The whole experience is really expensive for what you get.

Stay with family in March 2016. Very nice place. The owner and his family are very friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful week with a bunch of activities. The sled dog ride was simply magical, dogs are very beautiful and very affectionate. And what about guides, very professional. A special thanks to Marianne who made us visit the kennel and who also told us about his passion for horses. A very nice guide! We did also the snowmobile, Max, the owner who guided us. A real passionate, we saw a Moose ravage. The food was great, the food was very good. In short a place to visit for a great holiday! We'll be back! Thanks to the whole team!

Zero service for the ski enthusiast. No trail map… A maze! 2 woman with a visa service french addicted to texting. Then the… stupid service like c thing same foot red or yellow… man I have to leave at this time! Mediocre ride nothing to do and after 3 turns I di ye where their 8klm!

You can call it a scam, or at least of abusive business practices.
