Decent hotel, small room and bathroom, but everything is clean. The curtains do not close (there is just a small transparent curtain) and the ventilation was not working. But it's OK for one night, passing only.

No thermostat in the room. On arrival it was very cold (February), during the night we opened the outside door so much that it was hot. Trace of "seed" spray on sheet. Bathroom very "tight".

Terrific motel by any standard. The room was very clean with attention to detail for example, super comfortable beds, classy bedding, and real glassware for drinking. The service was friendly and certainly willing to converse with me in English. We travelled from the Weatcoast to the East and are heading back west now and consider this the best overall motel we've stayed at so far. I truly can't understand the 2.9 average rating so had to make my opinion known. Thanks Motel Levis for a very enjoyable stay at a very kind price. Merci Beaucoup! :-)!

Great value. Very clean. Good location especially in terms of bicycling. Staff is welcoming and helpful in both French and English.

Terrible customer service tried to book a room and wouldn't speak English on the phone. Are we not in Canada?

You get your money's worth here. An inexpensive, safe and friendly, clean, modest place to stay. We saved about $50 by staying here, money we had rather put towards our trip. Yet we still had a comfortable, quiet, and very welcoming nights sleep. If you're traveling on a budget, its worth every penny to drive past the fancy, granite and stainless steel hotels nearby, to this quaint, cozy little spot. No frills, but no big bill either. They turn the lights off at midnight but I think they'll still welcome travellers anytime. If you stay, you'll know what I mean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was very bad. When we called at the reception he hung up on us when we were polite, Wi Fi not fit half, room small… No soundproofing! I know it's cheap but I would have preferred paid $20 more and have quality finally!

The room was really small, but clean enough. I didn't expect a top notch room, and I didn't get that so that's fine.

prices are great, we spent a day in Lévis. Staff friendly, room even surprised at the State of the room cleanliness, camber her smelled of freshness, the owner a person very dedicated to customers, short had a perfect stay. Thank you for your coordialitee. We gain are returned.
