What an amazing staff. We held our Daughter's Wedding there on August 4, 2018 and I have to say, they exceeded our expectations. There was nothing we asked for that they were not able to provide. The food was amazing, I would recommend this venue to anyone for any event.

Our room was great, clean and they worked well around what we left in the room while we we're out, staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our only concern was that they replaced both bars of soap, and the little bottles of shampoo and conditioner (which we didn't use all of) after one use, it was so wasteful. Like sure give us new ones, but don't throw out basically unused bars of soap when we're staying there for more than 1 night.

THE BEST HOTEL to stay at with kids. Hands down! They are accommodating and efficient at getting a room quickly. Their pool is awesome, breakfast is awesome, literally everything there is awesome. We travelled from toronto to Nb with 3 kids and stayed in a hotel 4 nights (2 of them were the Ramada). It is just a great place.

Perfect place, the other side of the street from several shops and restaurants. Clean room and price quite affordable.

Very good services at the reception people are super dedicated the rooms are property compare to other.

We had a great stay in a junior suite. Nice decor, comfortable furniture, great staff! My only complaint is that the bathroom was cold and never really warmed up.

This place is really clean, the workers are very friendly and helpful. Really like the size of the room and washroom. Just wish it was easier to find the way to enter by car specially at night that we had to go around a couple times to figure it out. I personally just wish it had better pillows since I personally found it to soft. But other than that it's well located in the city and a lot of restaurants and stores near by. Also the breakfast was simple but really good, nice and clean and someone coming a round if you want tea or coffee as well this is the first hotel that I've seen that has over easy eggs rather than only it only being scrambled like most other hotels. The unique thing about this place is that it has a few parking spots for tesla charging stations that a lot of places don't have.

Very good only downside the size of the room for breakfast. Super Personal.

For a small town stop en route to the east coast we were treated like valued guests in a lovely room with a super comfortable king bed, fireplace, coffee and bar fridge. Customer service was excellent and we had a delicious quality dinner next door at Eight Zero Zero, their companion restaurant where the service and atmosphere were wonderful. We stopped here overnight to charge at a Tesla Supercharger and lucked out with the Ramada. Will definitely return!

Our family has stayed at this hotel several times. This was however our first trip travelling with a family member with limited mobility. Before booking Shannon at the front desk took time to answer our questions about the accessible room. The room itself was extremely well thought out. However upon returning from dinner we found our door unlocked. It turned out that the door actually didn't lock at all. Thankfully nothing was taken. This was immediately addressed to the front desk and since it was pass 7pm we were told that it could only be addressed in the morning when maintenance came in. We were offered another room however we required the accessible washroom. The following day we decided to stay another night. It was disappointing that maintenance was unable to fix the problem. Although the offer was made to lock the room with a master key it just seemed like less of a hassle to keep our valuables with us. At one point it seemed like we were going to get a reduced rate on the room, but that never happened. All in all we enjoyed our stay and hope that when we return that the accessible room will be less accessible to those not staying in it!

Loved the pool and how close it was to restaurants/I liked the pool then the fact that it is close to several restaurants.

This is a great stop with quality costumer attention. The location is perfect. Close to large shops and varied restaurant strip. Continental upgraded Breakfast is included. The rooms are modest but clean and well kept. The staff is extremely helpful friendly and attentive. There is a medium indoor pool and jacuzzi which was a fun element and the reason we picked this hotel over others close-by.

The hotel is well located in the city of Cornwall. It is very close to the bridge that leads to the United States. It is very convenient.
There is a large indoor pool and it is relatively long accessible.
My room was located away from the lobby (third hallway). The rooms are antiquated. Wallpaper peels off the walls. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working and the door was rusty. The shower curtain does not block the water sufficiently, it drains on the floor easily. Damage.
The facilities in the room are comfortable.
I would recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable room. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. It was a great stay!

Hotel is located in a great location near the Cornwall roundabout. Rooms were in great shape, very clean and inviting. Room was well equipped, with a fridge, work desk, nice soft bedding and a large LCD TV. Hotel features a large indoor pool and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and happy to serve guest needs.

Decent hotel. Fairly clean. Location isn't ideal, but it's not bad. Average, not great, but not bad.

Attended a dinner in their Adirondack room. Decor was excellent, the food was incredibly well done and one of the best buffet style meals I've had. Service was on point and efficient. I would gladly book them for an event should I ever need a venue that size.

Nice beds, very comfortable. Clean, quiet hotel that I have overlooked on past stays in Cornwall, but they're on my list now.
