My absolute favorite hotel, great service, wonderful breakfast, amazing staff, beautiful rooms!

From the Management and the Front Desk staff to the Night Auditor and Housekeeping, I can't say enough about this hotel. The building itself is beautiful for it shows how old it has been standing yet at the same time it's the beautiful history in The antique gate and telephone boxes. The staff for delivery of food from the kitchen was beautiful and every morning was greeted with a bag breakfast as I went on to my volunteer job for the Red Cross. I stayed 3 weeks and it was too short and already I am wishing to hear the kind good mornings and the questions of how I am doing each day. The rooms are beautifully clean and the food is hot and taste wonderful and well prepared. After snow you can be greeted by a snowplough and often someone is offering to shovel your car. 5 stars and I recommend this for family or single person on a trip. Covid-19 hasn't stopped this team of hotel employees from giving a top rate greeting and making sure everything is adhering to keep all safe.

Very friendly staff and very cat friendly. We appreciate the welcome all of us got. Loved the breakfast to go feature, let us get on the road early with a healthy breakfast and coffee!

Good times great place to just chill!

Really great place to stay. We travel to PEI every year and need a place that will accept out 2 large dogs. They are extremely accommodating towards them, which is a must for us! Lovely rooms, restaurants and staff.

The gentle man at the front desk is very nice he has a welcoming attitude, I would definitely stay here again.

In Cornwall, that said, the bar is set pretty low. It’s nice enough and I probably wouldn’t stay anywhere else in the town.

Very good. Staff friendly and helpful nice restaurant excellent breakfast comfortable beds clean rooms have stayed here before and will definitely stay again.

The outdoor pool was very enjoyable and well laid out. Very clean and spacious rooms. Downside, 2 story walk up made it a wee challenge with luggage and 3 kids.

The restaurant is very good with lots of selection and the outdoor pool was lovely.

Held both our children's wedding receptions here. Excellent service and food. The guests who stayed here praised the staff and their rooms. Also love the Hops and Barley lounge.

Wonderful service from Marc tonight at Peppermill’s for my son’s birthday dinner. The food was excellent!

We stayed in their jacuzzi room and had zero complaints. The jacuzzi was a good, spacious model. The room was well set up with amenities and the service at both front desk and restaurant were very friendly. The fitness room met our needs. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if passing through.

Late night travelling and we were getting desperate! Thought we found heaven when we got to Cornwall and found the Best Western! Very friendly and helpful front desk clerk. Our room was beautiful and huge! Best room we had during our two week vacation. AND breakfast was included and delicious! Thank you!

Clean rooms with very friendly accommodating staff and friendly welcoming waitresses! Rooms are big with fire places and desks and chairs and vending machines on every floor! There is also a outdoor heated salt water swimming pool as well as rooms with a TV and a fridge and a fireplace etc. There is a lot of food.

Absolutely beautiful and homey decor and atmosphere. A far cry about the box-style, cookie-cutter, hotels. The room was reminiscent of a ski chalet, complete with heavy wood furniture and a fireplace. The lobby was cozy, rather than sterile. The staff were fantastic and accommodating. The included breakfast was very good with beverages served rather than self-serve. I will be staying here again every time I make the two-day drive through NB, QC, and ON.

Property is well kept room are nice and clean. Great customer service. Always stay there when I'm in Cornwall. I would recommend it to anybody.

The rooms and the hotel are very clean. The décor is charmer and original. The breakfast included buffet style is excellent and offers a lot of choices. The staff are very nice, smiling, accommodating suppliers and polite. There is a restaurant in the hotel. I recommend it.

This is a nice place to stay and not far off the 401. Quiet, clean and well-maintained by a competent and friendly staff. Those who do not wish to leave to go find a place to eat (and drink) will appreciate the lounge/restaurant which is very comfortable with a menu that will satisfy most. Alcohol is served and one can eat in a nice dining room with cozy seating. If you do not wish to leave your room, there is even room service. For those who only partake of the breakfast, you too will be satisfied with the variety of offerings served in a pleasant setting.

We stayed in a very nice room on the second floor; it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and fully functional. We have been to this Best Western location several times over the past six years and have always been fully satisfied with our stays.

Room and bathroom were clean, staff was extremely friendly and professional. Had the standard room, nice layout, has a lot of the little handy things like coffee maker, small refrigerator, 2 extra plugins with phone charger ports, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, large t. V. Clock radio. I was very pleased with my overnight stay.

My Best Western stays have always been great! Very comfortable beds, clean rooms and very courteous staff. The buffet breakfast is a wonderful bonus in the morning! See you again soon! Donna.

How do I even express adequately the gem this little hotel is? Wonderful professional and friendly staff, delicious food from the on-site restaurant with room service, all manner of business services available for professionals stopping here, and a free breakfast as well with an extensive choice of food. The rooms are huge, extremely comfortable beds and a fireplace in the room! We travel often between NB and ON and this was our first experience at this hotel but it will definitely not be our last. If you are traveling through Cornwall don't bother with anywhere else, we won't.

The exterior of the hotel looks unique and I liked it! Staff are really really nice just like everybody else said. Room was relatively spacious besides the bathroom. The thing is the hotel is tooooo old and needs a makeover! Maybe larger bathroom haha. Will come back, hope the renovation can start anytime soon!

Favourite brunch rendez-vous. Friendly staff.

Stayed here a number of times and have never had a bad experience. Good atmosphere, comfortable rooms, good food, but best service. They know how to take care of their guests here. My only choice when staying in Cornwall.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in while in Cornwall. They all look like they are stuck in the 60s or 70s. We had a Great experience. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and very approachable. We had a comfortable room. The only reason I took a star off was the decor. It looked like it hadn’t been remodeled since the ‘70’s.

No complaints. The hotel staff were the best. The room was splendid. The proximity to anything we wanted to be near, was perfect.

Very nice. An older motel but well kept up with the times. Sports bar and restaurant are very nice. My room was large and had everything I needed pulse a fake fireplace. Staff was super helpful.

A lovely hotel, clean with friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh options and plenty of choices. Don’t let the dated decor deter you — the atmosphere is so much nicer then the modern style hotels! We will definitely return for another romantic night!

The Best Western Parkway Inn and Conference Center is one of the best venues for hosting events in the Cornwall area. You have an excellent chef who offers creative alternatives to the usual… Their staff offers excellent customer service in the venue has one of the most beautiful ballrooms in the city. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We really enjoy the Best Western Parkway in Cornwall. The room rate is affordable. The room is clean. The breakfast is great — there are more items than I recall being offered in the past. Staff are great, they really make you feel at home. Check-in was brisk and welcoming! The fitness room is large, clean and well equipped!

Good hotel, very friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Check in was prompt and staff efficient. We have had numerous vacations this year and I would have to say that our suite was the cleanest and most well appointed we have stayed in this year. The breakfast was served hot and delicious with a variety of choices for anyone and the wait staff were friendly helpful and polite. I would recommend this hotel with absolutely no hesitation to my family and friends. Well done Best Western, Cornwall, Ont.

I was very impressed with our stay. We booked two rooms for two couples for one night. I was not disappointed. Rooms were great, food terrific and price reasonable.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, as there were so many different choices and the food was hot and tasty.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the free breakfast with its many many choices. We had dinner when we arrived. The food was excellent and the decor was very nice including the comfy chairs and fire place. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel that has a very affordable price.

We've stayed at many Best Western Plus hotels in Canada and the USA. This Best Western in Cornwall has been, BY FAR, the best one in Ontario that we have experienced. It's very clean, nice exterior and interior, with all the lovely stone etc. The room was cute, cozy, comfortable. The continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise as it was a step above the usual continental breakfasts in other Best Western's Plus hotels. They had ladies who served you coffee at nicely set tables, with tablecloths etc and silverware. Not the usual plastic knives and forks at other continental breakfasts. The hotel staff were top notch and you felt they DID really care about you as a guest. We will be back :)

I cannot say enough about this hotel. By far one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The place is beautiful. The way the whole place is decorated is so cozy! The staff is amazing — So helpful and friendly. The rooms are beautiful. The shower — wow! The breakfast buffet is fantastic — definitely not what I was expecting! I cannot say enough about this place. Wish more hotels were like it. Thank you for help making our trip that much more enjoyable! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Fabulous room — — the bathroom alone was probably 20 feet long. And then there was the kitchen. And then there was the fireplace. Immaculately clean, lovely amenities, comfortable bed. We always stay in luxury hotels and we were wowed by this Best Western (which we had picked because it is pet-friendly). Staff was delightful, warm, cheerful, helpful.

While it costs a little more, it is worthwhile staying here. Great service, well-appointed and comfortable rooms, and most importantly, a very quiet place so a good night's sleep was guaranteed. The hotel was close to full, but once in your room you'd never know they were busy. Well designed for guest comfort. Very nice complimentary buffet breakfast.

Hotel staff were a little cold and detached. Room service was brought missing one meal, no cutlery, no sauces/dips. We called down about the missing meal and other items and were told they would bring the meal and missing items. After a 5 minutes of the delivered food getting cold I went down to find out where the cutlery was. They were waiting for the other meal to cook before bringing anything down to us. After explaining how that made no sense they ended up not charging for any of the food and providing two free desserts. The food was all very good, and the restaurant staff were still apologetic at breakfast the following morning, which was also delicious.

This is a beautiful hotel. I love the rustic but fresh decor motif. Room was great. Spacious. Bed comfortable. Included breakfast was first class, a proper breakfast. Only downside was what seemed like a stiff price tag per night. I stay in other far more moderately priced Best Westerns stateside.

We went in for the breakfast buffet, having heard about it recently. Parking was great. Service was pretty good. Food quality was amazing. Selection of breakfast items was a little lacking, but I've had worse. Staff seemed a little distracted, but nothing worth complaining about. Could've easily walked out without paying, as they thought we were Hotel guests. Had to ask to pay before leaving. 4/5 would return.

I don't usually give 5 star but had to give it to this place. We were stuck in Cornwall because of freezing rain and only got a 1 queen bed room because everyone stay over as well. The lady at the front desk offered to upgrade us to a bigger room because I has 2 kids and 2 adults. Overall staffs were very nice and friendly. The rooms are huge and free breakfast is located in a restaurant.

Nice clean room. The food in the restaurant is very good. Had the prime rib for supper and it was cooked to perfection. Breakfast was also fantastic. Fresh waffles and an omelette station.

I frequently visit winner's sports bar at the best Western in Cornwall. Excellent little pub, great for watching sports, social gathering and much more. Excellent staff and service along with a great atmosphere.

I was at this Inn because my dad passed away. My husband and I were treated like family, with kindness and sincerity. We would like to thank all the staff in Cornwall Best Western. Special thanks to Jean, Maria, Carole, Betty, Angel, Stephanie and Dwayne. Unfortunately I couldn't get the names of all the staff that assisted us. If you ever want to feel so welcomed and treated so wonderfully than you must stay with this wonderful family at Best Western Cornwall. Thank you everyone for your kindness at this sad time. Having a nice room is one thing, but it's the staff that make all the difference. Smiles everywhere, the staff were very attentive to our comfort. Breakfast was good and had a variety of hot and cold foods. The bar downstairs was a nice place to hang out. All in all, I slept real good.

The room was very clean, the furniture was dated but it was obvious they are upgrading a little at a time as the bathroom was modern. The staff were excellent. The lounge and restaurant served good food. My only issue was watching an analog signal in the room on an HDTV. It would have been more acceptable if the signal quality was better as the image was very fuzzy. The gym was clean, large and had a variety of newer equipment. I haven't stayed anywhere else overnight in Cornwall but I would definitely stay there again.

Best hotel experience ever. We stayed for 5 weeks with work crew, the rooms are spacious with fire place the staff was amazing especilly the breakfast ladies. They made our day every morning going the extra mile every chance they got. As well as the front desk staff. Duane at the front desk was amazing always going the extra mile! Thanks a lot. Highly recommended.

This is a very nice hotel. Very clean, staff were friendly and professional. The only negative was slow Internet.

Great size room. Breakfast buffet was excellent! There is a gym and an outdoor pool. Also a good sports bar located in the basement. Would stay here again.

Service was average but the atmosphere was good. It's has lots of parking and is easy to find. I had a dinner function there in which my food wasn't the greatest. I ordered a steak to be med rare, and it came really rare and seared on the outside. I don't think I would recommend it.

We used one of the conference rooms for a function. No issues with this. The meal was a bit over priced and the portions were on the small side.

I went for brunch family for my grandfather's birthday. Very good service, the meal at will was excellent (we can even make our Waffle House). The ieix are clean and warm. Looks like a huge cottage. The wood is very present in the decoration.
I recommend eating lunch here!

We were a group of 18, it took app one hour for food to come out, my wife ordered me the chicken fettuccine alfredo but received pesto fettuccine, the sever did ask a second time a few minutes later witch one and told her chicken fettuccine alfredo, also chicken well grill marks were burnt I and others thought grill might have ben to hot but I know t as a large order to fill, I did not see to many other in dining room, maybe three other small groups, she did come back and asked how it was, did not want to wait another hour for food. Oh I was not the only one that she was not sure what they ordered.

Fast service at the deck and great breakfast.

We went to celebrate our anniversary last saturday may23/15, it was the worst food we ever had. I order the prime ribs, the gravy was cold, the veg were not cook, my son-law and grand-son order was the same. I returned my order, it came back the same way cold. Terrible food.

I called the Best Western staff at Cornwall to book hotel reservations. Without informing me, they booked me through Expedia. I did not receive any email confirmation, no valid Expedia reference number. I only found out after the fact when I asked the front desk for me bill. Now I am trying to track down via Expedia's third party booking agency to get a copy of my bill. Huge hassle that could have been avoided if the Cornwall Best Western staff had been up front with me and explained the situation.

The food is always worth the trip.

Just arrived late night. Frontdesk very pleasant. Room very nice clean and large.

We just went out to celebrate our 27th anniversary and decided to eat at peppermills restaurant located in the best western in cornwall. This was the worst food we have encountered in a very long time. The lobster was so overcooked it was innedible, appetizers were misrepesented (dont expect stuffed mushroom caps) and ill prepared overcooked cheap tasteless food, also the price of these meals was way overpriced considering wat you get 18-21 dollar entres. The other seafood dishes were awful also, parts were very undercooked while on the same plate there was also parts of the dish that were again overcooked. We did send back the lobster and tried to eat the rest of our meal. The staff were all friendly and very profesional, but the chef/cook/? does not know the first thing about food preparation, TERRIBLE FOOD avoid at all costs! oh yeah and it took 90 minutes to get served! how does a place like this stay in buisness, not to mention we all felt a bit ill afterwards, something is very wrong in the kitchen at peppermills, but the menu was beatiful leather bound book that describes dishes that are not at all wat u get, you should be ashamed of yourselves peppermills, we were all shocked and dismayed by the low low quality food thumbs way down to the mgmt at peppermills.

What a treat! Very clean, friendly staff, great restaurants and pool. My only suggestion would be to make a ramp to each outside door so you don't have to go all the way to the front door with the luggage trolley. We'll be back.
