The HIE in Brockville is a wonderful hotel for a weekend getaway!

Great spot for its price point. The decor is a little tired but it makes up for it with its lovely staff. Even with these hard times they greet you with all smiles and do anything to make your stay better. My room was clean, my bed was comfy and my breakfast was lovely! Cheers to the amazing ladies who put my breakfast together, so polite and cheerful! Thank you.

Never coming back because of the breakfast served with 100% disposable cutelry. So sad to see… and here was the answer I received from the manager when I mentioned it : "In regards to using disposable cutlery, it's our brand standard and we can not do anything about it. " Wow nice answer eh! We don't care about the environment, thanks bye! Never seen such a bad customer service!

Everything about our stay reassured the choice of the Holiday Inn over other nearby hotels. From the convenient location, to the spacious, immaculately clean rooms to breakfast being hot, fresh & fabulous all 3 mornings, our expectations were exceeded!

I had a nice room; everything was clean and in order. The staff was some of the friendliest hotel staff I ever encountered. The hot tub was very relaxing; I think that was my favorite part. ;) Overall, I would recommend this place.

The food is great. The atmosphere is perfect. The people are very welcoming. We enjoyed every bit.

GREAT PLACE! It's super clean, smell good and the employees are very hospitable. The maids even left us a small handwritten welcome note! Breakfast was very good and the staff were providing food very fast. I greatly recommend this place! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This Holiday Inn has a nicer pool than many of the other hotels in Canada. I found the place to be very clean and the service was very friendly.

Average. Highway at 10 meters with incessant traffic of trucks. The rooms are very large Breakfast enough.

Very nice we'll kept hotel. I would stay here again if I needed to. It would be nice if there was a bar fridge in the room and ice machine on the floor.

Disappointment began at check in. When I booked I requested a room away from the highway so that I didn't have to listen to it all night as I'm a light sleeper. When I got to my room to find it was not as I requested I returned to the desk to be told that they were very sorry but there was nothing they could do as they were full. There were 10 cars in the parking lot, I counted. But I was told if I would like to pay the upgrade to a more expensive room they could move to another room opposite the highway. I turned it down but now wish that I had just choked up the extra money for it as now I'm just exhausted from a terrible nights sleep. Beyond that, the breakfast was mediocre at best. I'll book at another hotel the next time I'm in Brockville.

If you want to sleep with bugs this is the place for you! My room was covered in beetles. I called the front desk and spoke with their general manager and they said there is nothing they can do. Awesome job Guys. I will be calling your corporate office to report this.

Nice clean hotel. Stayed for our sons hockey tournament and staff were always available when needed.

Nice rooms. Pool was a bit small. Decent cardio equipment in the small fitness center, but no weights.

They were nice enough to let us check in early and the breakfast was really good. However the TV in the room didn t work at all and the room had a million lady bugs in it.

Room was fine, but I didn't book it myself. Found it way too expensive, especially considering the very low quality breakfast. I suppose that's what you should expect from a holiday inn express though.

Decent value for the money. Breakfast is good and our kids loved the pool. Only downside was the site doesn't offer cots. Inconvenient for a family of 5.

Great hotel. Breakfast is better than most. Rooms are clean and modern. Could offer better in room coffee selection for Keurig (Timothy's), but really that's the only con. We'll be back.

The hotel is nicely kept and in an area with some shopping and variety of restaurants. Suite rooms have a small kitchenette which made the room comfortable for a longer stay. Breakfast is included, which is good. Downfall, you're practically on the highway and sound proofing is non-existent. If your a light sleeper … you may have issues. Recommend requesting a room on the other side of the hotel. Otherwise another great stay at the holiday inn.

Seemed like a packed house for the wedding and a peewee hockey tournament! The staff was efficient and friendly and even managed to get some of the rooms available early! Great location, directly across from the wedding venue. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Brockville!

For only being 10 years old, the hotel has some maintenance issues, including the elevators — one of which brings during our stay. Otherwise, the room was decent, and we got a free upgrade.

Though my stay was brief my room was well furnished. The shower was decent and the beds were good but the blankets could use some work I felt like I was using a thin rag.

Very friendly staff, lightning fast check in (even on a Saturday). Clean room, good temperature control. Pool was great and clean, breakfast (free! ) was actually amazing. Only complaints are that the hot tub was broken, and the hide-a-bed was terrible — but find me one that had ever been not terrible.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Could hear the 401 pretty clearly but they gave out free earplugs and/or white noise machines upon request.

Not very friendly, hotel not busy, but had to talk to Manager to get late check out,

Be careful this hotel is located beside the 401 and rooms facing the highway are very loud. If you try to get moved to an alternate room they punish you with additional fees because apparently there are no more rooms in your category. Funny the hotel is nearly empty… Next time I am driving further to Holiday Express at the next exit.
