Stay in the suite. It surprised us how great that room is! The bed was so comfy. Great price too!

L'hôtel ne paye pas de mine mais agréable surprise lors de l'entrée dans les chambre. Elles sont spatieuses et modernes. Les lits sont confortables. Pour le petit déjeuner rien d'extra ordinaire mais il reste simple et efficace!

Convenient just for one night, good location, clean.
But catastrophic bedding (mattress much too soft).
Quite noisy.

The staff was great and friendly the breakfast was good but the rooms need updating badly.

The front desk woman in tonight treated a guest with such disrespect, it was appalling. Constantly rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing. She claimed they had a policy that NO ONE with a Brockville address is welcome to stay at the hotel because ‘too many people have ruined it for everyone’ — she claims they’ve had too many issues… this is the first time I have ever heard a hotel banning their ENTIRE city from paying to stay at their establishment. *warning* if you live in brockville, you are not welcome.

Good price, very comfortable rooms and a pretty nice breakfast, the basics to start a good morning.

Stayed here for a couple of nights towards the end of April. Overall a pleasant experience: Clean & updated room, decent Wi-Fi, helpful front desk staff and adequate breakfast (complimentary). Very reasonable compared to similar competition at $90 tax inc for 2 double beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Very very nice welcome as we did not speak English and the receptionist tried to speak to us Super breakfast the same thing very good service very good food also. It was a very nice Hotel.

Great price for a quick stop over! We stayed for a night while traveling to Quebec. It cost $115 tax included, and a hot breakfast buffer included.

I'm surprised by all the good reviews, this place is not up to Days Inn standards at all, especially for the price. Dirt on the floor evident immediately after taking off shoes, sink was missing part of the drain stop, the whole room needed a paint job. The mattress was comfortable enough, but the pillows were terrible. Also, all the pictures show the bed with a bed skirt and extra blanket at the end; I guess they've decided not to include those anymore. Our 2 double beds had exposed box springs and no extra bedding. The breakfast was good though, and the staff all seem nice and friendly.

The price was decent and the room was clean had decently fast and free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast. The hotel was quiet and the person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Places to get food close by and it's right off the highway, pretty much it's all you need for when you are traveling.

Excellent bang for the buck. Solid, reliable, motel style, but updated nicely and very clean. Can't beat it for the price.

Affordable and clean. Had the Jacuzzi suite and was very satisfied with the space in the room.

My GF caught ringworm from the bedsheets, I then caught ringworm from my gf :/ I wish I was making this up. You have some terrible employees, or terrible policies, and I'll be getting my ringworm elsewhere from now on. Lowest rating I have ever given any experience, and I've been robbed at knifepoint.

It is a very simple hotel, with simple decor. It has a very nice sushi restaurant inside There is a free breakfast served in a large hall opposite the restaurant. Several conference rooms. Are. In the lobby area. The main desk is very centrally located and alays has staff present. The parking. Lot. While. Limited. Meets the needs of. The smaller hotel. You can tell stays are rarer that professional visits to the boardrooms, and the layout reflects this.

This is an older hotel. Some renovated areas. Rooms have double beds. All the amenities you night expect from a 3 star hotel. Comes with a complimentary breakfast.

Better then the travel Lodge, but still budget. Very dated rooms and hallways. Sushi restaurant attached is good, but not excellent. Breakfast is a basic Continental with scrambled eggs and sausage. Staff here is much more plesent then travel Lodge.

Newer furniture and bathroom fixtures in a rather dated building. Wood floors mean you can hear the neighbouring guests walking around. Outdoor pool. Overall average for the price.

Friendly staff, right off the 401 exit, rooms modernly decorated except for the carpets… carpets installed in 1990s and still same carpets today. Mini fridge, led flatscreen TVs, marble bathrooms, clean and cozy, super comfy beds, we loved it except for the carpet issue. Ample parking and breakfast included.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was clean. I can think of nothing to complain about, but its also nothing to get exited for. A basic hotel at a decent price.

Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were pretty small and dark, however since renovations rooms are fairly modern. Just dark unfortunately.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Some rooms are better than others, however, the hotel needs an update.

The room we were given smelled of body odor and the air conditioner sounded like a chainsaw. Thankfully we were given a different room when I complained. It was much better. The whole place uses a strong carpet deodorizer which I found unpleasant. I hate giving bad reviews so I must add that the staff were pleasant and the breakfast room was very nice. However, I will not be going back to this hotel.

When I checked in, there were several hairs and an empty shampoo bottle waiting in the bathroom to greet me. The walls are so thin that I could hear every word my neighbors said when they were using a normal speaking voice. The drapes were full of holes. When I went to take a hot shower with the bathroom door open, it set off the fire alarm. Wish I had picked a different one.
