'Over-Rated' for sure … everything is just wrong, just so so wrong with this place. Ladies of the night do so ply their trade within this motel as well as persons who are renters, who do so by the week, every two weeks or by the month. Not clean, staff are overly rude. Clean rooms, friendly staff. The Wi-Fi is pull your hair out horrible.

Wifi doesnt work most of the time and very rude managers.

If we have to sleep with 2 jackets on I assume the heater over here is probably out of order, if a heater is something on your top priority youre better off with other motels.

Great experience, bed are comfy and service is great. 10/10 would recommend.

Very clean, nice recreational area. Amazing lawn. Friendly family that runs it, very approachable.

The parkway is a gem clean the owners are supper polite people who make sure you got everything you need. The have beds are like sleeping on a cloud the shower got great pressure. Close to everything you need great price compared to other motels. I would recommend the parkway to my friend's and any one who need a motel.

This place was just AWFUL! $80 a night plus tax for a dirty room. Blanket had a big yellow stain on it and the towels in my room were dirty! Shower did not work, the water was either ice cold or burning hot no matter how much I adjusted the knobs. The lady at the front desk was very rude and definitely over charged me since the first time I stayed there it was only $57 a night with tax and a $30 deposit instead of a $50 deposit. The windows have no screens and bathroom window didn't even open! You can get a way nicer/cleaner room anywhere else for $80 a night and I would most definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

Very friendly staff. I forgot there some important stuff and could come back for it the next day. The price was definitely good, but you can't expect miracles for that cheap of a stay: here are my few complains: -Wifi sometimes did not work. -There was a lack of privacy. Conversations outdoor were very audible. Also since it's a motel you have to have curtains down pretty much all the time. If you want a cheap stay I'd definitely recommend it.

They came into my room to only clean the bathroom (so they say) & later on in the evening I had asked about renting for another week & we got every excuse in the book. Our neighbor in rm 20 borrowed my van to run some errands & when they came back a couple was with them that my husband & I knew. Owner calls down & threatens my husband so my husband defends his dignity & pride & we get told by local police to leave & we did accordingly with respect to the law. But word of mouth can b more damaging. Anyhow we've found a much better place to reside where we're treated like guests not a $ sign. To the operators of the Parkway Motel u make judgement calls on people, u don't even know, shame on you… We wish u peace harmony & love throughout ur life…

I stayed there once and infested infested bed bugs.

The staff are supper kind and helpfull they will make sure u got every thing u need.

The price was low, the staff were wonderful, the room was clean and smelled OK, but it was a little outdated. To get a socket to recharge my phone, I had to unplug the A. C. We arrived during a late spring cold snap, and they'd already shut off the (central) heat, so the room was uncomfortably chilly (thankfully, they offered a small space heater to compensate — only to be plugged into the same socket in the ceiling for the AC). The water heater seemed to be 3-4 minutes away, and then while I was in the shower, first the cold, then a minute later, the hot shut off for a second, making me jump out both times. Well, that woke me up.

This motel is a gem. Polite and pleasant desk staff, quiet and clean rooms. Inexpensive and readily accessible to a shopping center and primary bus route. Close to downtown and highway outlet. Will come again.
