Would recommend this establishment to n e of my friends! … very understanding and kind. Very peaceful. Comfortable beds. Good room, great place. At great prices.

It is a family owned motel. They have owned for 25yrs. They have and are doing renos to their rooms. They ofer weekly rates with some room with kitchens or. A Jacuzzi tube. I don't mind staying here but they offer no breakfast only coffee.

Somebody came into my fiance and i's room while we slept and stole our possesions qnd then we were kicked out of our room for requesting to see the camera footage.

Booked this place the day I was traveling and was unable to make it to the hotel that night, I called and cancelled and still was charged for the night even though the man that answered the phone said ok no problem. I contacted the hotel when I noticed I was charged for it and they where rude and unprofessional, typical Indian hotel, very inflexible, and not at all about satisfying the customer, I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would give — 10 stars if I could, I'll be posting on every review I can find about what a terrible place this is.

There are some nice places I haven't seen every room.

The rooms are being redone. They r clean. Quiet and the management r very nice and helpful. Its a reasonable price for thier rooms. Theres weekly and monthly rates available. If those rooms are available. Its worth the stay at ghe American motel.

Newly redone room. Lots a room. Clean. Not a single bug of any kind. Kireg in the main office. Reasonable rates. I'd stay at the American motel again.

We had a speciality room. Otherwise I would never stay there. Besides that a friend actually rented the room, not myself!

The rooms are the best looking and the cable isn't in every room but the beds are nice there are no bugs and I feel safe when I'm there.

Exterior looked alright, but when asked to view the rooms, we were denied. It just didn't seem right. Decided to go to a newer and more hospitable motel just up the road.

This place advertises that they have newly renovated which is a joke! Walls were dirty with holes in them in spots… the rooms were equipped with baseboard heaters of which 3 of 4 of them were broken and not working I had the thermostat cranked up to 35 degrees Celsius and still it's was cold. The front door would not close you had to close it then lock the deadbolt just to keep the door shut. The bathroom door bccc. And latch were improperly installed and not lined up so the door latch would not catch. The toilet seat was broken it wouldn't stay up to have a pee and it was very very loose so when sitting on it you would slide all over the place. The toilet also clogged up upon first use we called front desk several times to request a plunger but no one answered finally the next day I went to the office and asked for one. Upon entering the office no one was there I rang the bell and loudly said hello nothing waited several minutes and rang the bell a couple more times and finally a guy tlynq4 Pmmn hoping I would just leave.

The décor and dated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom seemed a little new.

Location was good, bed was comfy… the ceiling leaked, the bathroom floor was dirty, cable wires hanging along the walls, cold draft came from under door so room was chilly with the heat on… will not be going back.

Very clean rooms. Staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help my family. Great Wi-Fi and spacious rooms. Next year for comicon im coming back!

Under any and all circumstances, do not go here. If you do not adhere to my advice I strongly suggest you refuse to pay the damage deposit. I didn't get mine back and they refused to send me an account of the funds paid, when requested. I can guarantee you that you will regret sleeping here rather than in your vehicle. You have been warned.

This motel stay was perfect. I landed in London and it was a close ride from the airport. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and provided me all sorts of tips for this new city. The room was clean and quiet and really comfortable. Great experience.

Visited an aquantince here, and I hated it. Similar to all the motels on Dundas east, stay away. When I looked up the address on Google, I noticed that the rates are $70 a night. You can get one of the best airbnb in London for that price.

Definitely not recommended. Lots of crack and heroin users and smell of pot coming thru Windows all hours of the night. No a/c. We were in room 5 And It was not cleaned thoroughly, I had to clean it before anything else. Sinks taps were flopping around, toilet wasnt secured in the floor. No mirror in room or bathroom. Broken glass behind toilet, 2 dirty needles under bed and we had to be the ones to dispose of them. No screen in kitchen window so Coul dnt have window open. Bedroom screen was tattered and hanging and was duct taped previously. The son is a goof and racist. He favours other customers over the rest. I was homeless and had no place for my cats who are trouble free pets he gave me an hour to get rid of them but get this there are people there who have dogs and cats but I'm the one he's racist against. Maybe because I don't have drugs to give him like the others. We called ministry of health on them as well. A nightmare of a dumpy filthy crooked establishment.

Room was freezing, no fone in the room & staff were aware of that… plumbing issues… bathroom sink was held up by the drainpipe alone… very scary & still gota lump on forehead… only if it was the last place in London would I even consider staying… let me think about that… NOT¡! ¡¡! ¡! ¡¡!

One of the worst motells in london the pepole that own the place dont care about the place.

This motel is fantastic. Very comparable to the hilton.

Must have been nice years ago but now has cluged wiring and cracked tiles. Skimpy on towels and toilet paper. Parking lot is full of holes. Good Wi-Fi.
