Day 1 — amazing first night, love the pool.

Love this place! just got here tonight and having the best time already.

Great place with everything included, BBQ per room, kitchenette, fire pits, pool and easy walk to the beach. Pet friendly rooms too! Only issue was the beds are small and need to be updated bigtime. Other than that it was a great place to be.

I HIGHLY recommend this place! The room was immaculately clean and the owners are beyond friendly and helpful. It was peaceful, quiet and a beautiful place to spend a few nights away. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay and will stay again the next time we're in the area.

Excellent. Dee is your hostess. Clean quiet very restful. Pool area has BBQ grills. Beach 1 min away. Grocery store right down the road. We'll be back.

What a lovely place! Quiet, clean, and reasonably priced. Just a hop from a pristine beach.

Cute, clean, dog friendly available rooms with everything you need while away in a kitchen, even a BBQ specific to your room. Owners are very nice, accommodating and always available. Fire pits and closed in gazebo for you as well. The pool was warm, and well kept. Easy walk to the awesome beach and bush paths. Only negative was the beds. Old uncomfortable doubles that need to be replaced desperately.

Karen & I would like to thank Martha & Glen for the warm welcome when we got there on Saturday. We had such a good time at the Motel. We will be looking forward to going back there again soon. Thanks again.

The owners are incredibly nice and accommodating! The rooms are spotless, I went out of my way to look for dust and grim in the bathroom, I failed. Very homey and comfortable beds. The pool is surrounded by mini lights and is lite up all night. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Perfect getaway spot! Walk down to the beach is no more than 15 minutes! Very cheap for how new the renovations are. Would reccomend for a girls weekend, night away from the kids, romantic getaway, or even alone. Well done to the owners keep up the amazing work! And their dog is ridiculously adorable and never barks.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. It's a peaceful area and the owners are very nice. Rooms are incredibly clean and lots of space. The pool was a great bonus! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Such an amazing place to stay! I have had the opportunity to stay here many times, spring, summer, fall and winter months. Every visit has been an extraordinary experience, the owners are wonderful people very welcoming and accommodating they work very hard at keeping the facilities and grounds fresh and clean. If you are looking for that slower pace and a more mature crowd the Pinewood is the place to be!

Beautiful place, great adults only getaway! If you're looking for a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the beach, a pool and have a fire this is the place to be! Owners are great, super friendly and accommodating! Would recommend The Pinewood to anyone!

Just had a 5 day weekend with a group of girlfriends at The Pinewood and had an amazing time! The units were the cleanest I have ever seen at a motel! Martha and Glenn were fantastic hosts. Very accomodating (translation: tolerating a group of rather loud and exuberant ladies). They make sure you have everything you need. I would highly recommend it!

Martha, Glenn and Phoenix were terrific hosts. The rooms were immaculate and the services provided everything you need. Thank you for a relaxing get away. We will be back.

My husband and I planned a last minute getaway to the Pinewood for a few nights. Martha was very quick to respond concerning booking a room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed, the pool was spotless, how could they not be, Martha and Glen never seemed to stop working! The beach is only about a 10 minute walk down the road, make sure you take in the beautiful sunsets at night they are spectacular! My husband and I have vacationed at many 5 star Caribbean resorts, and I must say this lovely motel that is located in beautiful Ontario Canada could surely compete with them! We hope to go back next year!

My friend and I stayed at The Pinewood this weekend and we were so impressed! Martha and Glen were so friendly and waited for our arrival to ensure that we had everything we needed. We wanted to visit Grand Bend and they helped us with getting a cab and offering us advice. The room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in and had everything we needed. Just an FYI, the beds and pillows were SO comfortable. We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud! We will definitely recommend this place and visit again.

My wife and I have been making Pinewood Motel one of our favourite annual getaways for years. We stay at Pinewood not only because Martha and Glen are the greatest hosts and make us feel as welcome as family, but our boxer dogs are welcomed and treated just as much like family. The rooms are always impeccably clean and have all the amenities you need for a great holiday. A quick walk down the road and you will be able to walk on the sandy, dog friendly Ipperwash beach. Minutes away from Grand Bend. This is a great place to play and relax.

Martha and Glen are wonderful hosts to this beautiful little getaway! Whether you are looking to spend a nice relaxing day in the pool, be one with nature, socialize, or have some alone time, this is Definately a place you want to visit. With the beach only five minutes away you can enjoy some of the nicest powder white sand, and tranquil waters that have sandbars that seem to go for miles! We always feel like family here, and look forward to our visits each year You will not be sorry booking this little gem!
