Just had another great stay at Edgewater. Best location in wasaga.

Very well kept, as well as the staff is very helpful and friendly! Definitely made my stay at Wasaga Beach well worth it!

Beautiful place to stay! Very clean and well maintained. I would recommend anyone to come here the view is speechless! I would visit again.

Worst experience. The pictures on the site are very deceiving and its NOT a family friendly environment — do not come here with kids. It's a party cottage. The stove in our room didn't work. Tried to call and see if it could get fixed or we could switch room and no one did anything. Parking is a gong show. Cars were parked haphazardly and super close together — definitely a fire hazard and huge problem for emergency vehicles. Our cars were blocked in by other guests so we couldn't get out. Repeatly asked if they could ask the guests to move their cars and no one did anything. Unless you're some collage kid looking for a sleezy place to get wasted all weekend, go somewhere else.

Rooms are small but did the job. Good amount of cutlery and dishes for use.

I stayed at the cottages for my after prom and had a blast! the staff were helpful and nice. The cottage was clean and had everything you would expect! Also, it has a beautiful location!

Do not trust these people they will take your money and run.

Stayed at Edgewater by the Bay in August 2016 and we loved the location. It was right at the main beach. The rooms were renovated and each room had a kitchenette. I highly recommend this place and this location.

Was not clean. Outside was coated in spiders. Black mold behind the toilet. Screen was missing. Clearly not a family place. Damaged room and couldn't even use the stove. The only good thing I could say is the lady at the office during the evening was so nice.

Cottage itself was okay but we had no hot water at all, called to let them know and no answer. Pretty ridiculous that they can't even afford a hot water tank big enough for everyone on their lots.

Best After Prom Ever! Can't believe some of the crappy reviews I have seen for Edgewater! We had the best time! We had our after prom last year (can't say which school! :) ) and it was amazing! Some of us were by the office (I think that is the Inn), and some were over at the cottages. The owners give everyone a wrist band, so you can move back and forth between the different places. They were really cool about us hanging around and thankfully had ping pong balls at the office! Security was really helpful, and kicked a bunch of guys off the property who tried to join our party, so there was no problems. I got my security deposit back, no problem too. We just booked a reunion weekend for this August. Totally looking forward to it!

We have booked a family get together with Edgewater every year for the last 5 years and we are so excited because we have now booked again for August 2016. This is a great riverfront cottage property that is only a short walk to the main beach, many restaurants, the liquor store and grocery shopping. We love being able to park the cars for the week and just walk to everything. The cottages are clean and comfortable with the Wasaga Beach retro feel. Edgewater here we come!
