Booked room days ahead. Got there walking with cane and was given a room two floors down from main; no elevators! Room was terrible, bed covered in extremely wrinkled sheets and imagine rectangular pillows into a square… just shoved in. I paid for queen they gave double. Went back up to request a different room at which point in the middle of dealing with clerk she started to deal with a new client. I had to interrupt and say "you need to finish with me before serving a new client. This clerk couldn't not even make full sentences when speaking. Head spinning because she had to do some actual thinking. Now, let get on to attire… shirt half tuck, dirty and don't think she knew how to use an iron. No pride to wear a proper crisp shirt. Appearance and professionalism completely unacceptable. Left a white mens shirt behind because mind was on an unfortunate event … the shirt just vanished, they claim there was nothing left in the room! Called twice because first time they never return my call with an answer. Who know maybe that clerk will be wearing it so she can look proper on her next shift! Breakfast was terrible. Same food both days and dry. Obviously management like other hotels owned by Indie don't know what quality is. It's all about the money. They might want to open their wallets and not leave one person to clean thirty room within a short period of time. They have to lug bags of dirty towels, garbage because to cheap to purchase proper equipment for them to do work more efficiently. Again many floors and no elevators. Where are the people that investigate unsafe working conditions! Three women out of all the staff I would commend but rest f staff need major training or leave for someone else that can do the job much better! Should be "No Quality Inn" likely to return? NIL. To the people that think this place deserve so many stars, I would hate to imagine what they actually live in and who cooks their food!
