It was an okay stay for the price. Room smelled like smoke with a refreshing spray.

Avoid this place at all costs it has bed bugs, I inspected the room as I always do before setting in for the night at a hotel/motel because I travel alot. I immediately found bed bugs in mattress seems.

Its the worst place ihave ever seem, the rooms smell of dog or cat pee. Their check in time says 4:30 pm but rooms arent ready till 6:30 pm its discusting. Dont recommend itat all.

The room smells cigarrette the linens have burn holes too. It is better to pay more in other accommodations around the area. I will not recommend to anyone especially with family and kids.

This is not a person I would want my kids around. Also the service is very bad and the place is always dirty and looks run down with poor maintaince. The owner doesn't seem to care about the business having these kinds of people living there and it is not safe for family's or kids.

Rooms are cluttered especially House keeping turns a blind eye on this room. Bed bugs were also an issue and still an issue. Nasty! Break ins. House keeping doesn't do a good job, especially Hoarder. I don't understand how they tolerate that. 80yr old man snow blowing parking lot! REALLY! Can be loud at times. Parking lot party, drugs, drinking & drunks.

Great location, beautiful from the outside, very friendly staff. Rooms need a little work (should be mattress and box springs not two mattresses, needs a little paint and ceilings fixed) Wi-Fi worked great, free breakfast was lacking, we tried to go up before 8am doors were locked (not exactly 24 hr service) and food should be ready to go (butter was still frozen)

I spent 7 nights at this place they didnt clean my room not once and when I asked he told me that was policy. My garbage cans were over flowed and I had to use a dirty towel because they only give you 2 per week like a jail roll indo not recommend this place.

Not the cleanest or the most desirable place to stay, but the girls running it are friendly, somewhat pet friendly (dogs only) free Wi-Fi and close to malls and downtown core.

Dirty motel has bed bugs lots of drug addict there and a friend stayed there and some guy tryed kicking in the door to a room a couple days ago the video is on fb.

This place was a dive They had an empty parking with vacancies but would not rent us a room due the fact it was 1:30 am in the morning We went to comfort inn instead this place was alot nicer and gave us a good deal on a room.

Rooms were nice, beds were comfy. Excellent customer service.

My wife and I recently stayed at this location… Beware of drug addicts and alcoholics that reside there permanently. The new staff are shifty and the biggest reason not to stay there is the fear of bringing SCABIES and BEDBUGS home with you. This place is run down and dirty and I would NOT recommend to anyone! Make sure you read lots of reviews not just mine.

While the staff here are extremely helpful and pleasant, the motel is run down. A 2 star at best.

Old. Run down. Smells. Our room had someone's old food left in the fridge. There were pubes in the sink. Absolute dump.

This place was a amazing stay so friendly and family orientated the owners really make you feel welcome and the rooms were so clean I will definitely be going back.

Service was good. Rooms were okay dirty in some areas. Could use some renovations. Location was within walking distance to down town.

Our family stayed at this Inn for one night over the Canada day weekend. It was fairly basic in every way, from the bathrooms to the breakfast and internet coverage. But no complaints at all. We paid basic rates and got friendly staff, clean rooms and a comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for much more for the price we paid.

My husband and I visit this hotel to find out a clean and friendly place to spend the weekend. Owner of this hotel was very friendly. Give us tips where to go, where to eat and Ext. The most important this hotel allowed pets.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Knights inn in midland. Booked 3 room for two nights and booked the dinner cruise on the miss midland. Had whole weekend planned. Drove 3 hours to get there Friday for them to say they have NO rooms at all. They made a mistake. The owner did call around to get us room with no luck. I had to cancel the whole weekend for myself and two couples who were looking forward to our holiday. We then drove to Orillia and got one room for one night
NOTHING was given to us. No free night or anything. Very disappointed in the Knights Inn.

My wife and I were in transition and needed to book an affordable accommodation per month basis. From the very booking of the room and the hospitality of the Managers, my wife and I were treated extremely well with dignity and respect. We were professionally checked upon occasionally for changing of clean, fresh linen and towels. Ample supply of toiletries, etc. We were provided with a daily breakfast continental, and for a craving for ice cream now and then, it was a hop and skip across the street to Dairy Queen, or a nice morning walk right next to Little Lake Park, or if you are planning a weekend, a nice afternoon/evening stroll through the park. The rooms are very, very clean and sanitized, no need to fear any "bed bugs" for we never came across any for the three months we stayed at the Knights Inn. Would we return do it all over again, if we had too? A 100% yes. We were well taken care of. Thank you Knights Inn for all your sincere hospitality towards are transition. This is the first stay for me in Midland’s Knights Inn Motel. I stayed here for a week. My experience here was a breeze. I was politely greeted by the Manager as soon as I entered the door. Check in was quick, There's convenient parking that takes 5 to10 seconds to get to walking, which was good for 24 hours, not just over night. The room itself was extremely clean. It didn't have a moldy smell like other Motels I've stayed at. The heating is very comfortable as it was minus one degree outside, everything was dusted and clean, and the bathroom was very clean It had a fridge microwave and coffee maker with supplies in the room and free continental breakfast. It is located next to Little Lake in Midland. Ontario facing the Yonge Street. Whenever I go to midland I would prefer to stay in KNIGHTS INN Motel.

Lets see the floors were dirtier n had more burn marks in it n it was so dirty its was sticky, didnt have a phone till I said something fridge is dented room stunk like shit there were drug paraphernalia everywhere including the air conditioner, there was shit all over the walls, our bed was stained like whom ever the cleaner is is either ignorant or just stupid, to put something like that back on a bed is disgusting The room looked like junkies/crack heads used it or a very very very low class porno production, stains every where flat screen was scratched windows didn't lock the air conditioner sucked ass. The tub had cigarette stains on it wasn't cleaned, the old toilet paper was half used n left on the roll. Everything was sticky due the pop or what ever was all over everything. The carpet under the bed we knew what the other people had eating cuz it was not clean at all you could see dirt all over the floor ever where room 147 2nd from the end on the right side BE WARNED DO NOT ACCEPT THAT ROOM the tiles in the bathroom were all cracked and they want to charge 129.99 a night for a room that should have cost 49.99 maybe 59.

We attended the Northern Star Motorcycle rally in Midland and many of us stayed at the Knights inn. Hats off to the staff whom made us feel very welcome and did all they could to ensure our stay was a good one. Thanks again Norbert and Jeanette Chiasson Brantford, Ont.

We have stayed at the Knights Inn Midland 3 times now and each experience is better than the last. The rooms are clean and the staff are always ready to help with anything. I particularly suggest this hotel for groups as they cater to your every need. I rate this hotel and their staff a 10 out of 10.

Lovely hotel, cozy and rooms are well maintained. Great staff. Warm and accommodating The location is good within minutes to the malls and cinemas The management is doing a good job to make the guest feel so welcomed. Definitely coming back and its on worth more than what we paid for. Thumbs up for sure. Keep it up.
