Great place to stay when in the area for boating or fishing. Breakfast is good, lots of options. Ground floor sliding doors are so convenient for staying with a puppy who needs to go out often.

The Comfort Inn in Parry Sound was perfect for our needs. We were only staying one night and it was pleasant, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and we would happily stay there again.

Very accommodating employees. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We missed breakfast but the coffee was hot and fresh. I really like Comfort Inn hotels.

I like the hotel but the house keeping tries to come in when dnd sign is on the door. I was sleeping and she must have seen my husband leave but I was still in bed. She woke me up and scared the pajamas off me. They did this a few times… Needless to say I latch the door on top of putting the dnd sign up.

Rooms are cleaned, location is great as it's right off the trans Canada highway and o haven't had any people with the service.

Clean quiet comfortable. Currently undergoing renovations. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Just fine if you're pulling in, crashing, and leaving the next morning.

Staff was good. Simple hotel. Nothing fancy but did the trick.

VERY happy with our stay. Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Plus they provided a night light in the bathroom which was much appreciated.

We'd highly recommend this hotel. The room was great, the people were helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed the quiet. No doors slamming from the hall in the morning.

This hotel seems to be in the middle of a long-term updating. The room has been updated and had a nice bed, but the carpet was very stained and in need of replacement. Location is great, easy on/off from the highway. Breakfast was ok, but it is right across from the front desk, and the four staff members were quite chatty with each other so it made the breakfast area noisy. It was very overpriced, but that's because there is not much, real competition around.

Nice and clean but missing an elevator and luggage cart. Not a bad spot to stay while I was in the area on business. Breakfast was fairly standard but had some nice hot items. Right close to the highway.

Very clean, quiet room and friendly staff. The patio door access was fantastic, particularly being on the quieter North side of the building. Despite some negative reviews on the breakfast area, my family had no issues with it at all. There was plenty of selection and one of the staff members made waffles for my children. I'm assuming the later you sleep in, the busier it gets but it wasn't at all busy at 8:30am. Would definitely stay here again.

Great service, decent breakfast. Shower actually has good water pressure so you can have a real wash. Tv channels are not the greatest but it is parry sound remember.

Very friendly staff and comfortable room with good sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. Nice desk and lots of outlets to plug in stuff. Very good breakfast as well.

Decent hotel. Amenities include a microwave a refrigerator and breakfast in the morning. I think they might have a pool but I didn't go see it if they did. The room was comfortable the heat and air system be a little bit updated but the decor was very nice and you could tell there have been many updates. The configuration of the hotel was a little odd because you have to go outside to get to the second floor although you can get there from the main lobby too.

Nice clean rooms. Beds were comfy with enough sheets and blankets. Plenty of plugs for charger cords. Bathroom had decent counter space. Water had good pressure and temperature control. Super convenient location near highway and Wal-Mart.

Stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days given they allowed me a very late check out yesterday — pending the release of my husband from hospital after surgery. They could have charged me the extra day but they were very accommodating. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds, and super pillow! Quiet atmosphere — yet very close to amenities like restaurants, Walmart, even walking distance to Hospital. Includes hot breakfast and really good waffles! I would definitely stay there again!

Comfort Inn has some decent amenities and good service, all things considered.

Would be nice to offer room service. Town and staff were wonderful. Very convenient for cottagers and easy to find. Rooms were very clean and well kept.

The bathroom was very dirty the tub was not clean. The floor had pubic hair around the toilet and tub. The wall had a dark color substance that smelled like poo on the wall. The sheets had small black spots that we wonder if it was bed bugs but they were in the material of the sheets. The mirrors were dirty in the bathroom and outside the bathroom. The outside of the building smelled of mold. We informed the staff and the reply was" sorry about that" no further discussion. We will never stay there again. $180 for two double beds for one night. Please do not stay there, it is not a clean Hotel.

Nice room but a little pricy.

The actual comfort inn I had no issues with as I didn't stay there. The Golden griddle where my family ate was my issue. Eggs weren't done well and the food in general wasn't great. Our server was wonderful though which prevented me from giving a 1 star.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. This hotel would benefit from a lift.

The hotel wasn't bad overall, my only complaint was that the walls were kind of thin. The continental breakfast was par. I would have given three stars, but the parking lot was dangerously icy, both for driving and walking, even right to the entrance. A little salt or sand goes a long way. Worth staying at, but don't expect anything to be above average.

My friend Dawn is the manager here. She is SUPER friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was good.

Not too bad of a stay The Breakfast was great Parking was right outside my room Free Wi-Fi and nice working heat Door Locks gave a bit of trouble but overall it was a nice stay.

If you want your food and personal belongings stolen, stay here. My $300 Nixon watched was scooped by a cleaning person and so was on of my full boxes of pizza from the night before. Rooms are small and dingy, your lucky if they make your bed. Worst hotel experience ever and I travel to difrerent hotels as part of my job requirements.

Don't stay here. Their staff is rude. Unhelpful. The manager won't call be back after they charged my credit card one month after my stay. They don't seem to think its a problem to charge people's credit cards after they paid cash. What a joke.! Don't stay there.

Hi, after staying many a night in northern Ontario, I can say I was not to happy with Comfort Inn, Parry Sound, I can say room was clean, the price was dear, $160 plus GST, no pool, no hot tube, and no fridge in the room, not any extra towels, no extra pillows either. And the big one was no seniors discount, it not big but 10%. I will not pass on to stay there, I stayed at Best Western Owen Sound for $143 taxes in beautiful grounds and sunset, hot tube, nice meals, then also the Holiday Inn Sudbury $142 txes in, hot tube, pool, both places had a fridge in the rooms, double beds, and great service, Comfort inn Parry sound its not worth the money at all thank you hope it helps someone.

Pleasant but SMALL room coffeemaker did not work, when I told them at the front office they "logged" it, but did not offer me a working one. My door never was jammed, and needed force to close properly. Cold breakfast included. Very small selection, crowded with 5 people at the breakfast site very pricey. $155 for a queen bed. An hour south the same room a week earlier in the Barrie Comfort Inn at Essa Rd was $90.
