Value for money. Beautiful location with plenty of Parking. Right next to White Water Walk bus station (WEGO Green line) and 5 mins drive to water fall. Excellent service from house keeping. Clean and nice room with good interior and facilities.

We chose the Crystal inn because they are pet friendly. The room was great, very spacious and clean. The reception desk service was very efficient.

Absolutely worth the price and helpful staff. 10 minutes walk from the public transport (via rail, greyhound, megabus). There is also a major attraction (White water walk) right next to it and also the local We-Go bus station. Niagara-on-the-lake and Niagara falls/Table rock area are on either side of this inn's location which makes it convenient. The Wi-Fi strength could be improved a bit but it was accessible in most of the room in which we stayed.

Good place, friendly staff. Room was clean, but old. The reasonable rates are due to the age of the hotel. If you don't mind an older hotel, it's a great place.

It was a great stay. We only stayed the one night but the room was a great size. We stayed in a room with a heart shaped jacuzzi tub. It was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. Close to the escarpment and very close to all the attractions. Would definitely go back for another visit.

It is an economical hotel. Our room was better than what I expected. Parking is free of cost. The office closes at 5pm which was bit awkward otherwise it was a decent experience.

We stayed here over the long weekend and we had a good experience! Clearly dated but quite neat and clean nonetheless. We had a minor issue with the bedding in the room upon arrival but as soon as we brought it to the attention of the staff the owner herself immediately came to rectify it and was very, very kind. Unfortunately, if internet is something you require I might reconsider staying here as the Wi-Fi did not work at all throughout the entirety of our stay. We did bring it to the attention of the staff and they did what they could to try and fix it but it just didn’t work out. Apparently it works better on the opposite side of the inn as there are two different routers, but I’m not sure how true that is. It’s in a great location! A bit too far to walk to the falls/Clifton Hill unless you’re more ambitious than we are, but there is a WEGO stop just feet away that you can take advantage of! There’s also a little tourist area right next door (souvenir shop, food court, etc. ), an iHOP on the other side, and the White Water Walk is just a moment away as well. The parking at the inn is also free, which was a huge plus for us! I feel as though the room was a bit more expensive than usual, which is understandable given that it’s the long weekend, but for what we paid we cannot complain — since it’s normally cheaper it’d be an even better deal! We would likely consider staying here once again if we were to go back to Niagara.

I stay here every time I come to Niagara falls great prices, clean rooms, friendly staff and they just keep getting better. Its not a modern hotel but captures the old Niagara feel before the big casinos took over. Tip for a great breakfast go to Dad's Diner about a block away.

This place is old, sheets looks relatively clean. Biggest issue for me was the slow internet. Also no slippers were provided. Probably never go again.

I thought because of the price I paid the room was going to be rundown etc… but it turned out to be a little jewel. Had a great time at this location, staff were friendly, the room was clean, had the best shower and jetted tub. Thank you so making my visit a memorable one. See you next time.

If your looking for a place on a budget but don, t want to end up in a motel that you, ll need to do House keeping in before bringing in your luggage and settleing in; Then I recommend (and quit highly as you can see by my 5 stars) THE CRYSTAL INN. The room, s are a little dated, but they are clean and all your sheets and towels are fresh. There is a coffee coffee maker with coffee and cream& sugar to get your morning started and shampoo, conditioner and soap supplied for you as well. The staff here are some of the friendliest you will find in Niagara Falls as you will notice while your checking in, they are more then accommodating if there is anything you may have forgot to pack and is the main reason for my 5 star rating. If your traveling with your dog they are allowed and loved here. So if your looking for a 5 star treatment on a 2 star budget check in to THE CRYSTAL INN you, ll be glade you did… PEACE OUT UJ.

Dated but clean — excellent for the price with an amazing location. I would definitely stay again. We had an unexpected gas fireplace in our room which was lovely!

Other than the faint cigarette smoke smell in my room (I am a non smoker), the room was better than most regular motels you'll see around this area. The staff was friendly and the room looks well maintained. I wouldn't mind staying here again.

Always a fun time had here by all in our social circle. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Great price but the heat is radiator heat so it takes forever to get warm if ever. Bring an electric blanket or if you arrive early turn the heat on then to maybe get some heat!

The only Motel I, v every givin 5 stars to, It may not be a 5 star motel in the traditiol way of rating for having all new rooms or all the amenidies of a big motel, It, s the people who run it and who rate 5 stars and beyond also the most sweetheart of a housekeeper you will ever meet. The motel rooms are clean and they go out of there way to make your stay and yourself feel like yoy are family a BIG THANK YOU to each and every person there keep up the great job and god bless. The staff are nothing less than helpful and friendly. Had specific accommodation requests that were easily fulfilled without hesitation. One of the most affordable places where every penny was worth more than its weight. The location is perfectly located just enough away from chaos but still merely minutes away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a "diamond in the rough" in Niagara Falls.

The Crystal is located north Niagra falls. It's really close to a gift shop and there is tons of shopping within a 30 minute walk. The hotel was nice, comfy, clean and I enjoyed my stay.

Very nice motel. The room I stayed in was super comfortable. Pretty good location it was a bit of a walk or bus to the falls.

Unclean and untrustworthy. We stayed two nights. Checked in later in the day our first night. The room was unclean but we didn't complain as we weren't expecting much from a cheap place. Went out for the day to explore Niagara Falls and came back to our room. Our cleaner had been and just replaced towels and bags in bin. Again didn't care as we knew it was cheap. What we did care about was that they had been through our bags and left zippers all open. They also ate some of our food we had in our room. When I confronted the front desk staff they asked well did you leave the food out. To which I really was dumbfounded and couldn't believe they even asked that. The guy at the front desk then got the older lady who either manages or owns it and she couldn't tell me who cleaned our room from her computer and said she would have to check a sheet out the back but that in all her time working there she has never had a problem. She then in the next breath told me the lady that cleaned our room had been cleaning rooms for 20 years there. She said they don't tolerate that sort of thing and said it has never happened so basically that I was making it up. Would not recommend to anyone. Untrustworthy and unclean. I never write reviews or complain but after our treatment at this place I couldn't not warn others.

Very nice and helpful staff, the room was clean and well maintained, everything was functioning and the view was quite nice. A few minor details could be improved (curtains) but all in all it is a nice place. The lady in charge of room service was particularly lovely.

It was clean. The staff were friendly. It was quiet. Web sight said pool. No pool. Complementary coffee with whitener only. Tap water only. No ice and vending machine closes at 11. No phones in the room. No restaurant menus. Queen size bed was two singles pushed together. The metal staircase was held up with bricks. Sink and shower water temperature fluctuated between freezing cold to scalding hot. We had to relocate many spiders and didn't want to use the A/C because of the bird's nest. We hung our towels over the window to block the street lights and our "romantic" on suite balcony we had to share. But they were cool people. It's a 2 hr walk to the falls. We laughed so hard at the 2 star inn, we made the best of our stay and, yes, we'd totally come back. Sometimes ghetto is fun!

The location is simply superb, right next to the 10 thousand Buddha's, right across the street from the river gorge walk, within walking distance of downtown and a reasonably short walk to the falls (1.5 miles). Stores and restaurants within walking distance also. The room was adequate, good size, clean and comfortable. But we were on the 2nd floor and had hardly any warm water at times. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Overall it was good, and I would definitely consider returning in the future. Our room came with a jacuzzi, which is nice. Bus stop nearby. Free parking, fridge/microwave/32" TV. Fairly clean. The room was quite dated though. The A/C didn't work well though and it's opening allowed noise through. The caulking near the jacuzzi needed cleaning/replacement. And the buses only run until 5:30 or so, where as Lundy Lane motels go longer. But, it is the cheapest hotel with a half decent rating, so not bad for a cheap stay.

Great location and price couldn't be beat in July clean rooms.

Great location and the price was affordable.

The location was great. We had a great view of the area bordering the US and Canada, right infringement of the white water walk activity which is part of the Niagara on the lake activities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Room service was also good, cleaned our room and restocked clean towel sheets and personal care items everyday. The Staff was also quite polite and friendly. Overall a very good experience at the crystal Inn.

Price was great, I did find that the bed was a little too hard for my liking. Staff was very helpful.

The hotel looks dated on the outside, but inside, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel is about 1.5 miles from the main tourist areas on the main road by the river gorge. The location is quiet and a short drive to the falls. The staff was friendly and was even able to suggest a good little diner for breakfast. It may not be a five-star hotel, but for the cost and location it's great.

Crystal inn is a junk hotel id advise you to never look forward to staying in this place due to there service and quality of the rooms and how rude the people that work there are they look like they take very poor care of themselves the beds were broke the lamps didn't work there was bed bugs and they didn't refund my kitty deposit I would never go back ever again thank you for the poor holiday for me and my family THE DESK MAN IS VERY RUDE SAYING IM NOT WITH IT.

Jacuzi was nice and tacky (red heart shape) bed was comfy. The room was clean, the price was fair. People were partiying outside but could not be heard from inside the room.

Charming, CLEAN and quiet. Great Price! They have everything that you need! A nice place to 'come home to' after hiking along the Niagara Gorge, tromping thru forts and historical landmarks, flying across the Whirlpool on the Aero Car, sailing up to the Falls on the Maid of the Mist and parading thru town at dusk in a horse drawn carriage. We have stayed here twice and are planning another visit before Autumn.
