Very good position, behind the skylom tower. Large and comfortable rooms. Reception services rely largely on the availability of the hotel beside the niagara best inn, which is nice and always ready to help the client.

Stayed here last year rooms were ok so I went back this year and let me tell you the hard work they have been putting in there has shown for sure they are in upgrading the rooms they look amazing especially the bathrooms tv's are still old but hey they are working on improving this place for sure I will becoming back here from now on great rates and friendly staff for sure wish I could post pictures.

It's a good hotel to stay in the main city if you are traveling on a budget. When we booked they were running a deal that offered us a double bed room for about $99 (excluding taxes) — definitely a great deal. The rooms were not amazing but manageable considering the price at which they offered us. While there was some patchwork done to make things work inside the room — the good thing was they were very clean. The location is perfect as it is few streets away (10-15mins walk) from key places like Niagara Falls, Niagara Skywheel, Skylon Tower etc. The area is quite buzzing even late night, so if you are looking for tranquility, this may not be the place for you. Lots of restaurants nearby, so food should hardly be a problem. They have a limited parking available in the premises but there are parking lots available around which can let you park for an amount. The staff is good and friendly. Pretty smooth experience checking in and out. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Run. Nasty. New it was a mistake the moment the door opened to reveal a room that looked like it needed to be vacuumed. Spend 20$ more and get a better place.

I defiantly prefer Travelodge.

Awful, stained carpet disgusting bathroom with mold dirty everything. I do not recommended this place at all. If I could give it no stars I would. No jacuzzi no pool, you go next door to other motel for pool even at one point it looked dirty.

Front desk was unavailable the entire stay, minus the first night. You get what you pay for.

Beware. Bedbugs! Molds in bathroom! $10 parking fee! Free Wi-Fi and no internet! The location was OK however it wasn't worth getting bit all night. This hotel is NOT a 2.5 stars… it may be 1/2 star at best. The room we had was in bad condition. Leaky faucet, molds in bathroom, the water tasted gross, free Wi-Fi but there is no internet access once it is connected, we got bit by bedbugs, $10 parking fee (I didn't even know this was possible), only local channels, it was close to main Street so there were noises from the bus all night.

The paint is peeling off the walls. The bathroom has mold in it. The air conditioner has an inch of dust on the filter. The place is gross. No Wi-Fi. No hot tub as mentioned or pool. Spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere that's not a hole in the wall.

Very bad customer service. I booked two nights online but I wanted to stay another and they charged me double. The bathroom is very dirty and the paint is peeling. I'm very disappointed. I won't be coming back. Very very disappointed. I am really disgusted by how customer service was. He was not nice at all.
