This was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was nicely renovated and the staff friendly. The breakfast was just OK, but there was coffee and tea 24/7. They gave me cold water when I walked in, which really helped me cool down. Great location too — lots of food nearby!

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Pancakes bacon and omelets plus lots of other breakfast staples. The four stars are for the room bathroom. Overall the experience was great and the price was just right.

The wife and I recently stayed at the Kitchener inn and suites which use to be a Hampton inn at one time. Place was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The bed wasnt the most comfortable which was a bit of an issue. Breakfast was good which was included with the room. The hotel was quiet and if it wasnt the dislike for the bed would have been a good stay.

This hotel was very nice, affordable, and a really comfortable place to be. The breakfast included is pretty tasty as well! Beds are comfortable and ample amounts of pillows are provided. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. We were squeezed in during the busy Oktoberfest. The free breakfast was lovely with lots of hot options & different each day. Staff were very friendly & helpful (genuinely not forced). We will gladly stay here again.

Very well maintained hotel with a small but decent gym. Good sized rooms and friendly staff.

Decent hotel and standard experience. However, the housekeeping forgot to turn off the alarms on the t. V, radio, and phone. We were woken up 3 times throughout our one night stay leaving us tired the following morning. Fresh fruit and courteous staff salvaged the experience.

Staff always goes above and beyond to ensure our stays are perfect, so we only use this hotel now. Fresh fruit and a cold drink is such a great thing to offer people who have been stuck in a car. Clean rooms, always welcoming. The breakfast is also above average compared to other free hotel breakfasts. I wish I could give 10*s. This is a great property and worthy of your support.

Great location for a business meeting. Close to the 401 and located on the boarder of Cambridge & Kitchener. They have different size meeting rooms for large or smaller groups. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is alway setup to our liking. Highly recommended.

I'd happily give 6 stars if I could! What a wonderful hotel property :) Fantastic rate, nice clean room, very generously sized. Was happy to see it included both a mini fridge AND a microwave, and the fridge was bigger than most. Desk staff was friendly and helpful and very accommodating to me as a cash paying guest which is rare these days. Was travelling alone with my young child and felt very safe and secure. Beds were comfy and we both slept very well. Fantastic location, and the free breakfast was awesome and included everything you could need. We will definitely be back the next time we come to Kitchener for an event! Thank you Kitchener Inn and Suites! (The note is from my 4 y/o)

Clean and well managed hotel. Excellent room service, love the concept of house keeping leaving a note they were at the door and saw the Do not disturb sign and left contact for later when needed. Great breakfast too, thank you!

I recently stayed at th Kitchener inn and suites while in town for business. I had arranged a room ahead of time and was promptly greated upon arrival by a desk clerk. He quickly and courteously processed my room and mentioned the amenities of the hotel. I went to my room and was impressed with the cleanliness of not only the room but the hotel as a whole. The room had the usual tv. Desk. And fridge. The bed was very comfortable as well as the shower was clean and good water pressure. In the morning you receive a complimentary breakfast bar. The only downfall was that it wasn't open until 6am and when I did get to enjoy it I found the cream cheese to be left out in the warm table and didn't seem right when I tested it. All in all an excellent place to stay.

We spent one night at this hotel en route to another destination. The price was very reasonable. We were not disappointed with the rest. Good service, cleanliness, good breakfast (super good bacon! )!

Amazing place to stay for business. We were greeted by very friendly and helpful hotel staff which were able to give us some solid recommendations on restaurants. Rooms were clean, tidy and well maintained. Ample parking. Great location for shopping and dining. There's even 2 fast food joints in the parking lot! You can buy supplies from the front desk too. Decent price and a good selection. Good spread for breakfast too and the Wi-Fi worked. Will stay again.

Great location. Hotel is new and very clean. Room was large, modern and clean. Bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was great and the selection was of food was extensive. We were offered a free bottle of water at check-in, which I thought was a nice little thing.

This is our second stay here. Because it is on the outside of the city, it's much less expensive than most other offerings. The rooms are clean and definitely have all the amenities covered. They are very friendly and the free breakfast is great. Get down there early.

This is a great hotel, and the hidden gem of Kitchener. A benchmark that other hotels should follow. 24-hour complimentary fruit and tea/coffee in the lobby, and there was a hot breakfast buffet, that included eggs and bacon. The hotel staff are very friendly. My check-in was quick. (like 2 minutes)

First off… beds were very comfortable which made for a good night's sleep. The hotel was clean, breakfast was included which worked well for us. The location was right across a shopping plaza and another shopping plaza a few minutes more drive away. There were a lot of choices for eats around the area. A good stay in all.

I was in Kitchener for business. I checked Trivago for a hotel, came across Kitchener Inn & Suites. The hotel had great reviews and the pictures posted were very inviting, so I decided to check it out. I got a king bed suite with a jacuzzi tub for $129 a night. The place is very clean and modern. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and had all amenities needed It also came with a free breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kitchener. A+

Almost a 5 star. Nice friendly faces meet you. Rooms are nice and clean. Free hot drinks 24/7. Went as a group and enjoyed it. Entrance and breakfast area look great. There is a variety for breakfast. It's the small things that lost the last star.

Decent clean hotel but power went off in the night and when it came back on, the fire alarm beeped twice at full volume which I'm sure woke most people up.

Beds were clean, staff was nice and breakfast was good. Other than that, this inn was not up to Hampton standards. The closet door was missing, what appeared to be blood was on the curtains, carpet very worn, and bathtub was very stained.

Another great example of the things that make a Hampton Inn a great place to stay at. I didn't get an opportunity to see sites but the nearby shops and restaurants were a pleasant surprise.

Good convenient location. Decent breakfast included. The double queen room was perfect for us to crash with our two daughters for the night.

Great location near everything. Clean rooms and friendly staff. And there waffles are pancakes with abs.

Very disappointed when we went to cancel our reservation due to a snow storm and road closure by police. They would not accept this and were going to charge us for the room anyways. I understand the policy is to cancel 24 hours in advance but can't do a whole lot about it when mother nature decides to do what she does. Always stayed here in the past but apparently doesn't much matter. L guess we will have to suck it up and look elsewhere.

I am on Night 2 of 12, but the stay so far is good. The room is comfortable and the hotel is located in a great area for a business stay.

Very clean. Staff were nice and accommodating, and the hot included breakfast was pretty good. The bed and pillows weren't super comfortable, but over all we enjoyed the visit a lot. Would visit again.

This is by far the best hotel my husband and I have ever been to. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the free hot breakfast was amazing. The big thing that sets this aside from other hotels we've stayed at is the fact that their breakfast has something that appeals to everyone and is not just the standard bacon and eggs every other place serves and that's very important to me as a vegetarian. The staff is super friendly, they have a free pool and exercise room. My only complaint would be that I couldn't hook up the free Wi-Fi, I asked the front desk for help and he couldn't get it to work either. Regardless we had an amazing stay here and we will definitely be returning.

My parents and I stayed here 2 weeks ago to attend my son's college convocation. I had made the reservation on-line through another provider (not directly on the hotel website) and when we arrived, we found out the room we were booked in only had 1 bed. And they were completely booked. The front desk clerk, and I'm sorry I never got his name, spoke with the manager. They asked a frequent business client if he'd mind switching his suite. We were extremely grateful, and I must say I was so impressed they went over and above to make our stay quite pleasant. The cookies upon check-in and the breakfast "to go" were just icing on the cake. Thank you to Thomas, front desk manager, and to your staff; I highly recommend this hotel; it's also close to many restaurants.

Comfortable rooms, cookies at check-in, and the night clerk was very friendly. Hot breakfast in the morning. Good place to stay. Seems a bit pricy for the area, but it's a comfortable room. Free Wi-Fi.

The beds are super clean and the pool is salt water and the rooms have a fridge a microwave a desk and two queen sized beds the ice is in a little room with a vending machine overall excellent, excellent.
