The owner is very bad mouthed, doesn't know anything about talking to clients.

Great place to stay. Reasonable rates. Clean and neat.

Easy to access, not the fanciest place but it's a place to rest your head.

Room seemed clean and it was enough to get a good night's rest. The couple who own the place are friendly and polite. Pretty good value for the money. Only thing I found annoying is the bathroom had no fan and a window that was right beside the sidewalk and at eye level. Not a great feature unless you want people to see you showering.

I got here 6am and the guy start calling at 11 to check out I try argue but than I was like whatever. Rude CS.

The Good reviews are all from management, beware! Everything was booked out in Cambridge due to a music festival and this was a late resort as we could not be driving home knowing we would be having drinks. This is the most DISGUSTING PLACE — There was Blood on mattress, cockroaches and moldy smell, bathtub was all cracked and leaking. Very weird people around the motel just loitering. Owners were rude when we explained the horrible conditions… Weird people knocking on our door in the middle of the night. do not stay here you will be disgusted!

The rooms look as cheap as they are and the bed was springy, but it seemed well cleaned, everything worked well, bathrooms are updated and the front desk guy is friendly. Best place for $75 you can find in Kitchener.

Was pretty happy the first time I went there. They new me by name. I was a repeated customer. Un fortunately I come to find out prostitutes were frequent there, keeping us up all night and the customer service became horrible. Charging 20 dollars for a late check out I found unreasonable. I will never return to that place again. After seeing all the prosistutes visiting shows they will let anyone go there. Alot of dirt u Der the clean facaid. Ps very disappointed.

Older motel that's been remodelled! Great place. Friendly people. New bathrooms. Loved the deep soaker tub!

Newly renovated rooms and really nice washrooms. Clean and quite place.

It was the worst and unpleasant experience ever. I got locked up in the washroom for one hour because there was something wrong with door lock. Motel management is super rude. I don't recommend it at all. You defiantly can get a better service for the same price or even cheaper in other motels in Kitchener.

Typical 60s era roadside drive in motel right through to the colours in the bathroom!. Economical lodging. Room was clean, When making the reservation, we asked the owner to turn up the heat so the room would be warm when we arrived late in the evening, it was quite cosy when we got there. Yes the rooms are small compared to newer motels, yes there were only double size beds in the room, but this was adequate for our needs that night-my son and I each had our own bed and a good nights sleep. I will go back again.
