Embarrassing! When we arrived we were very shocked to see dirt and disorder that engulfed everything and there were also people lying on the floor sleeping. The owners were not in a position to care for anyone, with clear symptoms of drunkenness. And what was our surprise when we were told, that our room had given it to someone else, and even though we showed him the reservation, we stayed on the street. As if this were not enough, he had the nerve to charge us 2 days, when we could not even stay pq had given our room to other people.! I don't know how healthcare doesn't close a place like this! Degrante the treatment and the whole situation lived!

Owner Ron is amazing. Extremely accomodating. Lots of selection for food and breakfast. Inn is a bit dated, but beds are clean and comfortable. Does cater to people in transitional phases in life, but I have stayed here multiple times with no issues whatsoever. If you are looking for a clean, economical place to stay — this is your surest bet. Always a home away from home. Would return without reservation.

I stayed there for three days. I thought it was a great little vacation and it didn't kill my budget. There were lots of interesting guests all with stories about life and experiences. I had my best sleep there in years and would definitely return.

Homeless and low income people live here, very rowdy and loud at times. Prostitutes bring their johns there for "services" very dirty — friend spoke to one of them who said there's lots of drugs, and used needles lying around. Take it for what it's worth but prostitue central St. George Street is around the corner. Didn't stay personally but posting on behalf on a friend who did, who will never go back again. Would highly encourage anyone who reads this to avoid at all costs unless they don't care about what's mentioned above.

Bagels for breakfast were expired (there was green moisture on it). Wi-fi didn't work. The bed was confortable but, way to expensive for what it is. However, the owner was very friendly and make sure we have a warm stay. But still… I would consider other options.

I'm not exactly sure what kind of B&B this is. I've called for prices multiple times, getting a different price each time. A credit card is needed even to reserve a room here, so I was told by the owner. I would never stay here again.

It's such a lovely place. Kind hosts. I know only one name of them Ron:) the house is lovely with its rose bathroom. And it has kittens! 6! So sweet. The house is cozy and comfortable. Would love to come here again.

Great place to crash, owners are a bit eccentric, but friendly.

Great little B&B. Super friendly staff. Rooms are maintained. Nice little balcony with chairs and best of all cheap!

Our group stayed in room 6 (kitchenette) (two adults, baby and dog) and room 5 (two adults). Overall room 6 was good. Separate entrance, bathroom, desk and kitchenette. Room 5 had the basics with a fridge. Ron, the owner is a great person, checking to see that we had everything we needed for our two night stay. Few things that would have made the stay better: the general cleanliness of the room and the house was not up to standard. And the breakfast was cereal, toast and yogurt. But it might not all be there when you want it. Just ask if they have it. Overall the location was the best things about the B&B. Stayed August 2015, travelled with family.

Excellent location, room was comfortable and parking is available.

Leah and Jane's bed and breakfast is a great place to stay. I paid lower fee then expected and was given an excellent place to stay. Great sleep and the home was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. Ron the house owner was a great help. I would recommend staying here in all your visits to Moncton, NB with your family. Parking Price was right Very Good thanks Bradley.
