Low-end. It's cheap, but don't expect more. Unhealthy. A little more, there are cockroaches in the bed.

Not bad for the price. Room was clean air conditioning worked. Cheapest place in Winnipeg. Check the room before you pay and you'll be ok.

It's a great experience to stay here. Staff are friendly and it's located in a convenient place.

The location is very convenient. I booked a single room which is very clean, and comfortable. The front desk are 24 hours which most motels don’t have. Good experience for me!

AMAZING This place is by far the slum of winnipeg. If your into sketchy people wandering around all hours of the night and bed bugs not to mention that half the rooms are rented out on a monthly basis and the other half is rented by the minute.

DO NOT STAY HERE Me and my brother booked a room here and had to leave. There were BUGS under our pillows! And when we went to get our money back the front desk asked us if we made the room up because he was booking someone else in there. AFTER we told him there were bugs. Very dirty and run down Motel 6 is pet friendly, and almost the same price with AMAZING rooms and service.

Barely anything worked, the carpet was dreary, and the location is dismal. However, this is by far and away the best place to have dirty, gross sex with toys you didn't know when existed. The place is no smoking though, so don't get too overboard.

It's a nice place. The rooms smell and the bathrooms are tiny, the beds arn't stable and shake. I found a beer bottle cap in my room. But, for the price this place is not bad. Don't expect good Wi-Fi, the Wi-Fi is trash.

I would rather sleep under a bridge than to stay at this dirty bug infested place. If you have ever lived in a home that was clean and orderly then this is not the place for you. Stay away.

Good place stay for sometime if you are planning to settle down in Winnipeg. Heard so many horror stories about capri motel before arriving. But later realized they were exaggerated stories. Good place stay if you are not the person who do not get upset with minor issues. Don't book this place IF YOU ARE A SNOW FLAKE!

Holes and blood on the wall, smell cigarette even on non smoking room… if you are on a budget I would say maybe try somewhere else.

The room was fine and you get what you pay for I guess. The problem was the heat. The room was cold all night. There was the thermostat, but it didn't seemed to be working. So, if the maintenance can check all the rooms before they have them booked for the customers would be appreciated.

If you concern only to stay in a great location with easy access to many Bus routes, Capri is the best place to be. Many groceries, Dolarama, Safeway etc are nearby. Prepared Food or Burgers are widely available and A&W is very close. No issues with Electricity, lighting, hot water, cold water, bath room, stove, microwave Owen, Coffee Maker, water heater, refregerator, A/C or room heaters. Not the best place or not the worst place. Essentially Capri deliver value for money. Coin Laundry charge only $4 for wash and dry. For the money we pay I believe we can not ask for more. Deposit $500 & 1200 is the monthly rate then.

It needs updating, but it's warm, secure and the staff are friendly. The price is the best we found in city, but it's certainly not upscale. We came for December and it was pretty quiet. I'd come back if I need an inexpensive place to stay.

Great place to stay, but managers don't care about most problems. If you have noisey neighbour's past 23:00 do not expect much help from most of them only one guy will do stuff. They also don't enforce no smoking in their suite, so people will pull batteries from the detectors so they can smoke anything pin their suites.

Capri is the best reality TV show when you live in an apartment right next to it. So much life. It's legit! Come and add your story to the community…

There are not enough — ⭐ in the world to describe this dump! It's small and cramped! Beds are small and uncomfortable! Not enough plug ins had to unplug stuff to charge phones! Stayed here cause it was close to hospital for daughters surgery but it was horrible. The night we stayed there. There was police bust across the parking lot at another room of the motel. It was crazy insane with police, fire trucks and ambulance. Not a great experience!

Decent location. Stiffer beds. Thin walls. Get what you pay for.

It is only good to save money on weekly and monthly accommodations. The buildings are very old and kinda bad smells in the rooms. So as I said it is only good to save some bulks. Friendly stuff and close to many major services. Good luck.

Old, rundown, Wi-Fi sucks, big deposit for dogs and then check to see if they did damage. Lol. That room was more damaging to them. Air conditioning barely worked and it was over $100.00. It was late and had no other choice. Next time will just keep on driving and sleep in vehicle.

Good service. Room should have been aired more. And definitely have to be able to overlook all the lizard lots.

JUST TERRIBLE! My parents asked me to book a room for them in Winnipeg and thought that it would be okay here, but I was wrong. My parents are not picky at all in where they sleep but when I called them they said that it was just really dirty. They said that they were just going to sleep and leave in the morning… I guess its really bad then. My advice is to just pay the extra money stay elsewhere. You'll be more comfortable that way. Regret making a booking there, I should'be chosen somewhere else. It's not even worth the money.

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were run down. The Wi-Fi signal was weak. The worst part of it all is that the owners run a prostitution and drug dealing business out of the motel. I was approached by a pimp on several occasions and watched scanty clad young women walking back and forth in the parking lot all night. They frequently walked in an out of the front office. They were picked up and dropped off by different vehicles all night. I watched numerous drug deals occur right outside of my room. Please take my advice… don't even think about staying at the Capri.

I came from Vancouver. Working in carpet — one. Renting room for the month. Room is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. It is close to my work. Wi-Fi is working good. No one can beat the price. Everything is included in the price. Parking and Wi-Fi are free. Many places charge for the parking and Wi-Fi. Phone is free in the room. They let me do fax and photocopy. New management is working hard to keep the place nice and clean. Front desk is 24/7 open. Overall I am happy with their service.

If you want to save money in your trip and want to stay in the city's one of the best convenient location near to the University, this place is the one has lot to offer. The motel is old but the staff are very friendly and helpful, Wi-Fi is free and good now after the management fixed it good. They offer smoking and non-smoking rooms. I usually come for few days a month for work in the victoria hospital. Parking is free where other hotels in downtown it's not. You can drive up to your room and see your car from the room window. Every rooms have mini fridge and microwave. If you want coffee you can rent a kitchenette for the same price or come to the lobby for fresh coffee. You can use their fax or printer for any document printing or faxing.

Ok so this place is very interesting. It is an old motel BUT the rooms have all been renovated and have very nice beds, microwaves, and minifridges. The rooms look very nice for the price you pay. The staff have been friendly each of my visits and have been the cheapest place I have been able to find. This place looks sketchy out side but if you are unsure just look at I've of the rooms.

Very unclean place with bad smell, with lots of drunk guys. The police came and arrested a couple of girls. But it is cheap. I stayed there 3 night and somebody I know stayed there for 3 months.

The only reason I gave this hotel a 1 star, is because there's no choice to give them 0. Every room is worse than the last, so don't bother switching. Let's start with the kitchen, my fridge was leaking, the cupboards were falling apart, and There was good left on the wall behind the garbage. There is 0 Wi-Fi unless you stand beside the office. The bathroom is covered in smoke stained walls, the shower area is moldy, and the maids don't clean around the toilets properly so they have a build up of thick brown, let's call it dirt. The beds have pillows with two pillow coverings because they have cigarette burns. I found a bat under the bed and a crack pipe. Not really a surprise though because the place has hookers and drug dealers in and out. I told them about the crack pipe and they blamed me. HA! Also have to laugh at the massive box t. V with hardly any channels. Either way, it's just as bad as any other sleezy hotel in this city, except in a better neighbourhood. Might as well just go to the airport motor hotel and save yourself a couple dollars, because despite the nice neighbourhood, the Capri is a filthy drug den. But I'm sure you could get a good deal on a blow job if you just sit outside for a couple minutes in the night hours. Let's throw this in there, my brother in law stayed there a couple summers ago. He moved rooms because of bed bugs (brown single rooms beside the office) into another room.
