We booked a couple rooms for a night to take our kids swimming. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating! The rooms were very clean, the pool was clean and the slide was a lot of fun. The water in the pool was so warm! The breakfast was pretty good also. We will definitely go back and recommend to friends.

Stayed there with my daughter and wife. Super friendly and helpful staff! Gille and his team always treat you like family and the hotel is always clean and welcoming.

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. Everyone from the owner to the staff are incredible. The breakfast is awesome. You even get to make your own waffles. The pool is immaculate and quite warm. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the BW. We can’t wait to come back.

We were absolutely thrilled with our 4 day stay in this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is very clean and has a great continental breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone where customer service and cleanliness is important. We can’t wait to come back!

Amazing room. Hot hottube… What more could I ask for?

We spent 8 nights with 3 kids and 3 adults. They have a amazingly clean pool area. A night snack bar Sunday through Thursday. Super friendly people who will always say hi. Would 100% stay here again.

Good continental breakfast and snacks in the evenings. Hotel clean. Drying clothes took an extra $2. Staff always smiling and friendly!

This hotel went above and beyond by providing evening snacks. It was an unexpected service that makes this hotel stand out from others. The quality and cleanliness of rooms and exercise facilities was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely, spacious, clean rooms. Loved the added touch for our pets. Dog blankets and treats were provided. We've never had our pets treated like guests before. Very friendly, Informative front desk staff made us feel like old friends.

This motel met all my expectations. It was clean, quiet, and had a friendly staff. They offered soup and veggies when we checked in which I wasn't expecting. That was a great perk. The breakfast was also quite good.

The night desk clerk was amazing when I approached him with my migraine. The pool and slide were enjoyed by my children. Though it seemed very similar to a portable pool and slide as it had a vinyl liner that had a huge Ripple that I tripped on in the middle of the pool. Room was comfortable and we all slept well. Parking spaces are tiny and hard to come by.

Was in Winnipeg to visit a family friend for the weekend and to celebrate my hubby's birthday. I requested that a red wine be delivered to our room to surprise my hubby. Unfortunately, they don't cater to such a request as they do not have a restaurant in-house. On the brighter side, there is Pony Corral Restaurant & Bar just next to the hotel and it wasn't bad either. Over all, the property and the service is good. Location is also great as it is easily accessible and quite convenient.

They serve soup from 5pm and lunch was very good.

Great stay. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff. Called front desk and asked 'can you call me a cab? ' Response was 'okay you're a cab! ' Hahaha loved it.

This hotel is well maintained, clean, and with lots of amenities. The staff is very friendly, respectful of guests and helpful. The breakfast area is most pleasant and the breakfast items very good. The pool area is enjoyed by guests, especially the children. This hotel accepts pets for which we are very thankful! We use this hotel for our guests and they are always very happy to go back there!

We stayed here as a quick getaway for my birthday with our two kids. We booked a suite and it was quite small considering we paid $200 for one night! The bed was marketed as a queen but I believe it was smaller, more like a double and the “bedroom” in our suite was tiny! The light in the bedroom did not work, which we did not discover until after our kids had gone to bed — leaving us in a completely dark room for the rest of the evening. As well a good chunk of the outlets did not work, which when you travel with kids is a problem, as we needed them to plug in the baby monitors, and sound machines and also our phones. The pool was fun but wish the hot tub would have been hotter. Overall I found it to be kind of lacklustre considering what we paid for one night.

Comfortable rooms, great continental breakfast, friendly staff. We wanted to give a special mention to Linda who was firm, but fair with our boys who were there on a soccer tournament and for her extreme kindness for coming to their final game where they won the championship. The boys were very happy that she came to watch them. She went out of her way to make them happy and she didn’t have to do that.

This is a very nice, clean and quiet hotel. The breakfast is pretty standard for Best Western with an offering of both hot and cold breakfast items. The pool is small but the water slide is really fun! The best part of our stay was the beds! Super soft and comfy. Wifi could use some improvement though, as we kept losing connection.

Quite disappointed. Usually Best Western hotels are dependable, but our experience with this one was less that spectacular. The room was either too cold or too hot. The pool was small and cold. The exterior door in the pool area was leaking so badly that half the room was freezing. Breakfast was sparse. Waffles and hash browns we're good, but muffins etc were rock hard… Overall thumbs down. We would not stay here again.

No surprises, everything is clean and seems like new. It's worth paying a little more. Very pet friendly, will stay here again.

This is a nice hotel. It has good service and a salt water pool. I go there to meet my parents that stay there all the time from outside of the city. The beds are firm and the hotel and rooms were clean.

I’ve been staying at this Best Western location for at least 10 years because the entire chain is smoke-free, the beds are so comfortable, the breakfast is good, I can get my workout, swim and the staff are helpful and friendly. The rates are competitive especially when you consider all that you get; as well as a reduced rate for multiple days. Being a member of Best Western, which doesn’t cost anything, gives me a free night every now and then. It’s an easy choice to make.

Stayed with sisters and cousins on October 17th, 2017 and from booking to checking in to checking out the staff were all very attentive, helpful, very friendly and professional. Shawna you were awesome. Thanks for showing us the rooms before our stay and Linda thanks for letting us know we could come in and see the rooms to feel it would work for us. You were very patient with me when I was booking. Loved booking directly with hotel. All of you including the young lady that checked us in were all so friendly and you all made our stay very enjoyable. Rooms were all very clean. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to have a reason to come back.

Easy access from Pembina Hey. Kids love the pool and slide. Have stayed here numerous times, has always been clean and we'll kept. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. This is where we stay when we visit Winnipeg.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and their breakfast was wonderful. Our daughter used the pool area and said it was very good. Parking seemed to have enough spaces even though the hotel was fairly busy. I would most definitely stay there again.

Hotel was conveniently located for our travel — very central. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Pool is great for family use — my son and his friends quite enjoyed the water slide. Fitness Center is well equipped (although I did leave after I felt how cold it was inside! ). The Breakfast Room offers a hot breakfast daily (scrambled eggs, ham or sausages, hash browns, make your own waffle, oatmeal with assorted dried fruits, fresh fruit, canned fruit salad, toast/bagels, juices, yogurt) Lots to choose from. In the evening there was always hot soup available — a pleasant surprise. Staff was always pleasant (especially the breakfast room lady) I would definitely stay here again if ever in Winnipeg.

Great for stay with the grandchildren. They love the water slide and pool. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Lots of choice for breakfast. Good central location for heading out to great shopping in all directions. Not far from the hotel is a river with a nice path running along it for a scenic walk. The beds are nice and comfy which is important.

I absolutely love staying at The Best Western Pembina Suites. Their staff is the best. Rooms extremely clean. They offer a wonderful free breakfast and free soup in the evenings. Pool with slide and hot tub all great.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for families with children and pets. The hot tub and pool with water feature, and international cooked breakfast were excellent. We will come back again and we kindly recommend to our friends and families. Best wishes.

Great hotel! The Staff are especially friendly and very helpful. This hotel provides a light snack at 5 p. M. And also breakfast. I especially liked the cameras everywhere on the parking lot. I looked around and there were cameras aimed directly at my vehicle. Loved it! Great hotel, I planned to stay here every time.

Excellent servie, friendly staff, exceptional accommodations of my family descending upon their facility. The slight confusion of room placement and payment in the beginning was handled quickly and professionally. The continental breakfast has been above and beyond, the pool is clean and convenient, and the rooms are spectacular.
Also Linda is letting me toast my Latkas in the closed breakfast kitchen because she's awesome.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and great room. The pool and slide were great although we didn't get to use them. The hot breakfast was tasty and the staff were even better. They had a well rounded selection for everyone. We visited with our one year old and they were than accommodating with a playpen and very friendly interactions!

Exceedingly courteous staff and fairly spacious rooms. Pool is not huge but large enough to accommodate roughly 15 with only minimal bumping and the slide is amazing for the kids. Breakfast was quite a bit above continental with a wafflemaker and hot hashbrowns and sausage among other things. The staff made this hotel from a 4 to a 5 after they were more than welcome to be accomodating and generous whenever given the opportunity. Attended with my 4 year old and 11 month old.

This is a personal opinion only Be very careful if booking here — there were three large groups of kids staying at the hotel the weekend we stayed — they do not book the groups together — they spread them apart throughout the hotel so everyone gets a really poor quality stay. The noise was so bad we had to call the front desk. It did not help. Make sure you check to see if teams or groups of kids are staying here before you book. We booked a suite — it was ok but no better than ok. The sofa is a love seat and the bedroom is so small there is only 2 feet of walk space around the bed. We originally booked two nights but left after the first night.

I regularly travel to Winnipeg, BW Pembina is my first choice Hotel at reasonable prices. Service and friendly, breakfast was good, room was comfortable. A good place to make you feel at home.

Good breakfast every morning. Staff super friendly. Rooms always clean. Pool was fun and kids loved the slide. One of the best hotel stays in Canada. And they even gave soup in the afternoon.

My husband and I loved this hotel — we brought our dog because it was a "pet friendly" hotel and it was — our room was really nice; the staff were very friendly and helpful; the free breakfast included fruit, eggs, sausages, yogurt, bagels or toast, etc and so we started everyday off with a great meal. I loved the location esp with a dog — could just walk down to the river and we were also just next to a Starbucks. Although I never had a chance to try the pool and exercise room, the pool especially looked great. I highly recommend this place.

I travel a lot on corporate business so I consider myself experienced. When I reserved my room 2 weeks in advance I asked for their best suit, end of hall in a quiet room, upper floor away from elevators and stairs. They put me in a room right adjacent to the elevators. I went back down to get moved and they tell me there are no more suites as such. They then put me on the noisy road side right above the bus stop, which was all they had. Next day I told them they have all day to get me into the room I requested. They had the balls to tell me I never reserved what I asked for, what crap. When I got back that evening I got a suite,,,,,,,, right beside the boiler room for the pool. Hissing and vent fans running making all kind of bubbling sounds. I am never coming back here again. The place is nice and clean enough but be very clear on what you expect up front. Scaping the snow off sidewalks at 7:00 am and banging around in the utility room right next door, shutup. I am going to the Delta for the rest of my trip at least they make good on service.

We stayed here with our dog. The hotel was very accommodating: treats for the dog at check-in, doggy bags for walks, a tag for the door, nice path along the river for walks. Even more, the hotel is great for humans! The rooms are clean, PC with internet in-room, the breakfast is relatively good, staff friendly, and the waterslide makes you feel like a kid again.
