As others have mentioned, this place is definitely showing its age. Light switches are old style, shower isnt the best, and you might find a bug or two since there's a small stream nearby. But there isn't any foul smell and in general the rooms are pretty clean. I had a family room that was very spacious but probably could've used a desk. The owner is very helpful and provided everything we needed. Wifi was slow/not working, but the owner said an upgrade is in the works. No breakfast in the morning but there are plenty of options nearby. Overall I'd give a 3.5/5 but since that's not an options I'll round up to 4

Travelled on business. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful, however, having to be 'buzzed in' every time is a bit disconcerting as was being able to pay only with credit card or debit (cash not accepted). Rooms are very dated, and new mattresses are definitely needed. Linens & towels are spotlessly clean. Hardwood floors are a nice touch, but wear slippers — bare feet were black within 10 minutes of walking around. Air conditioner was unable to keep up with outside temps (36 degrees when I was there). Bathroom door did not close properly.

Lorna was a sweet heart… Thankyou for a wonderful stay. Room was delightful the motel is in a great location… Close enough to walk downtown… Had bbq's to use… Private patios… pool was fabulous. Great staff … can't wait to see you and stay there again.

Good little hotel for a short stay, great friendly employees. They have pet friendly rooms, but it States they have a "off leash" area for dogs but it is just a section off to the side by the creek. I did not feel comfortable letting my dog off as the river had open access as the fence was broken. Overall a good stay, but wouldn't classify it as super pet friendly.

An excellent value with incredibly clean rooms. Staff really care about their property. Only budget value motel worth staying in in the Vernon area.

A good affordable option in Vernon. The hotel is a bit dated and can be noisy. It has a nice central courtyard with BBQs, a park-like garden and an outdoor pool.

Very clean modern rooms. Updated and renovated. Wonderfully friendly staff. Great location close to everything.

Dirty rooms cheap bedding. Creepy. Poor location. Never stay at the tiki.

We recieved fantastic service! We viewed the rooms ahead of time and were able to find something that accommodated our needs and price. Were even given a deal and a place to smoke. Will come back for sure.

Very nice rooms with trendy and modern decor. Hotel is situated in an upscale area close to parks and shopping.

Spacious and affordable rooms centrally located downtown. Room has sliding privacy screen in front of patio sliding door (i like). Nice veiw of oasis like court yard from room.

I was worried this place would be ruff or crappy area but I couldnt of been more wrong. Super Cute vintage feel, around tons of restaurant, and shopping, park across the road, swimming pool and little playground, even a mini fridge to use for what ever in the rooms. The best part is the price! Cheapest places around. The staff are sweet too.

Love this place!. Stayed for almost a month and didnt want to leave. The pool is the focal point. Charlene the manager is the Best!. She takes care of you as if you were her personal guest… she goes the extra mile with a smile… Rooms have all you need… with a walkout to grass and overlooking pool… bbq s avail… lots of restaurants around. Even walkable. Affordable rates … outdoor pool. Cute rooms… air conditioning… what more do you need on a hot summer holiday?. Sharon Kelowna.

Staff is awesome! Ended up getting a free night because I didn't get the exact room I booked. Lots of character and very clean.

Great, friendly staff! We were put into a room where the A. C. Wasn't working and once we asked for assistance, the front desk lady moved us rooms! Thank you! The pool is very quiet and refreshing, laundry facilities are great and quick and there is a small playground and communal picnic tables. Rooms are very 70's, but cute and fun.

Great room for a great price. Friendly staff and good service. Best Wi-Fi I've experienced in a motel. Streamed Netflix with no problems. Nice clean pool surrounded by trees. Very peaceful. Bbq's available to use. I can't think of anything negative to say.

It was a filthy dump, caters mostly to crackheads, pics looked great but couldn't stay there they charged the credit card anyways. Poor hospitality and rates are higher than a nice clean respectable hotel!

Just drove into the parking lot. That was enough.

Great place. Easy access to everything and walking distance to tons of stores, downtown, etc. The rooms are spacious and have a cool Tiki feel from carved Lamps to vaulted ceilings and sliding wall blinds. A great motel with very friendly staff. A good value choice if you are visiting Vernon. We were VERY pleased and will certainly book again.

I had a wonderful stay. I had one of the recently renovated rooms, clean and comfortable. Customer service was exceptional, and very knowledgeable. I found the rates to be very reasonable. Will definately stay again.

Our room must have had the original carpet still in it, the bathroom had cracks and scratches on floor/tub, and the 20 yr old + air conditioner barely worked. We were VERY disappointed considering the premium price we had to pay. Just because it was tourist area in the summer. We stayed in several places throughout 2 provinces and 3 states and THIS was the WORST and the MOST EXPENSIVE.
