The place is charging us for an extra night to gouge us while here for a girls volleyball tournament. It’s bad business but we are held hostage because the town is full of teams and parents.

Worst service ever, never stay here front desk clerk was very verbally abusive and flat out rude we paid two nights an stayed one rooms are not adequate locks on doors windows don't close all the way and it was very cold.

Good customer service and very clean comfortable rooms, extremely quiet considering all rooms were taken.

Do not stay here. YOU WILL BE SORRY! The Korean guy that runs the joint is the most arrogant insultive manager my wife and I have had every run into. He actually charged us an extra ten bucks to use the second bed. He told me three times to smokeon the patio and to close the door all the way. I kept telling him I wouldthat my wife does not like the smoke. He then went on to threaten me with a 250 dollar fine if I did he would know. He would not accept my credit card and demanded 110 for the room and 100 security deposit in cash … next morning when we went to check out. The only one there was the maid who was nice but knew nothing about a cash deposit she looked there was no paper work and no money. She finally got a hold of him on the phone and he said he would be back in 10 minutes. Well we sat in our car for a half hour waiting for him. When he finally did get back I was hoping for an apology for his causing this big inconvenience to us… But no nothing at all … just a money grubbing ignorant inconsiderate person … And the bed sheets did not look 100 % clean Either … just a all round horrible experience. We moved down the road to the Coach light Motel. 25 bucks a night cheeper, cleaner. Way more spacious.

The owner of this hotel was the worst. I called them (after hours mind you) and he answered (not that he should have) and then gave me the third degree for calling eventually he hung up on me! Seriously buddy?! 10/10 would not recommend.

The owner Soo (who has reviewed the hotel himself see below) made it very hard to stay there. I had a rather large crew staying there and out of the blue Soo started charging my credit card. In total he tried to charge my credit card 32 times. At no point did he ask for permission or give warning, he just used the details he got via the hold to charge whenever he felt like it. I would be very hesitant to stay there again.

Room clean … sheets had body hair on them… owner, woke us up early to see when we would be checking out… felt very rushed and unwanted at the hillview. Will not be staying here again.

After my third time staying here my wife noticed the sheets had body hair on them from previous guest prior to going to bed, and the blanket had seaman stains on the under section. We talked to owner he came and changed sheets which was nice but I won't be staying here again. He could have discounted the room for the inconvenience not to mention it's just gross.

Beautiful new room with kitchen facility room 307. I stayed 2 weeks for sawmill project. Before I stayed a couple days at country inn and should stay longer but I decided to stay at hillview motel. Modern large room and bath, full kitchen with the view, quiet and good parking space. This kind of room I like to stay when I away from home for a couple weeks for business trip.
