Had a good sleep, the lounge was alright, trying to listen to the t. V. But, the desk and the house keeper kept complaining and nagging about some of the guests. I will let them know they did not finish clearing and cleaning the refrigerator.

Nice rooms and dennys is pretty good also right by the sherwood pub so cant beat that!

No complaints. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfy, AC, good location.

Room was good, bed comfy… and being I have a walking disability, Vickie at the front desk gave me a ground floor room right by my vehicle! Thanks for that… but the bedroom TV didn't work, nor did Wi-Fi work in the bedroom… after traveling for days I was so looking forward to relaxing in bed flipping channels… oh well.

It's a great place But the server need to serve everyone and not to be picky with the people they serve.

Had 2 great evening stay there. I do agree with another comment to call in advance. Rooms and service is always 5 star…

Most comfortable bed ever! Super quiet and clean! No truck parking.

You get a star for whomever did good room service. The service at the restaurant was terrible. 45 mind for breakfast. Served other food when I was solo and sorting there looking for at it. Then it was put in front of me and I was never given utensils or refills. Then there was the smokers. Leaving the door open while smoking and clearing out the whole upstairs. Terrible because if a few unfortunately.

Hotel is older. Windows dont lock. Rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Found old pepperoni on the floor. Outside garbages were overflowing. The ladies at the front were nice. Will not stay again.

I like it here. The place is clean and well looked after. The pool is a little cold but being that it is almost October, that probably is to be expected. The staff here are friendly and smile. Overall, I would come back here without question. The only tricky thing that I was not happy about was the entrance. If you have never been here and were not paying attention, you could easily miss the driveway, but but if that was my only hurdle, it was insignificant. An extra plus to this Sandman is also the easy access to the Denny's. Also, my two ywar old daughter had lots of fun here. One more positive note is that the room did not have an overpowering smell of cleaning products. That was an added bonus.

Rooms were very clean and service was fast. The hotel is close to town and has a nice pool to relax in.

It is your typical Sandman Inn which is good. I wasn't impressed by their version of Dennys, as this is one of the poorest examples I have been in for a long time, but I am not going to hold it against them. It is well located and in easy walking distance to a number of facilities, restaurants, shopping centre, brewery etc.

"High speed internet". 0.14 mbps is not high speed. Pool was closed for "maintenance". Fitness centre is a treadmill and sub 10 lb weights meant for yoga or something.

It's in a well located spot, it is was quite easy to find, the workers provided excellent service with a smile made me feel comfortable and accommodated me to whatever I needed and it was quite clean and a pleasant stay I would definitely recommend the place to anybody that wanted to stay overnight that needed a quick place to stay that was comfortable I would give four stars out of five is also attached to a Denny's restaurant which made it quite comfortable and easy access to get food and drinks for before Hotel I would definitely stay there again.

The addition of two newer hotels in Terrace makes this place overpriced for what you get. Great, clean rooms. Wifi was a good speed.

During a recent family wedding I setup some of my relatives up at the Sandman hotel in Terrace. They enjoyed their stay, they found the restaurant Denny's very convenient, and they enjoyed the pool. Friendly service, I would recommend.

The level of care and compassion is unparalleled here in the North. Definitely memories to cherish. I believe our baby was the first born at the Sandman Inn in Terrace on Feb 2nd @ 7:00am.

Great customer service. Rooms adequate. Nice central location easy to find. Parking lot necessitated our travel bus.

Had a long stay there and the staff and cleaners where very friendly. A lot of people in town for work, such as those in the construction industry, stay there.

Inconvenient location, needs updating.

All the Sandman staff was great. Denny's staff not so much. Wifi is slow and the pool was closed for maintenance. But over all good stay and clean rooms :)

People behind the counter at sandman terrace are rasist jus cause I have a young family and im brown they assumed I didint have a credit card and were quite rude about the number of children we had even tho we were looking to rent 2 rooms p bear contry is much more kid friendly then sandman terrace :/ I dont even wana give one star but I had to too publish my post :/

Stayed in this hotel for months and months for work so I am quite familiar with it. Front desk staff are great to deal with and the maids are very pleasant. If you are staying for an extended period of time and like to provide your own food instead of eating out I would recommend requesting a fridge as not all rooms come equipped with one. There is excellent parking behind the building for any large trucks, medium trailer etc From the Sandman you are walking distance to Boston Pizza as well as the downtown area of Terrace which has you fast food joints, Mr Mikes, liquor stores and gas stations etc. Overall this is a very well run place with a great location. I am always going to be staying here when I am in Terrace.

Very clean in the rooms and common areas. There is an indoor pool and a 24hr Denny's on site. Service was friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that I had a room facing the parking lot. I was awoken multiple times in the late evening and early morning as people parked their cars or left the hotel. I'd request a room on the opposite side if I were to come again.
