First off the staff is great, friendly and helpful. The first room we were put in looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a while. Pulled back the sheets on both beds to find stains on the sheets of both beds. We asked for our sheets to be changed and the ones that were put on had even more stains on them. As te sheets were pulled off the mattress pads were so badly stained it was so gross. We changed rooms and those sheets were stained. We were finally put in another room and the sheets were better and the room was more clean. Even the decor pillows in the first room was so filthy. The bathroom in the first room was dirty. I will not be staying here again.

Walls are super thin you hear everything. Front desk people were super friendly though.

The room was advertised as having a "mini fridge with a grab bar, and coffee maker". While it did have a mini fridge and a coffee maker, the supplies we're poorly stocked, only had decaf, only 1 creamer, and the mini fridge and she was empty. There was no "grab bar" which is usually a fully stocked fridge that you pay for what you consume. We asked for room cleaning and restocking of supplies after day 2, and they only brought 1 regular coffee packet and no extra toilet paper. Kind of sketchy. The hotel restaurant was excellent however, (and breakfasts we're free! ) although the bar did not stay open past 8 or 9 pm.

I love the beds they are like a feather pillow top and I slept sooooo good. I will come back just for that however… the place is so noisey. All the doors slam and you hear everything. There is the hallway door that always slams and its like 30 feet from the front desk and I think… should I report it and watch them to see if they are surprised? Actually I considered fixing it myself. Anyway, ask for a room far away from the slamming door and if you want to lock the window, use a coat hanger to wedge it. Thats what I did cause I had my laptop n stuff and wanted it safe. Bring slippers too, the floors are not vacuumed between guests. Mine had obvious debris throughout. Besides those things, I slept great and had a good solid breakfast for free!

Went to White Spot for legendary Tuesdays. Food wes deccent.

Comfortable stay. Whitespot close by. Close to mall and Safeway within walking distance.

Good service and good rooms.

Having a free white spot breakfast is a big plus, and the rooms are newly renovated, however when I check in I was shown to a messy room, and according to my co-worker their room have not been clean for few days. After all, it is still a great value for what we got, it just need better management to keep the quality.

My wife and I checked in on Oct 7th for 1 night. The first room we were shown was over the kitchen and was very noisy. The front desk staff moved us to a quieter room as soon as we told them about the noise. Several days after checking out I looked at my credit card bill online and found I had been charged twice for the room. Once under Days Inn and once under Coast Inn of the West. I have made three phone calls in the two weeks since I stayed there and the double billing has still not been resolved. Think twice before staying here. About an hour after I posted this I received a call from someone at the hotel saying they would process a refund. They emailed a copy of a refund receipt. It was nice to finally talk to some one who cared about making things right.

Nice to have White Spot open in this hotel.

Had lunch at the White Spot. Great burger.

I really enjoy days inn cause its a nice clean and quiet place, staff are helpful and so nice that when you leave you are looking for a excuse to come back!

. The third floor gets quite hot during summer months and the in room AC i've had had difficulty cooling the room down. They've 'upgraded' their Wi-Fi recently, seems to be fixed (22+ Mbps) Got a call from the desk at 845 pm asking if I could take a survey. Bad timing as the room ringers are quite loud. Rooms are usually 120, any higher and it'd be worth the extra 20 bucks to try one of the newer hotels in town.

Our Room Wasn't Made Up When We Left For The Day They Checked Us Into A Dirty Room They Gave Us Dirty Towels N The Sheets Looks Like They Use An For The Same Room Cause There's Some Dirty Sheets In The Room They Did Give Us I Recommend They Invest In Better Housekeeping And More Clean Towels N Sheets And All That.

The hotel is in a good location surrounded by restaurants, stores and cafes. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel also has a whitespot connected to the lobby. The hotel loses points for not allowing a late checkout time for an extra hour when requested, which is very unusual and bothersome.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean room. Noisy, doors slamming first night, could hear traffic on the road. No breakfast as advertised. Large piece of plywood fell from the bathroom ceiling onto my head, was comped a free night. Paint fumes from a renovation caused me to have the window open and bathroom fan on the last night, manager offered a different room to sleep in so I wouldn't have to move my things. Overall despite the great location too many negatives to justify staying here ever again.
