The super 8 is Dawson Creek is pretty conveniently located right along the highway and near grocery stores and fuel stations. It has a restaurant attached that gives a discount to hotel guests. The room is pretty standard. The beds are comfortable and the bedding and decor is dated but comfortable. The TV in the room is a good size but for some reason there are issues with the TV that means you have to change the input to the correct setting every time you turn it on. The first time I used it that solution worked fine, the second time despite changing it to the same input I had used earlier I still had no picture. I gave up short of calling the front desk for help. The Wi-Fi is decently speedy and you can watch streaming video on it. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was very good. Friendly staff. Do you like trains!? Like I mean do you really like trains!? Complimentary with every visit is a train, which is obligated by law to sound its horn at crossings, and it passes only 52 feet from your bed. Guess where super 8 is located? That's right, a railroad crossing! Buckle up boys and girls, you're in for a hell of a ride.

Great place to stop for the night, clean facility, great staff and a comfortable restaurant, great food, attached. Reasonable price as well!

We are traveling with two dogs. One large Boxer and a Miniature Pincher. The hotel is very pet friendly and the room was clean and well kept. This is not always true for too many pet rooms. We are staying at other Super 8 Hotels because or this great stay.

Found bugs in our hotel room, lady came and disinfected saying they didn't have another room to move us to. Stayed three nights and they said they couldn't check on them because of our do not disturb sign on. Pretty sure we have a phone number super 8. Hope this can be rectified appropriately instead of just sloughing us off.

Extremely helpful staff. When priceline messed up my booking and gave me a room that wasn't dog friendly (i had my pup with me), they were able to quickly rectify the problem. Thank you so very much!

The rooms are simple but clean. Not much of a view from the rooms. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, you get 10% off there if you stay. The continental breakfast is decent. Wifi is good, can stream a movie with no stuttering. Overal a good hotel.

Great amenities and pretty central to downtown Dawson creek. Was up there for work but would happily stay if I was on vacation aswell. I find the beds are always fantastic if you stay at a hotel in the Wyndham chains. The attached resteraunt "Solas" is also great. If you let them know you are a guest you get a discount t on your meal.

The place has wired internet and decent Wi-Fi that doesn't drop out often. The rooms are nice and the attached restaurant is classy…

Clean and spacious room with very comfortable king-sized bed and a pull-out sofa bed. The curtains are thick and block out the light (if you need to sleep during the day). Free breakfast provided with the regular spread of bread, bagels, muffins, pancakes, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon strips, juices, coffee, tea, fruits, yogurt etc. I find the selection adequate. The breakfast room is small but clean. The staff is friendly and courteous and greeted me with a smile when I checked in. Conveniently located on the main highway near many restaurants, Tim Hortons and other fast food joints.

Stayed one night for $130. Quite expensive as compared. Room was neat and clean. Fresh towels and toiletries provided. Beds were comfy and clean sheets. Hotel it self is old but kept clean. Front desk staff was very nice. The attached restaurant/sports bar "Solas" was great and my main reason for staying at Super 8. Complimentary breakfast not so good (Scramble eggs, beacon and Pancakes). No drinking water in minibar, you have to buy water from vending machine. With that room rent their are hotels that provide better breakfast and two bottles of water a day.

My truck got broken into and cameras unable to see as lights on building reflected into camera. Don't park at end of building near door under the lights. Did nothelp me.

We had a wonderful stay in the Jacuzzi suite. The price was great, and the customer service was excellent. It was also the cleanest room we had stayed in, with the most comfortable bed, in a long time. We also ate at Solas, the hotel restaurant, and were very happy with the food and the service.

Decent place to stay, good Wi-Fi. Lots of parking and right across from a grocery store and near a Timmie's and a corner store. Rooms are of nice quality. The breakfast is kind of gross though. Staff is friendly. Laundry service available but if expensive. Restaurant beside here kind of expensive not sure on the quality.

Nothing fancy. Clean rooms in an older motel. They try hard to satisfy.

The rooms were well kept and everything about it was clean. The continental breakfast was good and if my family had a question for the staff at the check in desk they answered to the best of their knowledge.

Im very disappointed with the way we were treated here. We thought we left something in the room and needed to get back in to find it. No big deal. Tammy said we couldn't go look for it and when she was looking for the item, said there was crap everywhere (even though we put the garbage in the bins and towels in the tub) and she hung up the phone on a customer. I don't recommend ANYONE stay here. Terribly unprofessional.

Nothing good or bad to say about hotel. Just a place to sleep along the way.
